8.Practice and Thought for the Promotion of Outpatient Electronic Medical Records
Journal of Medical Informatics 2017;38(6):27-30
Through the practice of outpatient doctor station cored by the outpatient Electronic Medical Records (EMR),the paper discusses the disadvantages of outpatient paper medical records and the advantages of outpatient EMR,summarizes the key points and difficulties in promoting outpatient EMR,and meanwhile points out to pay attention to the integration with other information system, data standardization, perfection of the management system, integrated consultation system and other issues in the practice process.
9.Screening affinity peptides of transforming growth factor beta type Ⅱreceptor from the phage display peptide library
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2004;0(01):-
Objective: To screen high-affinity short peptides of the transforming growth factor beta typeⅡ(TGF-? Ⅱ) receptor from the phage display 12-mer peptide library. Methods: The recombinant solube human TGF-? Ⅱ receptor was used as the target to screen its affinity short peptides from the phage display 12-mer peptide library. The positive phage clones were obtained by 3 rounds of biopanning, followed by single stranded DNA extraction and sequence analysis. Results: Four nucleotide sequences were obtained from 10 positive phage clones with high-affinity TGF-? Ⅱ receptor.Neither conservative nor homologous sequence was found by sequence analysis compared with the transforming growth factor beta 1.Conclusion: Phage short peptides have been screened from the phage display library, which helps pave the ground for further researches on affinity short peptides and their role in inhibiting hepatic fibrosis.
10.The Themes and Symbolic Interpretation in Sand Play of Undergraduates
Chinese Mental Health Journal 1991;0(04):-
Objective: To investigate the undergraduate's sand play themes and the symbol interpretation Method: The sample included 36 subjects, 16 male students, 20 female students A 72?50?7 6cm sand stray and an assortment of miniatures were provided Each subject made two sand plays in one week interval Result: The themes in sand play of students were almost outdoor activities and family problem, which appeared in 56 of the total 72 trays (78%) Themes of traumatic childhood experiences that were prominent in results of western research did not appear Fences were used in 54 of the 72 trays (72%), the subjects interpreted the meaning of fences as boundary of self, safety, space for self, etc
