4.Soft composite materials for bone regeneration in vitro in skull repair
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2016;20(25):3706-3712
BACKGROUND: In the process of bone defect repair, as their respective shortcomings, both autograft and al ograft cannot obtain satisfactory outcomes. OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of soft composite materials for bone regeneration established in vitro in skul defect repair. METHODS: Soft composite materials for bone regeneration (bone morphogenetic protein 7-derived polypeptide, chitosan, nano hydroxyapatite and col agen) were established in vitro. Twenty-four Sprague-Dwley rats were enrol ed to prepare skul defect models, and were randomly equivalently divided into two groups. The rats were repaired with chitosan/nano hydroxyapatite/col agen composite materials as control group, and those repaired with soft composite materials of bone regeneration as experimental group. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: The soft composite material of bone regeneration exhibited a loose and porous structure and bone morphogenetic protein 7-derived polypeptide was released in a gradual y rising trend. Compared with the control group, bone mineral density of the defect region in the experimental group was higher, which was similar with that of the normal bone tissue, and additional y numerous newborn bones could be found. These results show that the soft bone regeneration composite material exerts a better repair effect in skul defect.
5.Application of Multilevel Growth Model in Community Intervention Research
Chinese Journal of Health Statistics 2009;(5):459-461
Objective To explore the application of multilevel growth model in community intervention research. Methods The data a-bout blood pressure collected through questionnaire at baseline and 6 months, 12 months after intervention were analysed through multilevel growth model to evaluate the effectiveness of hypertension self-management. Results The blood pressures between the two groups were statistical significance at baseline, and the changing trends also were different. Age could affect diastolic blood pressure (DBP) changing after controlling the other factors. Conclusion Multilevel growth model can analyze the longitudinal data acquired from intervention research flexibly, and the result is more reliable.
6.Spectrophotometric determination of chondroitin sulfate with 4-amino-3-hydrazine-5-mercapto-1,2,4-triazole
Chinese Journal of Marine Drugs 1994;0(04):-
To establish a new method for the determination of chondroitin sulfate. The method was based on the interaction of sodium chondroitin sulfate with 4-amino-3-hydrazino-5-mercapto-1,2,4-triazole to yield a violet product, 6-mercapto-3-substituted-s-triazolo-\[4,3-b\]-s-tetrzaine derivatives. Absorbance at 540 nm obeyed Beer's Law within the concentration range from 0.1 to 1.0 g?L~(-1)and the results were precise and accurate. The method was operationally simple and had a good precision and sensitivity.
7. Continuous veno-venous hemofiltration and intermittent hemofiltration in treatment of type 1 cardiorenal syndrome: A clinical research
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 2012;33(7):742-746
Objective To compare the effects of continuous veno-venous hemofiltration (CVVH) and intermittent hemofiltration (IHF) on the hemodynamics and clinical outcomes of patients with type 1 cardiorenal syndrome. Methods From May 2008 to June 2011, 34 patients diagnosed with type 1 cardiorenal syndrome were admitted to our hospital and received CVVHQ9 cases) or IHF (15 cases). The general data, acute hemodynamic changes before and after hemofiltration and clinical outcomes at 28 days after hemofiltration were evaluated. Results There were no significant differences in the heart rates, diastolic blood pressure between the two groups before and after hemofiltration (P>0.05). The systolic pressure was similar between the two groups before hemofiltration (P>0.05), but that in the IHF group was significantly lower than that in the CVVH group after hemofiltration (P<0.05). No significant difference was found in the maximal mean pressure or blood pressure changes between the two groups at 48 h after hemofiltration(P>0.05), but the minimal mean pressure in IHF group was significantly lower than that in the CVVH group (P<0.05). The improvement of cardiac function and the mortality rates at 28 d after hemofiltration were not significantly different between the two groups(P>0.05). Multivariate analysis suggested that APACHE II was the main influence factor of 28-day mortality of patients, and APACHE II and net ultrafiltration were the main influence factor of the minimal mean pressure. Conclusion Compared with IHF, CVVH fails to greatly reduce the mortality of patients with type 1 cardiorenal syndrome. The severity of the disease is the main influence factor for the hemodynamic changes and the 28-day mortality of patients with type 1 cardiorenal syndrome.
8.Protects from the quality lives the campus civilized present situation to discuss the civilized behavior depends on the autonomy
Chinese Medical Ethics 1995;0(03):-
Goal To promote the university student to foster the civilized behavior.Method From September to October,2007,investigate the 615 students of Nursing Department in Our college,in order to know the situations of civilization and manners on campus.Result Amorg the ten big uncivilized behaviors,in the first place is: uncivilized languge, that is,speaking obscene words. The above is the view of 324 students 167 students think that humiliating the small and weak and fighting are the most disgusting behaviors. So how to foster the university student's civilized behavior turns to be a society problem now. Conclusion The coordination of the autonomy and the heternomy can play a better effect during the process of fostering the civilized behaviors. But the autonomy may play a main role in the process.
