3.Experimental Study on the Effects of Immediate Administration of Inderal on Postinfarction Left Ventricular Remodeling of the Rabbit
Acta Medicinae Universitatis Scientiae et Technologiae Huazhong 2001;30(3):221-223
The effects of immediate administration of inderal following acute myocardial infarction on left ventricular remodeling were studied in acute myocardial infarction model of the rabbit. The results showed that there was no significant difference in the infarct size and expansion index between the infarct-inderal group and the infarct-placebo group. As compared with sham surgery-inderal group,infarct-inderal group had a higher ventricular weight, left ventricular volume index and left ventricular wall stress [(2.65±0.17) g/kg vs (2.32±0.11) g/kg,P<0.05;(2.22±0.23) ml/kg vs (1.70±0.12) ml/kg,P<0.001;(0.84±0.07) vs (0.75±0.052),P<0.05,respectively],but there was no significant difference between the infarct-inderal group and infarct-placebo group. Heart rate in the infarct-inderal group was significantly decreased as compared with that of infarct-placebo group [(153±6.36) min-1 vs (225±4.08) min-1,P<0.001],but there was no significant difference in left ventricular end-diastolic pressure,+dp/dt max and cardiac index between the two groups. It was suggested that immediate administration of inderal postinfarction had no preventive effect on left ventricular remodeling.
4.Effect of metoprolol combined with benazepril on cardiac structure and function in elderly heart failure
Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2017;37(1):160-162
Objective To study the effect of metoprolol combined with benazepril on cardiac structure and heart function in patients with heart failure and the treatment of hypertension in the elderly. Methods 120 cases of elderly hypertensive patients with heart failure from June 2011 to June 2015 were studied, according to the random number table method, they were randomly divided into combination group and control group. The two groups were given symptomatic and supportive therapy, the control group on the basis of conventional treatment were given antihypertensive drugs of benazepril; combination treatment group were given metoprolol on the basis of control group. After treatment, the clinical efficacy of the two groups were evaluated, the changes of cardiac structure in the two groups were recorded and analyzed before and after treatment, and the blood pressure and cardiac function were analyzed. Results The total effective rate of the combined group was 91.67%, the control group was 78.33%, there was significant difference between the two groups (χ2=4.1830, P=0.0408). After 6 months of treatment, the blood pressure, cardiac structure and 6min walking distance were significantly improved in the two groups (P<0.05). The above indicators in combination group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05). The complication rate in combination group was 8.33%, 13.33% in the control group, there was no statistically significant between two groups (χ2=0.7764, P=0.3782). Conclusion Metoprolol combined with antihypertensive treatment can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of the treatment, improve the cardiac structure and function.
5.Advances of febrile infection-related epilepsy syndrome
International Journal of Pediatrics 2013;(2):159-162
The scholars abroad have reported a group of previously normal children, who develop intractable focal epilepsy or status epilepticus after fever, followed by drug-resistant partial epilepsy and severe cognitive impairment, named febrile infection-related epilepsy syndrome (FIRES).There are unknown etiology, critical condition, poor prognosis and absent of specific changes on cerebrospinal fluid, biopsies and neuroimagings. No therapeutic agent is efficacious and ketogenic diet may be an alternative therapy in some reports. This study describes the clinical characteristics of FIRES.
6.Research on the Relationship Between Self Consistency and Learning Adjustment of Normal University Students
Chinese Journal of Clinical Psychology 1993;0(01):-
Objective: To explore the relationship between learning adjustment and self consistency of normal university students. Methods: 423 students were tested by means of Self Consistency and Congruence Scale and Undergraduate Learning Adjustment Scale. Results: The whole situation of learning adjustment and self-consistency was quite well. There was significant correlation among most factors of learning adjustment and self consistency. Two elements of self consistency were effective predictive variables of learning adjustment. Conclusion: There is close relationship between self consistency and learning adjustment of normal university students.
7.Relativity of the patients' right frou the prevention and cure of SARS
Chinese Medical Ethics 1995;0(03):-
Any rights should be within the range of exertion, as well as the patients' right is relative. Which kind of the rights the patients have? Why should the rights be lmited? and what's that? To avoid the abuse of rights, the text discusses the limits of the patients' rights from the prevention and cure of the SARS disease.

The text compares the medical accident with the medical malpractice, from their definition, elements and respond.
9.Transplantation of microencapsulated xenogenic hepatocytes in treating fulminant hepatic failure in rats
Chinese Journal of General Surgery 1993;0(03):-
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of microencapsulated xenogenic hepatocytes transplantation on rat fulminant hepatic failure(FHF).Methods Isolated guinea pig hepatocytes were microencapsulated with alginate-chitosan-polyethyleneglycol(ACP).The microencapsulated hepatocytes(MCHC) were implanted into the peritoneal cavity of Wister rats 24 hrs before the FHF model, which was surgically induced by 90% hepatectomy. After 24hrs of the FHF,the serum ALT,total bitirubin(TB),blood suger(BG) and PT were determined, and the microscopic appearance, function and nember of the implanted microencapsulated hepatocytes were observed,as well as the survival time and life quality of the FHF rats. Results Compared with the control group, the rats in the MCHC implantation group showed milder symptoms of central nervous system and less serious ascites. The ALT,BS, TB,and PT in the MCHC implantation group were all improved significantly (P
10.The effect of enteral nutrition on gut barrier in patients with hepatic dysfunction
Parenteral & Enteral Nutrition 1997;0(01):-
Objectives:To determine if enteral nutrition can protect the gut barrier in patients with damaged hepatic function and draw the clinical significance from it. Methods:76 patients whose hepatic function was in Child B or C grade were randomly assigned in enteral nutrition group(EN,30 cases),total parenteral nutrition group(TPN,26 cases) and control group(CON,20 cases). They were given with different nutritional support. Nutritional parameter and hepatic function indexes were massured at the day before operation,5th day and 10th day after the operation respectively. The concentrations of lactulose(L) and Mannitl(M) were detected in the urines with pulsed electrochemical detection(HPLC PED) and the L/M ratio was calculated. Results:No significant differences of hepatic function changes were observed between EN group and TPN group. It was the earlist that EN group reached the positive nitrogon equilibrium among the 3 groups and the loss of body weight after operation was the lowest in EN group There wes no change in L/M ratio in EN group, but the change was significant in TPN group( P
