OBJECTIVE To study the relationship between HLA-DRB1*03 genes and expression of cytokine IL-18 in chronic hepatitis B patients.METHODS A total of 153 chronic hepatitis B patients and 138 normal healthy people were detected.HLA-DRB1*03 alleles were conducted in all the patients with polymerase chain reaction-sequence specific primer(PCR-SSP),and IL-18 was detected by ELISA.RESULTS Thirty-four individuals with chronic hepatitis B patients were HLA-DRB1*03 genes positive, the frequency was 22.22%,which was higher than the frequency of HLA-DRB1*03 in heathy individuals. The average level of IL-18 in chronic hepatitis B patients with HLA-DRB1*03 negatives was significantly higher than in HLA-DRB1*03 positives.CONCLUSIONS HLA-DRB1*03 closely relates with susceptibility to chronic hepatitis B.In chronic hepatitis B patients, the average level of Th1 cytokines in HLA-DRB1*03 negatives is higher than that in HLA-DRB1*03 positives.

Acta Anatomica Sinica 1953;0(01):-
1. The diameters, lengths and course of the posterior primary rami, posterior medial and posterior lateral branches of lumbar nerves were studied. The form, inner diameters and position of the osseous fibrous foramina, osseous fibrous canals and lumbdorsal fascia foramina on the upper margin of iliac crest through which the nerves pass were also studied.2. Basing on the observation of 174 sides of the specimens the composition and types of the superior clunial nerve of the Chinese were observed, and their positions and courses on the upper margin of the iliac crest, were described in detail.3. The method and theoretical basis of locating the superior clunial nerve on the upper margin of the iliac crest were proposed.4. Basing on the anatomical character of the posterior rami of the lumbar nerve, the cause of lumbar and lumbocraral pain and their operative approach were discussed.

Inflammation refers to the defensive reaction of living organisms with vascular systems against damage factors, and gets involved in the pathogenesis of many diseases. Uygur medicine is an important component of traditional Chinese medicine, as well as one of the four major ethnic medicines. It is widely applied in the clinical treatment of inflammatory diseases. In recent years, many domestic and foreign scholars have studied the anti-inflammatory effect and mechanism of effective components, effective fractions, extracts and compound preparations of Uygur medicine. In this paper, the authors summarized anti-inflammatory Uygur medicine, in the expectation of providing reference for discovering new anti-inflammatory drugs from Uygur medicine.

Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 1982;0(01):-
Effect of-berberine on reperfusion arrhythmias was studied using a 10 rain left anterior descending coronary artery occlusion followed by reperfusion in the isolated rat heart. Berberine, when given 10min before coronary ligation, reduced the incidence of reperfusion arrhythmias in a dose-riependent manner. With 10-5, 3. 16?10-5 and 10-4 mol/L of berberine, ventricular fibrillation was reduced from its control incidence of 100% to 90%, 70% and 40% (P

China Pharmacy 2007;0(26):-
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the irrational use of the infused drugs in our out-patient clinic.METHODS: In this retrospective study, the infusion prescriptions in our outpatient clinic from 2005 to 2007 were randomly selected for a statistical analysis of the irrational ones based on our knowledge on clinical pharmacology and literature.RESULTS: The problems manifested by the total 81 172 prescriptions were unsuitable solvent, improper dosage regimen, irrational drug combination and repeated drug of medicines etc.CONCLUSION: The use of infused antibiotics in our out-patient clinic were rational on the whole, however, there were some problems which remain to be solved and improved.
