Objective To investigate the effect of venlafaxine combined with antipsychotic drugs in the treatment of negative symptoms of schizophrenia.Methods In this study, 60 patients with schizophrenia who were treated and diagnosed in ankang hospital of Hangzhou public security bureau from June 2015 to November 2016 were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the time of admission.The control group was only given antipsychotic(risperidone);enrolifloxacin combined with antipsychotics(risperidone)was used in the experimental group.The patients were evaluated with the positive and negative symptoms scale, and the side effects were assessed by the Adverse Reaction Symptom Scale(TESS).A 12-week study was conducted.Results Compared with the results of this experiment, the scores of PANSS and the scores of the two groups were not different between the two groups before and after treatment.4,8,12 weekend negative group of experimental group and the difference was very significant before treatment;8,12 weekend negative control group score and before treatment is relatively poor.There were significant differences in negative factor scores between the two groups at 4, 8 and 12 weeks.There was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion Risperidone combined with venlafaxine is effective in the treatment of schizophrenia with negative symptoms.It has good curative effect and high safety.It is worth popularizing in clinic.

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of combined electroacupuncture,tuina and traction treating cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Method:Depending on the orders of the patient's first visit,120 cases were randomized into a treatment group (60 cases),receiving electroacupuncture,tuina and traction treatment,and a control group (60 cases),receiving electroacupuncture and tuina treatment.The treatment was done once a day,and 5 times constitute one course of treatment.A 2-day interval is set between the courses.The therapeutic effect was evaluated after 6 courses of treatment.Result:The total effective rate and recovery rate in the treatment group were 93.3% and 61.7%,respectively,whereas that of the control group were 78.3% and 31.7%,respectively,showing a significant statistical difference.Conclusion:Combined acupuncture,tuina and traction worked well for cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.

Objective To evaluate the academic level and the popularity of Chinese Journal of Orthopaedics from the point view of citation. Methods According to the information of Chinese Medical Citation Index (CMCI), the amount and distribution of the original articles in Chinese Journal of Orthopaedics cited by the journals included by CMCI were statistically analyzed. The data analyzed included the percentage of cited articles, the number of citation of a single article, authors of most cited articles, geological regions of cited articles, years of citation, citing journals and self citing rate. Results The percentage of cited papers (749 articles, 4213 times) in all published 1184 articles in Chinese Journal of Orthopaedics from 2000 to 2004 were 76.43%, 75.20%, 71.49%, 57.46% and 30.19%, with an average of 63.26%. The original articles cited by other researchers were 7.86, 6.54, 5.48, 2.98 and 1.78, with an average of 5.62. The highest one was citated by 68 times. The most frequently cited authors were from 30 provinces of China and the city Beijing, Shanghai and Tianjin were the three topest cities among other cities in the naion. There were 461 citing journals, and there was 191 items self citsted, self-citing rate is 0.045. Conclusion Chinese Journal of Orthopaedics has published high quality articles. It has been become one of the most important information resource for orthopaedic researchers and one of the most important medical journals in China.

Background and purpose:It is rare that gastric and colorectal cancer metastasize to the uterine cervix.The study aimed to explore the treatment,prognosis,and the clinical features of metastatases of uterine cervix from gastric and colorectal cancer.Methods:22 patients with metastatic carcinoma to the uterine cervix from gastric and colorectal cancer were treated from 1994 to 2007 in Cancer Hospital of Zhejiang Province.The clinical pathologic parameters and prognosis were analyzed retrospectively.Results:The ages of patients ranged from 29 to 74 years old with mean of 46.7 years.The main symptom of patients was vaginal bleeding(54.5%).The primary tumor was gastric cancer in 10 cases and colorectal cancer in 12 cases.6 cases received operation alone,3 cases received radiotherapy alone,1 case received chemotherapy alone,9 cases were treated by the combination of chemotherapy,operation or radiotherapy,3 cases were not treated.According to clinical pathologic parameters,if the primary tumor was gastric cancer,it metastasesed to endometrium of uterine body;if the primary tumor was colorectal cancer,the serosa and myometrial of uterine body were invaded.In 22 cases,3 cases were still under treatment,with one lost follow-up,and the others died,the mean overall survival was 14.6 months.The mean overall survival were 11.2 months for gastric cancer and 17.9 months for colorectal cancer respectively.The mean overall survival of signet-ring cell carcinoma,mucinous adenocarcinoma and adenocarcinoma(G1-G3)were 10 months,13 months,and 18.1 months respectively.The mean overall survival for the patients treated by either radiotherapy,operation or the combination were 10.7 months,13.2 months and 17.7 months respectively.The mean overall survival for 4 patients treated by radical operation and 5 patients treated by tumor cell reduction-extinction technique were 22.3 months and 7.8 months respectively.Conclusion:The mean overall survival for the patients with metastases of uterine cervix from gastric cancer was worse than that from colorectal cancer.The patients with signet-ring cell carcinoma had the shortest mean overall survival,followed by mucinous adenocarcinoma.The primary lesion of tumor,histological types and treatment modality may be the main factors that affect the prognosis.The strategy of the treatment for the disease should be multidisciplinary therapy including surgery,radiotherapy and chemotherapy.

Filtration surgeries,especially trabeculectomy,are the most common surgeries for glaucoma.Although trabeculectomy has excellent efficacy for reducing intraocular pressure(IOP),glaucoma filtering blebs have been frequently associated with various postoperative complications including filtering bleb failure and ocular surface dysfunctions.Surgical treatments of the natural aqueous outflow system,in and around Schlemm's canal,to restore normal function without penetration of the intraocular space has been considerable interest in recent years as glaucoma surgeons continue their quest for a procedure that reduces IOP without the risk related with filtering bleb.As a result,more blebless glaucoma surgeries have developed gradually in the past years.

Objective To study the clinical features, efficacy and complications of the radiotherapy for cervical cancers in aged women. Methods Basing on the clinical stages, histologic types, differentiation of neoplasms, macroscopic types, sizes of cervical masses and vagina,542 female patients ≥ 60 years of age with cervical cancers were analyzed. Therefore, oral low dose amiodarone (in one year) is safe for the elderly patients, but they must be monitored closely in the first 6 months.

Rational use of antibiotics can delay the emergence of antimicrobial resistance, and antimicrobial resistance surveillance provides the basis for standardizing clinical rational use of antibiotics. Therefore, antimicrobial resistance surveillance network is of great importance, and its construction can improve the rational use of antibiotics.The construction of antimicrobial resistance surveillance network should emphasize the capacity building of clinical microbiology laboratory and enhance quality control of resistance data based on the standards put forth by Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute ( CLSI) .
