3.A survey of requirement and problem in clinic medical practice about undergraduate nursing education

ObjectiveUnderstanding demand conditions for medical practice of the current medical schools nursing undergraduate and practical status of education,providing realistic and reliable basis for the reform of the nursing practice,and inquirying the practical measures of the teaching reform.MethodsAnalysing the 118 questionnaires issued by nursing students participated in medical practice and investigating the purpose of the nursing students wanting to achieve,the teaching form approved,the deficiencies proposed and overall satisfaction of teaching.ResultsThere is a considerable gap between nursing students' satisfaction,the strong demand,great interest of medical practice and current situation.ConclusionWe should concerne about the interns' strong demand for medical practice,pay attention to the teaching content,methods,objectives and organizational arrangements for many aspects of the construction and improvement.
4.Tissue-engineered nerve conduits with internal structure in the repair of peripheral nerve defects

BACKGROUND: To enhance peripheral nerve regeneration, the focus on the development of nerve conduits has been shifted from conventional conduits without internal structure to novel conduits with internal stuucture.Therefore, a comprehensive understanding of the internal structure of nerve conduits is necessary.OBJECTIVE: To review the application of tissue-engineered nerve conduits with internal structure in nerve regeneration.METHODS: A computer-based research of CNKI, WanFang, SinoMed and PubMed databases was performed to retrieve relevant literatures about the tissue-engineered nerve conduits with internal structure published from January 2009 to December 2015, using the keywords of nerve conduit/conduits/scaffolds/scaffold/channel/channels, internal scaffolds/scaffold, nerve regeneration/repair, hydrogel, acellularized/decellularized nerve in Chinese and English,respectively. Forty-seven eligible literatures were included for overview.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: The novel nerve conduits with internal structure have many advantages over conventional conduits without internal structure, which can support, guide, promote peripheral nerve regeneration and functional recovery, especially, when modified with seed cells, neurotrophic factors or extracellular matrix, can achieve more effective results comparable to autologous nerve grafts.
5.CT Manifestations of Mediastinal Congenital Bronchogenic Cysts

PurposeTo explore the CT features and its diagnostic value of mediastinal congenital bronchogenic cysts.Materials and MethodsThe clinical findings and CT manifestations of 14 patients with mediastinal bronchogenic cysts confirmed by surgery and pathology were retrospectively analyzed, among which 12 were performed by both plain and enhanced CT scan, and the other 2 only received either plain or enhanced CT scan.ResultsAll the patients presentedfluid-filled cysts, and 3 of them had CT number lower than 20 HU, 7 cases from 20 to 60 HU, and 4 more than 60 HU. Four patients had lesions in anterior mediastinum, 4 others in posterior mediastinum, and all the 8 lesions were on the left side; 6 patients had lesions in middle mediastinum, among which 5 lesions were on the right side; and 1 case of posterior bronchogenic cysts cancerated into adenocarcinoma.ConclusionMediastinal bronchogenic cysts can appear in any part of mediastinum; lesions in middle mediastinum are more likely to occur on the right side, whilst lesions in anterior and posterior mediastinum are often located on the left side. The typical CT manifestations show well-defined round or oval masses of homogeneous soft-tissue or cysts with watery density.
6.Digital renovation of S2001 field X-ray vehicle

S2001 field X-ray vehicle is used to perform X-ray examination in the field hospital, while the disadvantages of the traditional film-screen radiography restrict its role of field examination in this digital era. By analyzing the detail of modern digital X-ray radiography, and comparing three different digital X-ray flat detectors, a solution is put forward to update S2001 field X-ray vehicle to a field digital X- ray radiography vehicle by using Canon CXDI digital X- ray detector.
7.The effect analysis of cedilanid in heart failure

Objective To explore the treatment and nursing intervention in heart failure, the use of cedilanid therapy. Methods In 40 cases of heart failure patients using conventional methods of intervention, and classified as the control group, the other 40 patients in the control group using Western intervention on LAN, and classified as the observation group, two groups the patients in our hospital from January 2017 to March 2015. Results The two groups of patients have found efficiency, patients in the observation group were significantly higher, the observation of patients was 92.5%, the control group was 72.5%; the two groups of patients with heart rate, blood pressure were not significantly different in the treatment before and after intervention in observation group were improved after grouping obviously better than that shows obvious differences (P<0.05). The two groups had no obvious adverse reactions. Conclusion Cediland analysis shows that in the treatment of heart failure and intervention effect, can improve the clinical situation of patients, improve the clinical treatment effect, and no significant adverse reactions, worthy of clinical reference.
