0.05). But the Wuling Sang could obviously decrease serum TG content than Simvastatin(P0.05). The adverse drug reactions were stomach discomfort(4 patiens in SWS) group, 5.71%), abdominal discomfort(2 patiens in Simvastatin group, 4.55% ) and sleeplessness(5 patiens in Simvastatin group, 11.4%) . CONCLUSION: The results show the TCM drug SWS is effective and softy on treating the patients with primary hyperlipemia.
4.Discussion on testing of flow rate of infusion device about industry standard.
Chinese Journal of Medical Instrumentation 2014;38(4):292-294
Carried on the exploration testing of flow rate of infusion device about industry standard YY 0451-2010. Engaged in flow rate experiments adopting different method that are provided by new and old industry standard for samples of the same type. Compared with the result of the dangerous coefficient by calculating the test data, the old standard can be more sensitive to reflect the situation of product flow rate, so it can be applied to conventional control of the products. The method which provided by the new industry standard is suitable for evaluating periodicity the level of product contaminated.

6.Curative Effect of Atorvastatin Intensive Treatment on Lipid-Lowering in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes and Its Influence on Vascular Endothelial Function
China Pharmacist 2015;(11):1944-1946
Objective:To discuss the curative effect of atorvastatin intensive treatment on lipid-lowering in the patients with type 2 diabetes and its influence on vascular endothelial function. Methods: Totally 74 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes were selected and divided into the intensive group ( n=37 cases) and the ordinary group ( n=37 cases) at random. The patients in the two groups were given routine medical treatment, such like diet adjustment, moderate exercise and drug control etc, and the patients in the inten-sive group were additionally given 40 mg atorvastatin orally, once a day, while the patients in the ordinary group were additionally given 20mg atorvastatin orally, once a day for 12 weeks. The changes of blood fat, von willebrand factor (VWF) of serum vascular endothe-lial function, plasma thrombomodulin ( PTM) and vascular endothelial cadherin ( VEC) levels of the patients before the treatment and in the 12th week after the medical treatment were observed and compared, and the adverse drug reactions ( ADR) were evaluated as well. Results:After the 12-week medical treatment, TC, TG and LDL-C levels of the patients in the two groups were obviously de-clined than those before the treatment, while HDL-C levels were obviously raised than those before the treatment ( P<0. 05 or P<0. 01), and the changes in the intensive group was more notable than those in the ordinary group (P<0. 05). Meanwhile, serum VWF, PTM and VEC levels were obviously declined than those before the treatment (P<0. 05 or P<0. 01), and the declining rate in the intensive group was much higher than that in the ordinary group (P<0. 05). Totally 2 and 4 cases of untoward effect appeared re-spectively in the ordinary group and the intensive group with light symptom, and the incidence of ADR showed no statistical difference between the two groups (P>0. 05). Conclusion:Compared with atorvastatin, atorvastatin intensive treatment in the patients with type 2 diabetes has more favorable lipid-lowering effect, which can effectively reduce serum vWF, PTM and VEC levels to improve and rem-edy vascular endothelial function with high security.
7.Insight Into Folding,Binding and Stability of Insulin by NMR
Progress in Biochemistry and Biophysics 2004;31(1):1-26
Insulin is one of the most important hormonal regulators of metabolism. Since the diabetes patients increase dramatically, the chemical properties, biological and physiological effects of insulin had been extensively studied. In last decade the development of NMR technique allowed us to determine the solution structures of insulin and its variety mutants in various conditions, so that the knowledge of folding, binding and stability of insulin in solution have been largely increased. The solution structure of insulin monomers is essentially identical to those of insulin monomers within the dimer and hexamer as determined by X-ray diffraction. The studies of insulin mutants at the putative residues for receptor binding explored the possible conformational change and fitting between insulin and its receptor. The systematical studies of disulfide paring coupled insulin folding intermediates revealed that in spite of the conformational variety of the intermediates, one structural feature is always remained: a "native-like B chain super-secondary structure", which consists of B9-B19 helix with adjoining B23-B26 segment folded back against the central segment of B chain, an internal cystine A20-B19 disulfide bridge and a short α-helix at C-terminal of A chain linked. The "super-secondary structure" might be the "folding nucleus" in insulin folding mechanism. Cystine A20-B19 is the most important one among three disulfides to stabilize the nascent polypeptide in early stage of the folding. The NMR structure of C.elegans insulin-like peptide resembles that of human insulin and the peptide interacts with human insulin receptor. Other members of insulin super-family adopt the "insulin fold" mostly. The structural study of insulin-insulin receptor complex, that of C.elegans and other invertebrate insulin-like peptide, insulin fibril study and protein disulfide isomerase (PDI) assistant proinsulin folding study will be new topics in future to get insight into folding, binding, stability, evolution and fibrillation of insulin in detail.

10.Distribution and drug susceptibility testing in patients with hospital-acquired Pseudomonas aeruginosa infection
International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2014;(23):3230-3231,3238
Objective To study the distribution characteristics and the drug susceptibility testing in the patients with hospital-acquired Pseudomonas aeruginosa(PA)infection to provide reference for clinical treatment. Methods The sputum specimens from 484 cases of hospital-acquired infection were performed the bacterial culture identification and the drug susceptibility testing for studying the Pseudomonas aeruginosa infection situation and the drug sensitivity characteristics. Results Among 484 cases of hos-pital-acquired pneumonia,389 strains of Gram-negative bacilli were detected out, accounting for 80.37%,Pseudomonas aeruginosa was predominant,207 strains were detected out, accounting for 42.77%;95 strains were Gram-positive cocci, accounting for 19.63%.the constituent ratio of Gram-negative bacilli and Gram-positive cocci had the statistical difference (χ2 = 354.38,P =0.000,P <0.05).The Pseudomonas aeruginosa infection revealed the increasing trend;in the age distribution, the majority were the elderly aged more than 51 years old, accounting for 42.51%;the drug susceptibility testing showed that cefuroxime, ciprofloxacin, levofloxacin and ticarcillin/clavulanic acid had the higher resistance rates, which reached 96.6%,65.3%,49.3% and 49.3% re-spectively,imipenem-resistant strains was not found. Conclusion Pseudomonas aeruginosa is an important bacterium of hospital-ac-quired bacterial infections,multi-drug resistance is common, the antimicrobial drugs should be rationally used during clinical treat-ment course according to the drug susceptibility testing.
