Chinese Acupuncture & Moxibustion 2014;34(8):801-804
According to two kinds of acupoint combination methods for Huahe and Huhe in five-door and ten-change theory proposed by the deceased Taiwanese famous acupuncturist Mr. ZHOU Zuo-yu, the origin of the change theory proposed by the deceased Taiwanese famous acupuncturist Mr. ZHOU Zuo-yu, the origin of the acupoint combination method of five-door and ten-change is introduced. This method combines traditional philosophy of Yi with medicine, which is featured with casual timing, casual pattern, capacity to be combined with TCM syndrome differentiation, specific application scope and pertinence. Some clinical cases are additionally presented to verify this method. Huhe method is mostly used for Bi-syndrome while Huahe method has better effects on internal medicine diseases. They open the new thinking methods for clinical acupoint selection.

China Pharmacist 2014;(4):627-629
Objective:To observe the curative effect of vinpocetine combined with Danhong injections in the treatment of posterior circulation ischemia syndrome. Methods:Totally 120 patients with posterior circulation ischemia syndrome were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 60 cases in each. Both groups were treated by the conventional therapy, meanwhile, the treatment group was given vinpocetine and Danhong injections, and the control group was given vinpocetine alone. The treatment course was 14 days. The curative effect was observed, blood rheology and hemodynamics were also studied. Results:The to-tal effective rate of the treatment group was 95. 0%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (75. 0%) with statis-tically significant difference(P<0. 05). After the treatment, the blood rheology (viscosity, low shear viscosity, plasma viscosity and reduced viscosity) and TCD ( LVA, RVA, BA and PI) in the two groups were significantly improved, and the treatment group showed more significant improvement(P<0. 05). Conclusion:Vinpocetine combined with Danhong injections in the treatment of posterior cir-culation ischemia syndrome has significant effect in the effective improvement of blood rheology and hemodynamics, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.

Chinese Journal of Clinical Oncology 2017;44(3):129-135
Antiangiogenesis therapy is one of the most common anticancer therapies. Bevacizumab is a monoclonal antibody that blocks the binding of the vascular endothelial growth factor to its high-affinity receptors. It is the only antiangiogenic agent approved for the first-line treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Many recent studies have attempted to determine the suit-able partners of bevacizumab in first-line treatment of NSCLC and evaluate its efficacy and safety as a second-line or beyond and con-tinuous treatment of beyond disease progression in patients with advanced NSCLC. This review summarizes current clinical research about the efficacy and safety of bevacizumab in the treatment of advanced NSCLC.

AIM To prepare D-α-tocopherol polyethylene glycol 1000 succinate (TPGS)-modified artesunate liposomes and to investigate the in vitro anti-tumor activity.METHODS The liposomes prepared by thin-film dispersion method were characterized by transmission electron microscopy and particle size analyzer, and the encapsulation efficiency was determined by ultrafiltration centrifugation. The liposomes' cytotoxicity to human hepatoma HepG2 cells was evaluated by MTT method.RESULTS The average particle size,PDI,Zeta potential, encapsulation efficiency, drug loading of the liposomes were 126.7 nm,0.182,-10.1 mV,78.8% and 18.38%,respectively.The liposomes displayed a significant inhibition on HepG2 cells with the IC50 value of 0.034 μmol/mL.CONCLUSION Compared with non-TPGS-modified artesunate liposomes, the TPGS-modified artesunate liposomes prepared by this method afford smaller vesicle size, better stability and higher encapsulation efficiency with stronger in vitro anti-tumor activity.

Chinese Journal of Marine Drugs 1994;0(02):-
VE: Chitosan and sodium tripolyphosphate were used as Complex matrix material for preparing pellets loading sodium diclofenac and its properties were studied. METHODS Chitosantripolyphosphate sodium polyelectrolyte was prepared according to the principle of static electricity polymerization. Its properties and structure characteristics were further investigated. The preparation process, effective factors and the optimal condition for the pellets loading sodium diclofenac were studied. RESULTS IR indicated that the structure of compound contained -NH3+-O-P group. DTA demonstrated that polyelectrolyte had an exothermic peak. There was no interaction between the drug and expedient. SEM showed that the surface of the pellets was regular, dense and the structure of the surface wasn't consistent with the inner. The pellets prepared by this method were uniform, round, well-distributed, hardy, good-mobility and its average diameter was about 10mm. CONCLUSION Chitosan-tripolyphosphate sodium polyelectrolyte could be used as a good matrix material for preparing pellets.

Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 1985;0(06):-
The microinjection of brain nuclei and potassium iontophresis induced tail flick were used to investigate the effect of injecting oxytocin (OT) or anti-oxytocin serum (AOTS) into locus ceruleus (LC) on the pain threshold (PT) and morphine analgesia. The result showed that OT injection into LC could enhance PT, while ATOS injection could reduce PT. The OT injection could strengthen morphine analgesia, but AOTS injection could antagonize this action. These results suggest that the OT analgesia and OT-enhanced morphine analgesia were related with the locus ceruleus.

Chinese Journal of Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery 2013;(6):358-361
Objective To explore economic valuation of the minimally invasive esophagectomy. Methods The cases undergone esophagectomy were studied retrospectively.Monofactorial analysis was done to evaluate the impact of various factors on the overall hospitalization costs. The correlated factors then were used as independent variables to carry out the multiple linear regression aimed at the hospitalization costs. Results The results of monofactorial analysis showed that the accompanying diseases, days during hospitalization, modes of esophagectomy, postoperative complications were correlated factors of the overall hospitalization costs.According to the multiple linear regression,it were sorted based on descending order duing to its effect of largenning the hospitalization costs:postoperative complications (β =0.439,P =0.000),days during hospitalization (β =0.397,P =0.000),accompanying diseases(β =0.257,P =0.000),modes of esophagectomy(β =0.132,P =0.000).The expenses caused immediately by the operations were statistically more of the minimally invasive surgery than that of the open procedures whatever the numerous or proportion of the overall costs (P =0.000).Conclusion Combined thoracoscopic and laparoscopic esophagectomy was more expensive than open operation.Nevertheless, impact of the other factors, such as postoperative complications, were more significant than that of the different procedure.h was a strategy to minimally invasive osophagectomy that hospitalization costs could be reduced by means of controlling complications and diminishing hospitalization days.
