1.A study on the mRNA expression of the glucose transporter gene in the diabetic rats
Chinese Journal of Diabetes 1993;0(00):-
The study was proceeded on the mRNA expression of the GULT1 and GLUT4 gene in the alloxan diabetic rats by the technique of dot-blot hybridization analysis. The results showed that the levels of the GLUT4 mRNA expression were reduced in diabetic rats while increased in insulin treated diabetic rats. This suggests that the reduced GLUT4 mRNA expression which could affect the quantity of its posttranslational products may be one of the causes of the insulin resistance.

4.Diagnosis and treatment of gastrointestinal stromal tumors
International Journal of Surgery 2010;37(2):124-127
Gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST) is the most common mesenchymal tumors of the diges-tive tract. Along with histology progress, the people have made the new progress regarding the mesenchy-moma understanding, also proposed the new viewpoint to its treatment, the therapy of GIST has changed from surgical resection alone to surgery after the application of tyrosine kinase inhibitor. The article reviews the therapy of GIST and proposes possible therapeutic regimen.
6.Clinical Observation of Mesalazine Combined with Bifidobacterium Tetravaccine(Live)in the Treatment of Ulcerative Colitis
China Pharmacy 2016;27(3):326-328
OBJECTIVE:To observe the efficacy and safety of mesalazine combined with bifidobacterium tetravaccine(live)in the treatment of ulcerative colitis(UC). METHODS:83 UC patients were tandomly divided into control group(42 cases)and test group (41 cases). Control group was orally given 1.0 g Mesalazine enteric-coated tablet,4 times a day;test group was additionally given 1.5 g Bifidobacterium tetravaccine tablet(live),3 times a day. The treatment course fr both group was 6 weeks. The clinical efficacy, and serum high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin(IL)-4,IL-8 levels before and after treatment and the incidence of ad-verse reactions in 2 groups were observed. RESULTS:After treatment, serum hs-CRP and IL-8 in 2 groups were significantly lower than before, and test group was lower than control group;serum IL-4 level was significantly higher than before, and test group was higher than control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05 or P<0.01). Total effective rate in test group was sig-nificantly higher than control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). And there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions (P>0.05). CONCLUSIONS:Mesalazine combined with bifidobacterium tetravaccine (live) is more effective than mesalazine alone UC,with similar safety.
7.The correlation analysis of urinary protein electrophoresis and pathologic in children with glomerular diseases
Chongqing Medicine 2016;45(11):1528-1530
Objective To understand the significance of urinary protein components in children with different pathological types of glomerular diseases ,to explore the significance to diagnosis and treatment of disease .Methods Totally 120 children with glomerular diseases ,from November 2010 to July 2012 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University were collected ,in which 6 children with acute glomerulo nephritis(AGN) ,35 children with minimal change disease(MCD) ,9 children with focal seg‐mental glomerulosclerosis(FSGS) ,44 children with Nephritis of Schonlein‐Henoch Purpura(HSPN) ,17 children with IgA nephrop‐athy(IgAN) and 9 children with hemolytic uremic syndrome(HUS) .Urine protein electrophoresis and urineβ2‐microglobulin(β2‐MG)levels were investigated in different glomerular diseases .Results Significant difference was detected inβ2‐microglobulin ,lyso‐zyme ,retinol‐binding protein ,free light chain ,α1‐microglobulin ,light chain dimmer ,albumin and transferring levels in different glo‐merular diseases(P=0 .016 ,P=0 .017 ,P=0 .017 ,P=0 .023 ,P=0 .004 ,P=0 .025 ,P=0 .049 ,P<0 .01) .A significant correlation was detected between low molecular weight protein and urineβ2‐microglobulin levels(r=0 .243 ,P=0 .025) .Conclusion It is sig‐nificant for diagnosis and treatment of glomerular diseases to the combination of urine protein electrophoresis and renal pathology .Urinary protein profiles are different in different pathological types .Proteomics may be significant for the mechanism of glomerular diseases .
8.Effect of melatonin on breast cancer and its mechanisms
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1987;0(02):-
Melatonin is a bioactive substance primarily secreted by the pineal gland.Increasing evidences indicate that melatonin is effective in reducing breast cancer development.Melatonin exerts its anticarcinogenic actions through a variety of mechanisms.Melatonin suppresses estrogen receptor gene, modulates several estrogen dependent signal transductions, inhibits cell proliferation and impairs the metastatic capacity and so on.It has been suggested that enhanced endogenous melatonin secretion or melatonin treatment is beneficial for breast cancer patients. This review describes the mechanisms of melatonin on breast cancer and its possible application.
9.New mission of medical science education: Promotion of translational medicine
Chinese Journal of Medical Science Research Management 2010;23(4):225-228,264
In recent years, basic medical researches and their cost have been developing rapidly, however, the development of clinical researches is very slow. In fact, only a few basic researches can be translated to clinical application, and the promoting role of basic research for clinical practice is very limited. This produces a wide gap between basic research and clinical research, which seriously hindered the progress of medical science and the advancement of public health. Translational medicine came into being under this condition, and is now being understood and utilized by scholars worldwide. This paper summarizes some features and new advances of translational medicine. Meanwhile, the authors put forward suggestions to strength translational medicine in China according to the status quo of health care reform and the medical research and education in Chinese hospitals, which could help to relieve the dissatisfaction among the government, the society and the public toward the mismatch of basic medical research and clinical research, and to promote harmonious development of medical science.
10.Progress in the migration of vascular endothelial cells and related factors
International Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2006;0(06):-
The migration of vascular endothelial cells plays an important role in the vascular growth, repair of wounds, and repair of vascular endothelial cells. At the same time, the migration of endothelial cells plays an important role in the progress of vascular diseases, especially atherosclerosis. Thus, the characteristics of endothelial cell migration and related factors are very important for us to understand the role of endothelial cells in the progress of physiology and pathology. In this article, the factors of promotion and inhibition, and blood flow, cytoskeleton and extracellular matrix are recommended in details. Furthermore, at the end of the article, we discuss the close relationship between endothelial cells and repair of vascular endothelial cells, even new vascular growth in the plaques of atherosclerosis.
