The study was proceeded on the mRNA expression of the GULT1 and GLUT4 gene in the alloxan diabetic rats by the technique of dot-blot hybridization analysis. The results showed that the levels of the GLUT4 mRNA expression were reduced in diabetic rats while increased in insulin treated diabetic rats. This suggests that the reduced GLUT4 mRNA expression which could affect the quantity of its posttranslational products may be one of the causes of the insulin resistance.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the value of Chinese herbal fumigation in the postoperative anal disease. The authors randomly divided 348 patients into treatment group and control group with 174 cases in each group. The treatment group was given to the Chinese herbal medicine hemorrhoids lotion for fumigation based on conventional anti infective therapy, routine dressing change and relaxing bowel. The control group was given to 1 000 mL 1: 5 000 potassium permanganate solution for sitz bath, fumigation based on conventional anti infective therapy, routine dressing change and relaxing bowel. The pain score, edema score, bleeding score, granulation tissue growth score and wound healing time of two groups were compared after operation. The results showed that the postoperative 6 h pain scores were higher in the two groups, the postoperative 3,5,7 d pain scores gradually decreased, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The difference of postoperative 6 h pain scores was no significant difference between the two groups, while postoperative 3,5,7 d pain scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). 7 days after operation, anal margin of edema score and blood in the stool score in the treatment group were lower than those in control group, meat medicine growth score was higher than that of the control group, the difference had statistical meaning (P < 0.05). The healing time of two groups was respectively (13.89 + 2.78), (18.45 + 1.65) d (P < 0.05). This study suggested that Chinese herbal fumigation and washing could reduce the pain degree of patients, the anal margin of edema, and the blood in the stool, also could promote granulation tissue growth and shorten the time of wound healing, deserve the clinical expansion.

Objective To analyze the curative effect and adverse reaction of lansoprazole combined with droperidol thiadiazole melitracen treatment in patients with functional dyspepsia.Methods From December 2013 to December 2015 in our hospital and accepted treatment of 90 patients with functional digestive adverse as the research object,according to the random number table were divided into the control group and the observation group,45 cases in each group.The control group by oral administration of lansoprazole enteric coated capsules,the observation group taking oral lansoprazole and droperidol thiadiazole melitracen,course lasted for 4 weeks,efficacy and adverse occurrence was compared between two groups of patients.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,the observation group with symptoms score GSRS(postprandial fullness discomfort,early satiety,abdominal pain,epigastric burning sensation were lower than the control group with postprandial fullness discomfort early satiety,abdominal pain,epigastric burning sensation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); the patients in the observation group after 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate(86.7％)was higher than the control group(66.7％)significantly,and difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); symptoms of adverse reactions of two groups of patients in the process of drug use were mild and did not give special treatment,in a few days after the basic relief.Conclusion Lansoprazole combined with fluorine Pai Sai tons of Murray Song Xin can effectively eliminate or reduce the symptoms of functional dyspepsia patients clinical and no serious adverse reactions,it is safe in clinical application.

AIM:To explore the effect of comprehensive therapy in the treatment of fungal corneal ulcer and clinical outcome.
METHODS:A total of 159 cases 159 eyes fungal corneal ulcer patients took comprehensive therapy of 10 measures, followed up more than 3mo to observe the treatment effect and the final visual acuity in our hospital for treatment.
RESULTS: The average hospitalization time of fungal corneal ulcer was(12. 11±5. 13) d. A total of 148 cases of 148 eyes were cured, and the cure rate was 93. 1%;improvement in 8 cases, accounted for 5. 0%; 3 cases were ineffective, accounted for 1. 9%. The final visual acuity of 89 eyes ≥0. 3, accounted for 56. 0%(89/159). The final visual acuity of 136 eyes ≥0. 1, accounting for 85. 5%(136/159), and accounting for 91. 9% in 148 cured patients.
CONCLUSION: The comprehensive therapy in the treatment of fungal corneal ulcer has higher cure rate and visual acuity.

Objective To assess the efficacy,compliance and safety of ketogenic diet (KD) for children with infantile spasms,thus to provide an effective basis for the treatment of infantile spasms.Methods Twenty-five patients with infantile spasms were treated with KD.The gas chromatography-mass spectrometry and high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS/MS) were used,except for metabolic diseases,to detect the blood routine,urine,stool,blood Iipids,liver function,as well as electrocardiogram (ECG),electroencephalograph (EEG),ultrasound of the urinary system and other related checks of all patients.The KD antiepileptic drug therapy was given after all children were admitted to hospital,and KD started directly in all patients without fasting.The efficacy compliance and safety were followed up in this study.Results KD maintenance therapy for 1 month,3 mouths,6 months were given to 25 cases (100％,25/25 cases),to 22 cases (88％,22/25 cases),and to 10 cases (40％,10/25 cases),respectively.Among them 7 patients (28％,7/25 cases) were in complete control of seizures within 1 month.Up to Class Ⅱ,Ⅲ efficacy level accounted for 32％ (8/25 cases),12％ (3/25 cases),respectively.Thirteen cases of children had varying digestive symptoms,10 cases of them developed asymptomatic hypoglycemia,and 9 cases of children had sleep trouble during KD treatment,but after symptomatic treatment,children's adverse reactions almost subsided.Only 4 cases of children discontinued treatment due to adverse reactions.All children's seizures were fully controlled.Conclusions The effect of KD is sure in the treatment of infantile spasms.Although KD has some adverse reactions,but it can be tolerated;serious body organ dysfunction treated by KD + antiepileptic drugs combination therapy for 1 to 6 months is not found yet,so the therapy is worthy of promotion clinically.

Transient receptor potential(TRP)channels as an important non-selective cation channels family mainly permeate Ca2 + ,Na + and other cations. TRPC channel is a subtribe of TRP family which regu-lates the second messenger of Ca2 + concentration and variety of protease activity,and which can directly or in-directly affect the biological behavior of cells. Recently,more and more evidences have certificated the TRPC channels affect the tumorigenesis and development,such as regulation of proliferation,differentiation,migra-tion,apoptosis and resistance of chemotherapeutic agents during cancer progression.

[Summary] There are a variety of treatment methods for stress urinary incontinence ( SUI) .Surgery is effective but has high risks, only to adapt to the limited population .Conservative treatment has a high recurrence rate and poor long-term results.Local injection of stem cell has been proposed as a new minimally invasive therapy of SUI .Stem cells, with the ability to transform into muscle cell , secrete various growth factors , promote local nerve and muscle tissue regeneration , and repair sphincter dysfunction .This article reviewed on therapy of skeletal muscle-derived stem cells and the associated risks of treatment .
