1.Effects of Supplemented Wuling Sang on treatment of patients with primary hyperlipemia
Chinese Traditional Patent Medicine 1992;0(01):-
0.05). But the Wuling Sang could obviously decrease serum TG content than Simvastatin(P0.05). The adverse drug reactions were stomach discomfort(4 patiens in SWS) group, 5.71%), abdominal discomfort(2 patiens in Simvastatin group, 4.55% ) and sleeplessness(5 patiens in Simvastatin group, 11.4%) . CONCLUSION: The results show the TCM drug SWS is effective and softy on treating the patients with primary hyperlipemia.
3.Discussion on testing of flow rate of infusion device about industry standard.
Chinese Journal of Medical Instrumentation 2014;38(4):292-294
Carried on the exploration testing of flow rate of infusion device about industry standard YY 0451-2010. Engaged in flow rate experiments adopting different method that are provided by new and old industry standard for samples of the same type. Compared with the result of the dangerous coefficient by calculating the test data, the old standard can be more sensitive to reflect the situation of product flow rate, so it can be applied to conventional control of the products. The method which provided by the new industry standard is suitable for evaluating periodicity the level of product contaminated.

4.The anti-tumor new drug:9-nitrocamptothecin
International Journal of Surgery 2008;35(6):396-398
9-Nitrocamptothcin(9-NC)is an orally available new type camptothecinanalog with antineoplastic activity that results from inhibition of DNA topoisomerase Ⅰ.In the study we reviewed the feature of the drug, mechanism of action, update studies of preclinical and pancreas cancer clinical trial.
5.Observation in effect of health education with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on patients with cardio-cerebrovascular disease
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2009;25(16):18-19
Objective To explore the effect of health education with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on patients with cardio-cerebrovascular disease, in order to reach the aim of preven-tion and treatment of cardio-cerebrovascular disease, promotion of early rehabilitation and maintenance of health in them. Methods 80 cases of patients with cardio-cerebrovascular disease were randomized into the control group and the intervention group with 40 cases in each group, Both groups received routine treatment, the intervention group received health education based upon routine treatment. Questionnaires were formulated to investigate change of bad habit and primary disease, return visit and incidence of compli-cation one year after intervention, X2 test was adopted. Results The change rate of bad habit was higher, the change rate of primary disease, rate of return visit and incidence rate of complication were lower in the intervention group compared with those in the control group. Conclusions Health education with inte-grated traditional Chinese and western medicine for patients with cardio-cerebrovascular disease can in-crease their cognition of self- care, life quality and health level which is worthy of wide application in clinic and community.
6.The Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Avascular Necrosis of Femoral Head with Comprehensive Therapy Dominated by Medical Ozone
International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2009;31(2):146-147
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of treating avascular necrosis of femoral head with comprehensive therapy dominated by medical ozone. Methods Joint cavity of femoral articulation was performed blockage and injected with fluids for eliminating inflammation and reliving pain. After 5 to 10 minutes interval, if the patients did not show any abnormal reaction, medical Ozone with the concentration of 30%, 8 to 10ml, was injected to the joint cavity. Meanwhile, needle-knife therapy was used to reduce pressure inside the cavity. Traditional Chinese medicine was also used for the treatment. Results of all 183 femoral articulations of 135 cases, the therapeutic result of 38 articulations perfect, occupying 20.8% (38/183), 88 were good, occupying 48.1% (88/183), 31 were normal, occupying 16.9% (31/183) and 26 were bad, occupying 14.2% (26/183).The total effective rate was 85.8% (157/183). Conclusion The treatment of avascular necrosis of femoral head with comprehensive therapy dominated by medical ozone had outstanding therapeutic effects.
7.Advances in molecular targeted treatment for head and neck cancer
Journal of International Oncology 2010;37(11):845-848
Toxicity has impeded the advance of chemoradiotherapy for head and neck cancer, while targeted therapy has demonstrated some advantage. Over the past decade, targeted therapy is becoming the important section in multimodal approaches for head and neck cancer. Targeted drugs include monoclonal antibodies, small molecular chemicals and antisense oligodeoxynucleotide, etc. Cetuximab is the only targeted agent approved for this malignancy, and other targeted drugs, such as gefitinib and lapatinib, have demonstrated encouraging outcome in phase Ⅰ -Ⅲ clinical trials for head and neck cancer.
8.Application of blood gas analysis in respiration control under general anesthesia
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2010;17(19):2645-2646
Objective To explore clinical significance of controlled mechanical ventilation under general anesthesia with blood gas analysis. Methods 90 adult patients who received operation under general anesthesia were ysis was made 30 min after anesthesia and per hour thereafter. The patients whose first arterial blood gas values were abnormal were made another blood gas analysis 25 min after adjusting their respiratory parameters. Results The fist blood gas analysis values of the patients showed that the average PaCO2 value was ( 33.6 ± 12.9 ) mm Hg, only 40. 0% were normal; The average pH value was(7.40 ±0.05) ,66.7% were normal. Ventilation parameters of 36 cases whose first PaCO2 were abnormal were adjusted according to their first PaCO2. The average PaCO2 value of the second blood gas analysis was ( 37. 1 ± 4.6) mm Hg,90. 0% were normal and higher than the first ( P < 0. 05 ). The average pH value was (7.38 ± 0. 02 ),91.1% were normal and it was higher than the first( P < 0. 05). Conclusion It was important for arterial blood gas analysis to direct controlled respiration under general anesthesia.
9.Gilbert's syndrome and molecular genetics basis
International Journal of Pediatrics 2010;37(4):422-424
Gilbert's syndrome is a congenital, nonhemolytic, unconjugated hyperbilirubinemia. The intermittent mild jaundice is its clinical characteristic. The pathogenesis of the disease is the gene mutation of the isoenzyme which encoding the UDP-glucuronosyltransferase (UGT1A1).The gene mutation can affect glucuronic acidation of drugs.Therapeutic dose can cause unexpected toxicity. It is very important to detect the gene mutation of UGT1A1 for diagnosis, treatment and genetic counseling of Gilbert's syndrome.
10.Smac/DIABLO and acute renal ischemia-reperfusion injury
International Journal of Pediatrics 2010;37(4):403-405
Ischemia-reperfusion after neonatal asphyxia is a key factor in renal injury, which often leads to apoptosis of tubular epithelial cells.Apoptosis is an important form of injury for renal tubular epithelial cells after asphyxia.Smac/DIABLO is released to the cytosol in response to diverse apoptotic stimuli while mitochondrial targeting signal peptide is removed. In the cytosol,Smac/DIABLO interacts and antagonizes inhibitors of apoptosis proteins, thus allowing the activation of caspases and apoptosis. And thus it increases the ischemia-reperfusion renal injury, leading to acute renal failure.
