With the development of world-wide integration in the field of education and under the Bologna Process of Russia, Russian high medical colleges have begun actively searching a new way to reform medical education. However, they have encountered many problems due to the unique feature of Russian higher medical education. To analyze those problems will help us to deepen the understanding of Russian high medical colleges and strengthen Sino-Russia exchanges and cooperation.
3.Clinical Analysis of Intrauterine Occupational Disease in 71 Cases
Journal of Shanghai Jiaotong University(Medical Science) 2006;0(08):-
Objective To diagnose the intrauterine occupational disease by vaginal ultrasonography or hysteroscopy, and to evaluate the diagnostic values of these two methods. Methods One hundred and fifty patients were detected by vaginal ultrasonography and hysteroscopy from Jan 2004 to Dec 2004, and a total of 71 cases were confirmed intrauterine occupational disease. Tissue hysteroscopy or bioposy were performed during the hysterosocopy in order to analyse the tissue pathology. Results In these 71 patients, 47 were no less than 46 years old. Most of them had abnormal uterine bleeding.Thirty-three cases (46.48%) were suggested by vaginal ultrasonography, and 49 (69.01%) by hysteroscopy. Thirty-eight cases (53.52%) were in line with the pathological result. There were significant differences between vaginal ulterasonography and hysteroscopy in diagnosing the intrauterine occupational disease (P

Endostatin(ES), the C-terminal fragment of collagen XVIII, is a potent angiogenesis inhibitor. At present, there are a large number of research papers on ES. It has already been on clinical stage Ⅱ and been widely used in inhibition of neovascularization(NV). However, how to improve the bioactivity of ES is still a matter of ongoing discussion. The objective of this review is to elucidate the relationship between the modified ES and ocular neovascualrization, and to discuss the superiority based on the structure modification. The structure can be changed either by covalent modification or by genetical mutation. It is proposed that the secondary structral ES enhance the anti-angiogenic activity. Studies on modified ES also shed light on our understanding of the molecular action mechanisms of ES. Modified ES may be exploited as a new angiogenesis inhibitor for therapeutic applica-tions, in substitution of the native ES. Activity
5.32 sequela patients of ankle fracture treated with modulated medium frequency low frequency current hydroelectric bath
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2004;10(6):360-361
ObjectiveTo observe effects of modulated medium frequency low frequency current hydroelectric bath therapy on sequela of ankle fracture.Methods32 sequela patients of ankle fracture were treated with ZM-C type intellectual faculties intermediate frequency therapeutics instrument. Modulated medium frequency square all wave, the frequency of carry wave was 4 KHz,and the frequency of modulated wave was 100 Hz. The water temperature was 40℃. 30 minutes was a time,12 times was a course. Before and after treatment, results were contrasted themselves.ResultsAfter treatment,32 patients all got satisfactory effects, the shorter of the course, the better of the effect.ConclusionThe modulated medium frequency low frequency current hydroelectric bath therapy is a simple, safe and better effect method for sequela of ankle fracture.

International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2009;17(1):29-32
Statins not only reduce the incidence of ischemic stroke but also have the neuroprotective effect on ischemic stroke. Experimental studies in recent years have found that the neuroprotective effect of statins is achieved by multiple mechanisms, in which the regulation of microvascular endothelial barrier is a new mechanism. This article reviews the advances in re-search on this mechanism.

8.Sick Building Syndrome Prevention and Control
Journal of Environment and Health 1992;0(04):-
This article introduced what sick building syndromeSBSis. Besides its concept evolvement of definition criteria of diagnosis of SBS the relationships between SBS building-related illness BRI and multiple chemical sensitivity MCS which are the other two main diseases caused by indoor air contamination was elucidated at the same time its prevalence level characters dangerous factors and its research methods were discussed briefly. Controlling molecule contamination is thought as an important and effective method to eliminate SBS.

ObjectiveTo investigate the therapeutic effects of insulin o n acute cerebral infarction.MethodsEighty-six non-diabetes mel litus patients with acute middle cerebral artery (MCA) infarction were divided i nto two groups in random fashion:42 cases (control group) were treated by routin e methods and 44 cases (insulin group) by regular insulin on the basis of routin e methods.12~16U regular insulin per diem was administered by intravenous dripp n g in 7 days.Plasma glucose, insulin sensitivity indice (ISI) and score values of the European Stroke Scale (ESS) were observed.ResultsThere wer e no statistically significant differences between the 2 groups at baseline. The everyday plasma glucose levels of the insulin group.were within the normal range but were significantly lower than those of the control group (P

Abstract: Objective To detect the antibody levels of hantavirus in serum samples from patients suspected with hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome (HFRS) in Heilongjiang Province from 2019 to 2021, and to provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of disease. Methods Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays (ELISA) were used to detect the IgM antibodies to hantavirus in serum samples collected from suspected patients with HFRS in the acute-phase, and IgM and IgG antibody in convalescent-phase serum samples. The positive rate of IgM antibody in acute-phase serum samples of patients in different years was analyzed with χ2 test by SPSS 19.0, and the data were sorted out and analyzed about patients' gender, occupation, age, date of onset and interval from onset to initial diagnosis by EpiData 3.1, Excel 2003 software. Results A total of 351 acute-phase serum samples and 208 convalescent-phase serum samples were detected in patients suspected with HFRS, respectively. There were 317 positive IgM antibodies of serum samples in the acute stage, with the positive rate of 90.31%. There was no significant difference in the positive rate of IgM antibodies in the acute stage between different years (χ2=0.895, P=0.639). T The IgM antibodies and IgG antibodies were positive in 32 (15.39%) and 28 (13.46%) of the convalescent-phase serum samples, respectively. Moreover, 148 patients (71.15%) were double-positive for IgM and IgG antibodies at the convalescent stage. The ratio of male to female patients was 4.56∶1, for which male patients were much more than female patients. Occupation was dominated by farmers (253 cases, 79.81%), followed by workers (19 cases, 5.99%) and the unemployed (17 cases, 5.36%), respectively. The age of patients ranged from 10 to 88 years old, with a median age of 49 years old. Most of the patients were in the age group from 30 years old to 60 years old (209 cases, 65.93%), among which the age group from 40 years old to 50 years old (86 cases, 27.13%) had the highest proportion, and the age group from 60 years old to 90 years old had a proportion of 20.18% (19 cases). May and November were the peak periods of HFRS in Heilongjiang Province. The median interval between onset and initial diagnosis was 4 days. Conclusions There is a gap of about 10% between the clinical diagnosis of HFRS cases and the confirmed cases detected by laboratory in Heilongjiang Province from 2019 to 2021. The virus-specific detection results are important for confirming the diagnosis of local patients with HFRS.
