ObjectiveTo investigate the therapentic effect and safety by use of Metoprolol to control patients ,heart rate in off-pump coronary artery bypass graft (OPCAB). MethodsAnalyse the dates of 40 OPCABG patients in anesthetic stage. ResultsIn all of the cases, when patients were treated with venous injection of Metoprolol, the heat rate obviously decreased 1 minutes later( P < 0.01 ). the heat rate decreased significant to( 69.2 ± 10. 8)times/min 3 minutes later, Compared to the heat rate ( 85.1 ± 13.5) times/min of pretherapy there was statistical significance. the heat rate decreased to nadir(63.0 ± 6.2) times/min 10 minutes later. While it raised gradnally 30 minutes later, but patients'heat rate nulli-exceed. it of pretherapy. On post-treatment of 3min、5min、 10min、30min, The MAP nulli-genic marked change. ConclusionMetoprolol could control effectively patients, heat rate in OPCAB and keep hemodynamics stable.

Recent studies show that the abnormalities of dickkopf-1 (DKK-1)are closely related to the bone metastasis and therapeutic effect of breast cancer, prostatic carcinoma, multiple myeloma, neuroblastoma and non-small cell lung cancer.Clinical researches of large sample on the relationships between serum DKK-1 concentration and malignant tumors bone metastases have important clinical significance for evaluating the value of DKK-1 as a clinical biological biomarker of bone metastases and understanding the tumor mechanisms of bone metastases.

Objective The method of data mining and sorting analysis was used to analyze and summarize the drug experience of Professor Li Zhenhua in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG). Methods Professor Li’s medical records of effective diagnosis and treatment of 139 CAG patients were collected. Find-Replace method of Microsoft office word 2007 was used to count the major syndromes and main prescription of CAG. SPSS statistical software was adopted to perform entry-analysis-descriptive statistics and data analysis of and main syndrome, main formula and frequency of administration so as to obtain the commonly used drugs, commonly used prescription and drug laws of CAG. Results Professor Li Zhenhua believed that the clinical syndromes of CAG included the disharmony of liver-stomach-spleen syndrome, the damp heat of spleen-stomach syndrome, the deficiency and damp heat of spleen syndrome, the liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome, the deficiency of spleen-stomach syndrome, the liver and stomach yin deficiency and qi stagnation syndrome, the stagnant heat of liver-stomach syndrome and the blood stasis of stomach meridian syndrome;the commonly used drugs were:bupleurum, white peony root, orange peel, licorice, poria, skullcap, ginger, fried atractylodes, golden thread, prepared pinellia, licorice, lily, stir-baking Sanxian, nutgrass galingale rhizome, heterophylly falsesatarwort root, combined spicebush root, Chinese date, tangshen, immature orange fruit, prepared rhizome pinellize without adjuvant, and oyster shell..The commonly used prescriptions were: Xiaochaihu decoction, Sini powder, Chaihu-Guizhi-Longgu-Muli decoction, Chaihu-Shugan powder, Huanglian-Wendan decoction, Banxia-Xiexin decoction, Xiaoyao powder, Xiangsha-Liujunzi decoction. Conclusion Professor Li pay attention to treat spleen and stomach disease from liver by clearing heat and removing dampness from spleen and stomach. He used the dialectical methods like invigorating qi and strengthening the spleen, regulating qi digestion, activating blood flow to eliminating blood stasis.
7.The expression of TLR4 on peripheral blood monocytes from uremic patients with diabetic nephropathy and its relation with plasma MCP-1 concentration
Chinese Journal of Immunology 2000;0(09):-
Objective:To explore the expression of TLR4 on peripheral blood monocytes in uremic patients with diabetic nephropathy and the relation between TLR4 and diabetic nephropathy.Methods:RT-PCR analysis and flow cytometry were undertaken to measure the expression of TLR4 mRNA and protein. The plasma concentration of MCP-1 was measured with ELISA.Results:The gene and protein expression of TLR4 on peripheral blood monocytes in patients with diabetic nephropathy was significantly increased compared with that of the health control, and TLR4 expression was positively related with the the plasma concentration of MCP-1.Conclusion:TLR4 expression is upregulated on peripheral blood monocytes in patients with diabetic nephropathy and the upregulation is related with the pathogenesis of diabetic nephropathy.

Objective To evaluate the expression of Sp3 gene of peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) in multiple sclerosis (MS) patients and the correlation between Sp3 gene expression and clinical manifestation Methods Two pairs of primers were used to amplify cDNAs generated from 33 MS patients and 90 controls including healthy controls, other nonimmunological neurological disease controls and the other neuroimmunological diseases than MS controls Results The deficient expression of Sp3 gene in MS patients (45%, 15/33) is statistically significantly higher than that in the other 3 control groups ( P

Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2003;0(12):-
Objective:To investigate surgical indications and operative techniques of intracranial arachnoid cysts(IAC). Methods:Thirty patients with IAC treated in Nanjing General Hospital of Nanjing Command were analyzed retrospectively.Cyst wall removal and communicated cyst with adjacent cistern or subarachnoid space was performed in 18 patients,cyst-peritoneal shunt in 8 patients, simple resection in 4 patients. Results: Follow-up CT scans after surgery showed that all cysts disappear or shrinked. Conclusion: Cyst-peritoneal shunt was indicated in recurrent cysts after resection, senile patients and infants.Microsurgery resection of the cyst is preferred in majority of the patients, removal of the cyst wall and communicating the cyst with arachnoid cistern were key procedures for preventing relapse.

The experiment included three potassium levels (K0 0 g x kg(-1), K1 0.33 g x kg(-1), K2 0.67 g x kg(-1)) and two water gradients (well watered and drought stress), then measured growth indicators, SOD, POD, CAT activities and concents of osmotic regulation substances. To explore the effects of K fertilizer and water on growth and physiological characteristics of Isatis indigotica, providing reference for improving drought resistance of I. indigotica. The result showed drought stress inhibited the growth and decreased the biomass of I. indigotica but K fertilizer can alleviate the drought stress. Compared with K0 treatment, K1, K2 treatment increased the biomass of overground part of by 89. 13% ,60. 87% under drought stress. The corresponding increase in soluble sugar content was 16.67%, 5.00%, and in proline content was 42.41%, 65.62%, respectively. SOD,POD and CAT activities was significantly improved in K1, K2 treatment in comparison with K0 treatment under drought stress, but soluble protein content significantly reduced. The conclusion is that appropriate amount of K fertilizer can increase the activities of antioxidase and the content of osmoregulation substance under drought stress, and improve drought resistance of I. indigotica.
