Bribery in Pharmaceutical field is just an injustice trade.It appears that not only has individual moral weakening,the miss of hospital management,but also has incompletion of social supervision.To harness the business bribery,solve the problem of difficult and high cost of getting medical service,we should take all kinds of measures,such as to strength the professional moral education and complete the personality of medical personnel,to regulate the ethical construction of hospital reformation in health system,to strength the building of social morality and law.

Objective:To discuss the curative effect of atorvastatin intensive treatment on lipid-lowering in the patients with type 2 diabetes and its influence on vascular endothelial function. Methods: Totally 74 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes were selected and divided into the intensive group ( n=37 cases) and the ordinary group ( n=37 cases) at random. The patients in the two groups were given routine medical treatment, such like diet adjustment, moderate exercise and drug control etc, and the patients in the inten-sive group were additionally given 40 mg atorvastatin orally, once a day, while the patients in the ordinary group were additionally given 20mg atorvastatin orally, once a day for 12 weeks. The changes of blood fat, von willebrand factor (VWF) of serum vascular endothe-lial function, plasma thrombomodulin ( PTM) and vascular endothelial cadherin ( VEC) levels of the patients before the treatment and in the 12th week after the medical treatment were observed and compared, and the adverse drug reactions ( ADR) were evaluated as well. Results:After the 12-week medical treatment, TC, TG and LDL-C levels of the patients in the two groups were obviously de-clined than those before the treatment, while HDL-C levels were obviously raised than those before the treatment ( P<0. 05 or P<0. 01), and the changes in the intensive group was more notable than those in the ordinary group (P<0. 05). Meanwhile, serum VWF, PTM and VEC levels were obviously declined than those before the treatment (P<0. 05 or P<0. 01), and the declining rate in the intensive group was much higher than that in the ordinary group (P<0. 05). Totally 2 and 4 cases of untoward effect appeared re-spectively in the ordinary group and the intensive group with light symptom, and the incidence of ADR showed no statistical difference between the two groups (P>0. 05). Conclusion:Compared with atorvastatin, atorvastatin intensive treatment in the patients with type 2 diabetes has more favorable lipid-lowering effect, which can effectively reduce serum vWF, PTM and VEC levels to improve and rem-edy vascular endothelial function with high security.

Objective To investigate the efficacies of irbesartan(Irb)in decreasing the 24 hour microalbuminuria(MA)and treating early diabetic nephropathy in the normotensive aged patients.Methods forty-eight normotensive aged patients with the early diabetic nephropathy(24 hour urinary albumin excretion rate within range(20～200?g/min)were divided randomly into two groups: the Irb group(28 cases)and control(C)group(20 cases)were respectively administered with Irb(75～150mmg/d)and placebo. The two group patients were treated with oral antihyperglycemic agents or/and insulin till their fasting blood glucose(FBG) value ≤7 0mmol/L and postprandial 2 hour blood glucose(2hBG) level ≤10 0mmol/L.The MA, systolic and diastolic pressure(SBP and DBP), serum creatinine(Cr)and uric acid(UA)and potassium(K +) levels were examined before and after the treatment(at the 12 th wk and 24 th wk).Results After treatment ,the MA of the Irb groups was significantly decreased(P

OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for the professional entrance and management of professional titles of pharmaceutical technicians.METHODS:The regulations on the professional entrance and management of professional titles of pharmaceutical technicians in China and the problems involved were analyzed binding with the actual situations in Guizhou.RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS:The problems included medical institutions' failure in emphasizing the qualification of pharmacists,indiscrimination of the licensed pharmacists of related specialties,the incompleteness in item design for the certificate of licensed pharmacists,and the training of licensed pharmacists laid focus only on quantity rather than quality.It is advisable to strengthen professional entrance for pharmaceutical technicians and adopt a classified management on licensed pharmacists.

OBJECTIVE: To study the status quo of the use of protein anabolic preparation and peptide hormone in our hospital and to strengthen the standardized management on drug use.METHODS: The protein anabolic preparation and peptide hormone used during Jan 2004～Dec 2007 in our hospital were analyzed statistically in respect of the consumption sum and the drug variety.RESULTS: The protein anabolic preparation totaled 4 kinds and peptide hormone 3 kinds.The consumption sum of protein anabolic preparation plus peptide hormone accounted for about 1% of the total,of which,peptide hormone took a higher proportion.CONCLUSIONS: Both the variety and consumption sum were on the lower side for protein anabolic preparation and peptide hormone used in our hospital,the management of which was standard on the whole;however,there are some defects and the management on the use of those drugs should be intensified.
