Chinese Traditional Patent Medicine 1992;0(01):-
0.05). But the Wuling Sang could obviously decrease serum TG content than Simvastatin(P0.05). The adverse drug reactions were stomach discomfort(4 patiens in SWS) group, 5.71%), abdominal discomfort(2 patiens in Simvastatin group, 4.55% ) and sleeplessness(5 patiens in Simvastatin group, 11.4%) . CONCLUSION: The results show the TCM drug SWS is effective and softy on treating the patients with primary hyperlipemia.
3.Discussion on testing of flow rate of infusion device about industry standard.
Chinese Journal of Medical Instrumentation 2014;38(4):292-294
Carried on the exploration testing of flow rate of infusion device about industry standard YY 0451-2010. Engaged in flow rate experiments adopting different method that are provided by new and old industry standard for samples of the same type. Compared with the result of the dangerous coefficient by calculating the test data, the old standard can be more sensitive to reflect the situation of product flow rate, so it can be applied to conventional control of the products. The method which provided by the new industry standard is suitable for evaluating periodicity the level of product contaminated.

4.Research progress on the changes of subchondral bone in osteoarthritis and its molecular mechanisms
Fudan University Journal of Medical Sciences 2017;44(2):231-237
Osteoarthritis (OA) is one of the most common chronic osteoarthritic diseases, which can involve the whole joint.Subchondral bone is an important part of the joint and has a close relationship to the development of OA.The changes and mechanisms of subchondral bone in OA are complex and remain disputes. In this review,we will discuss the advances of the molecular mechanisms of subchondral bone in OA,which include the pathological changes and the roles of the OPG/RANKL/RANK system, transforming growth factor β (TGFβ),estrogen-estrogen receptors and lipid metabolism in OA.
5.Thirty years of research on toxicant metabolism and toxicokinetics in China
Chinese Journal of Pharmacology and Toxicology 2016;30(12):1333-1342
Toxicant metabolism and toxicokinetics are an integrated part of toxicology. They study the absorption, targeted distribution, metabolic detoxicification or bioactivation, excretion and elimination of toxic substances after the body′s exposure via different routes, and also evaluate the effects of various factors on the disposition of poisons. The results of the studies provide essential data on the relation?ships between exposure kinetics and toxicological effect and their mechanisms. They also help to find possible targets of intoxication or detoxicification pathways, which can lead to efficient countermea?sures. In this review, the author summarized the thirty years of progress and features of the research on toxicant metabolism and toxicokinetics in China.
6.EFFECTS OF GLUCOCORTICOID ON ELECTRICAL ACTIVITIES OF HIPPOCAMPAL NEURONS OF RATS IN VITRO
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 1981;0(04):-
IntraccUular recording of the rat hippocampal slices was established and used to analyse the effects of glucocorticoid on resting membrane potential as well as input resistance of the cells in CA1 and CA2 of hippocampal slices. The results indicate that the steroid hyperpolarized some of the hippocampal neurons with a tendency of increasing the cells'input resistance within 1-2 min, suggesting that glucocorticoid can influence the function of central neurons in a non-genomic pattern, and the underlying mechanism involves the change of resting membrane potential.

8.Insight Into Folding,Binding and Stability of Insulin by NMR
Progress in Biochemistry and Biophysics 2004;31(1):1-26
Insulin is one of the most important hormonal regulators of metabolism. Since the diabetes patients increase dramatically, the chemical properties, biological and physiological effects of insulin had been extensively studied. In last decade the development of NMR technique allowed us to determine the solution structures of insulin and its variety mutants in various conditions, so that the knowledge of folding, binding and stability of insulin in solution have been largely increased. The solution structure of insulin monomers is essentially identical to those of insulin monomers within the dimer and hexamer as determined by X-ray diffraction. The studies of insulin mutants at the putative residues for receptor binding explored the possible conformational change and fitting between insulin and its receptor. The systematical studies of disulfide paring coupled insulin folding intermediates revealed that in spite of the conformational variety of the intermediates, one structural feature is always remained: a "native-like B chain super-secondary structure", which consists of B9-B19 helix with adjoining B23-B26 segment folded back against the central segment of B chain, an internal cystine A20-B19 disulfide bridge and a short α-helix at C-terminal of A chain linked. The "super-secondary structure" might be the "folding nucleus" in insulin folding mechanism. Cystine A20-B19 is the most important one among three disulfides to stabilize the nascent polypeptide in early stage of the folding. The NMR structure of C.elegans insulin-like peptide resembles that of human insulin and the peptide interacts with human insulin receptor. Other members of insulin super-family adopt the "insulin fold" mostly. The structural study of insulin-insulin receptor complex, that of C.elegans and other invertebrate insulin-like peptide, insulin fibril study and protein disulfide isomerase (PDI) assistant proinsulin folding study will be new topics in future to get insight into folding, binding, stability, evolution and fibrillation of insulin in detail.

10.Simultaneous Determination of 4 Ginsenosides in Shengmai Powder by HPLC
China Pharmacy 2016;27(12):1702-1704
OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for simultaneous determination for ginsenoside Rb1,ginsenosides Rc,ginsen-osides Rb2 and ginsenosides Rd in Shengmai powder. METHODS:HPLC was performed on the column of Agilent ZORBAX Ex-tend-C18 with mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.1% formic acid(gradient elution) at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min,wavelength was 203 nm,column temperature was 30 ℃ and the volume injection was 10 ml. RESULTS:The linear was 0.78-38.75 μg for ginsenoside Rb1(r=0.9996),0.51-25.50 μg for ginsenosides Rc(r=0.9996),0.43-21.50 μg for ginsenosides Rb2(r=0.9997)and 0.20-10.00 μg for ginsenosides Rd(r=0.9997);RSDs of precision, stability and reproducibility tests were lower than 2%;recoveries were 96.6%-101.2%(RSD=1.6%,n=6),97.0%-102.1%(RSD=1.7%,n=6),99.1%-102.8%(RSD=1.3%,n=6)and 96.3%-101.1%(RSD=1.6%,n=6). CONCLUSIONS:The method is simple, rapid with good stability, reproducibility and high precision, and can be used for quality control of Shengmai powder.
