Objective To understand the relationship among junior college students' anxious status in testing and studying behaviors and studying result. Methods TAS anxiety scale was used for the evaluation of anxious status, and data were analyzed by SPSS software. Results Statistical significance was observed among different specialties. Sex, socioeconomic status and living environment did not affect TAS score. The higher the anxious status was, the worse the studying results will be. The anxious status was associated with some studying behaviors. Conclusions Anxiety was correlated with specialities and studying behaviors, and affected studying result.

Objective To construct recombinant lentivirus with the gene STAT3 of the Mus musculus, measure the expres-sion of STAT3,and conduct lentivirus packing and identification. Methods The mRNA of mouse myoblast was extracted and transformed into STAT3 cDNA by the special primer.then,STAT3 cDNA was amplified and reclaimed and inseted into pLVX-IRES-ZsGreen1 vector.Cleavage map and sequencing analysis were used for identification of the recombinant lentivirus vector (pLVX-IRES-ZsGreen1-STAT3).293 T cells were transfected with main vector pLVX-IRES-ZsGreen1-STAT3.and 48 h later, Western blott detected the expression of STAT3 protein.Lentiviral vectors were packaged and the titer was determined. Results The lentiviral vector plasmid pLVX-IRES-ZsGreen1-STAT3 was identified correctly by cleavage map and Co-transfection of 293 T cells with 48 h,the expression of STAT3 was significantly enhanced by western blot. And DNA sequencing analysis confirmed that STAT3 gene sequencing was exactly the same with that reported by genbank. Conclusion Lentiviral vector carrying STAT3 was successfnlly constructed and could express STAT3 with high efficiency, and can be used in further study.

Obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS) is endangering human health seriously now. We had reviewed some typical animal model which had at least one OSAS character of intermittent hypoxia and/or hypercapnia, upper airway obstruction and sleep structure disorder. However, all of these models could not simulate clinical and pathological features of OSAS completely. Establishing a suitable animal model to study OSAS and related diseases is very important.

Chinese Journal of Anesthesiology 1994;0(05):-
Objective To investigate the cardioprotective effects of 3-nitropropionic acid (3-NPA) pretreatment against ischemia-reperfusion (I/R) injury. Methods Sixteen male Wistar rats weighing 200-250 g were randomly divided into 2 groups ( n = 8 each):(1) 3-NPA group received intraperitoneal 3-NPA 4 mg?kg-1 24 h before the animals were sacrificed and (2) control group received normal saline instead of 3-NPA. The animals were sacrificed and the hearts were immediately removed and mounted on Langendorff apparatus and perfused with K-H solution saturated with 95% O2 and 5% CO2 at 37℃ . After being perfused for 30 min the hearts were subjected to 30 min global ischemia by suspension of perfusion followed by 60 min reperfusion. The HR, left ventricular developed pressure (LVDP) and ? dp/dtmaxd were recorded before ischemia and at 30 and 60 min of reperfusion. Coronary effluent was collected at 15 min of reperfusion for determination of CK and LDH activity. At the end of 60 min reperfusion the hearts were removed for determination of myocardial MDA content and SOD activity. Results LVDP and ? dp/dtmax recovered significantly better in 3-NPA group than in control group. The myocardial MDA content, CK and LDH release were significantly lower in 3-NPA group than in control group. The myocardial SOD activity was significantly higher in 3-NPA group than in control group. Conclusion Chemical preconditioning with 3-NPA protects the heart from I/R injury.

Objective:To study the optimal water extraction method for Shugan Xiaocuo granules. Methods: The study was car-ried out according to the orthogonal tablet. The water amount, extraction time, extraction times and soak time as the influencing factors, and the extractive yield and baicalin content as the indices in a comprehensive evaluation, the optimal extraction technology was screened. Results:The optimal extraction technology was as follows:soaked 30 minutes before cooking, 8-fold water, extracted for 3 times with 1h for every time. Conclusion:The verification test showed that the optimum extraction process was stable, reasonable and feasible.

0.05). Conclusion Deficiency of Qi, Blood stasis, Damp-phlegm and Deficiency of Yin are main syndromes of TCM in adenocarcinoma and squamous carcinoma. In Deficiency of Qi, lung-deficiency of Qi and spleen-deficiency of Qi are common syndromes of TCM. Appearing frequency of syndromes of TCM between adenocarcinoma and squamous carcinoma is similar.

Chinese Journal of Trauma 2010;26(6):490-494
Objective To explore emergency treatment strategies for the patients with brain hernia combined with hemorrhagic shock after severe traumatic brain injury and their effect on prognosis. Methods A retrospective analysis was made on 54 patients (study group) with brain hernia combined with hemorrhagic shock treated with selective treatment strategies from May 2006 to May 2009. Another 48 patients with the same injuries treated with no selective treatment strategies from April 2003 to April 2006 were used as control group. The mortality within one week and the GOS six months after injury were compared in two groups. Results There was no statistical difference in aspects of sex, age, injury mechanism, GCS and blood loss in both groups (P>0.05). Thirteen patients died in the study group within the first week, with mortality rate of 24.1%. While 16 patients died in the control group at the first week, with mortality rate of 33.3% (P<0.05). GOS half year after injury in the study group was better than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Early selective treatment strategy based on degree of shock may obtain better outcome for patients with brain hernia combined with hemorrhagic shock after severe brain injury.

Objective: To observe the effect of on modified St.Thomas solution with mitochondrial ATP-sensitive potassium channel opener diazoxide on guinea pig papillary muscles protection after myocardial hypoxia. Methods: Twenty-four guinea pigs were randomly divided into three groups. In control group, cardioplegia was routine St.Thomas solution. In treatment group, cardioplegia was used modified St.Thomas solution. In blocker group, the muscle was treated with the specific potassium channel blocker glibenchamide 15 minutes before arrest used diazoxide cardioplegia. Myocardial electrophysical before and after cardioplegic arrest in guinea pig papillary muscles were studied. Results: 1, Time of recovery was shortened significantly in treatment group (P
