1.Research on internet-plus pharmacy service at large traditional Chinese medicine hospitals
Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 2017;33(1):66-68
Mobile internet terminals were connected to the pharmacy of the hospital to improve the outpatient pharmacy process, building an internet-based pharmacy service model for general tertiary hospitals. This model covered the entire outpatient service, ranging from registration, payment and dispensary at the hospital. It significantly enhanced the efficiency, namely 80. 8% less time for payment, not to mention the free delivery and no waiting time for dispensary.

Chinese Journal of Anesthesiology 2012;32(2):177-179
ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of age and gender on the position of termination of the conus medullaris (CMT).MethodsOne thousand three hundred and thirty-nine patients aged 4-89 yr scheduled for lumbar magnetic resonance imaging examination were selected. The position of CMT was determined using Visart 1.5 T or Magnetom Trio 3.0 T magnetic resonance imaging instrument. Results Five hundred and ninety-four male patients and 745 female patients were enrolled in the study. There was no significant difference in the percentage of CMT located at the L2,3 intervertebral disc level between female (1.2%) and male (0.5%) patients (P>0.05),and female patients had a lower mean CMT than male patients (P<0.01).There was no correlation between age and mean CMT in patients aged ≤19 yr (P> 0.05).There was a positive correlation between age and mean CMT in female patients aged≤20 yr (r =0.076,P<0.05),but there was no correlation between age and mean CMT in male patients aged ≤ 20 yr (P>0.05 ).ConclusionFemale patients have a lower mean CMT than male patients, and there is still a risk when performing spinal anesthesia, although the probability that CMT located at the L2,3 intervertebral disc level is low in female and male patients. The position of CMT is lower with increased age in adult female patients, but it is not related to age in adult male patients.

6.Assay of sIL-2R and TNF-α in experimental allergic encephalomyelitis
Journal of Jilin University(Medicine Edition) 2001;27(4):339-343
Objective: To investigate the change and effect of sIL-2R and TNF-α in the immunopathogenesis of experimental allergic encephalomyelitis(EAE). Methods: The EAE model was induced in guinea pigs. And the EAE animals were killed on the 8th, 15th and 22nd day after the MBP+CFA challenge. ConA-treated guinea pig spleen cells were cultured and supernatants were collected. The level of sIL-2R in supernatant was detected by ELISA, and the level of TNF-α in EAE was examined by biologic assay. Results: The EAE animals showed higher levels of sIL-2R and TNF-α than those of the normal control group. Conclusion: sIL-2R and TNF-α play an important role in the immunopathogenesis of EAE. This experiment offered thoretical evidence for further study of multiple sclerosis(MS) on pathogenesis and gave the clues for clinical use of immunospecific agents on MS.

Chinese Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism 2015;(2):192-194
[Summary] Osteoporosis in elderly women are commonly accompanied by elevated levels of ferritin. Abnormal iron metabolism plays a key role in the progress of osteoporosis. Research on bone metabolic disorders caused by iron accumulation remains at the exploratory stage, including NF-κB pathway in differentiation of osteoclasts. A review on the relationship between NF-κB pathway and osteoporosis induced by iron accumulation is herewith presented, with a view to provide further ideas for transforming the clinical outcomes.

Objective To study the value of prealbumin(PAB) ,C reactive protein(CRP) and apolipoprotein A1(Apo A1) in e-valuating the prognosis of patients with severe pneumonia .Methods 63 cases of patients with severe pneumonia were selected ,and the fasting serum level of prealbumin ,C-reactive protein and apolipoprotein A1 were detected in 24 hours at the admission day ,and APACHE Ⅱ score was calcumulated .The patients were divided into group A (APACHEⅡscore <20) and group B(APACHEⅡscore≥20) ,with the incidence of MODS and mortality rate compared .The patients were divided into non-MODS group and MODS group .In addition ,the patients were divided into survival group and death group according to the prognosis .PAB ,CRP and Apo A1 in each group were compared .Results The incidence of MODS and mortality rate in group B (57 .9% ,47 .4% ) were higher than that in group A(24 .0% ,16 .0% )(P<0 .01 ,P<0 .05) .PAB and Apo A1 of patients in MODS group[(134 .13 ± 36 .20)mg/L , (0 .62 ± 0 .21)g/L] and death group[(129 .05 ± 52 .24)mg/L ,(0 .76 ± 0 .29)g/L] were respectively lower than that in non-MODS group[(215 .03 ± 72 .08)mg/L ,(1 .06 ± 0 .39)g/L] and survival group[(185 .52 ± 57 .63)mg/L ,(1 .15 ± 0 .36)g/L](P<0 .05) , while the CRP in MODS group(102 .37 ± 35 .65)mg/L and death group(96 .37 ± 34 .72)mg/L were higher than that in non-MODS group(69 .68 ± 32 .92)mg/L and survival group(62 .94 ± 38 .36)mg/L (P<0 .05) .Conclusion The measurement of PAB ,CRP and Apo A1 are valuable to evaluate the prognosis of the patients with severe pneumonia .

Chinese Journal of Orthopaedic Trauma 2002;0(03):-
Objective To investigate the treatment of combined subclavian artery and brachial plexus injury. Methods Since 1994, we have treated 5 cases of combined subclavian artery and brachial plexus injury. 2 of them were cut wound, 1 gun shot wound, and 2 blunt trauma. 2 cases had combined aneurysm and 1 had combined aneurysm plus A V fistula. According to the sites of subclavian artery injury, vein graft( 1 case) , suture repair( 1 cases) and ligation (1 case) were performed. The 2 cases of blunt trauma underwent only neurolysis because of masses of hematoma and tissue adhesion. Results The 3 cases of open injury who had underwent early repair of artery and nerve had various degrees of recovery of nerve functions and experienced no pain in the injured extremities. As for the 2 cases of blunt trauma, 1 got only pain relief and 1 had no recovery. Conclusion Dysfunction due to hematoma or progressive pseudoaneurysm compression on the brachial plexus can be relieved and patients can get maximal rehabilitation if hematoma or aneurysm is managed in time and the brachial plexus nerve is decompressed early.
