Objective Analyze the influence of applying background music on heart rate,blood pressure and dysphoric state of patients during gynecologial examination.Methods A total of 564 patients were randomly divided into music and control group 282 cases each.In control group,the 282 patients were just actualized the routine psychological care.And the other 282 patients of music group were actualized music therapy based on the routine psychological care.After these patients of music group entered examination room,the doctor broadcasted some good background music for them.After 30 minutes,the doctor recorded their heart rate and blood pressure changes and evaluated the anxiety level by using S-AI.Results After the patients of music group had listened to background music for 30 minutes,their systolic pressure and heart rate reduced evidently and the level of anxiety mitigated obviously.Conclusions Applying background music during gynecological examination can relieve anxiety emotion,stabilize heart rate and blood pressure and improve comfort of gynecological examination.It's an effective,simple and convenient nursing care method.

microRNAs (miRNAs)play important roles in recurrent hepatocellular carcinoma by regula-ting translation of target gene expression.Researches show that the abnormal expressions of miRNAs are closely related to the recurrent hepatocellular carcinoma,and the mechanisms include regulation of tumor angiogenesis and proliferation of tumor cells.miRNAs may be the most potential therapeutic targets for recurrent hepatocellu-lar carcinoma and have special advantages in prediction.

An-Gong Niu-Huang (AGNH) Pill is an emergency medication in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). It has been widely used in the treatment of cerebrovascular diseases, meningitis, toxic encephalopathy, hematosepsis, and various types of fever and coma. Pharmacological studies on AGNH Pill revealed that it had the effects of anti-inflammation, cerebral circulation improvement, brain cell protection, brain injury-reducing, and post-injury brain edema improvement. All these effects became the research hotspots in its therapeutic mechanism study. This article summarized the Chinese medicine and modern medicine understanding of AGNH Pill, its clinical application and pharmacological mechanism in the treatment of acute cerebrovascular diseases in recent years, in order to provide references for clinical practice as well as new thinking and prospect for further research.

Myelodysplastic syndromes(MDS) are heterogeneous clonal stem cell disorders.There are about 40 ％-60 ％ MDS patients with abnormal karyotype.To analyze the clone category is not only useful for diagnosis and evaluating prognosis,but also helpful for the selection of optimal therapy strategies to improve the treatment efficacy.

Objective To analyze the epidemic characteristics of natural foci of plague in Qinghai province in the past twenty years and to provide references for prevention and control of the disease. Methods Excel software was used to analyze the database of human plague cases and the surveillance and survey data of natural foci of plague in Qinghai province from 1999 to 2009. Results Animal plague occurred in Qaidam Basin, Qinghai Plateau and central and southern Plateau year after year, which became key areas of animal plague in Qinghai province. There were many human plague cases every year except 1999, 2000, 2002, 2007, 2008 from 1990 to 2009. Cumulative incidence of human plague was 27 cases, with incidence of 73 cases, 29 cases of death, and death rate 39.73%. Epidemic areas mainly distributed in the 4 states of Yushu, Hainan, Hercynian, Haibei.Prevalent season was from May to October. The most prevalent was pneumonic type among clinical types [60.27%(44/73)]. Conclusions Animal plague has occurred actively in key areas of Qinghai province in recent years,and an outbreak of human plague in some areas is found. Monitoring and early warning should be strengthened in the key areas, and comprehensive prevention and control measures should be implemented to reduce the incidence and prevalence of the plague.

Objective To explore the impact of authentic leadership on silence behavior of nurses and test the mediating effect of organizational support. Methods The 354 valid questionnaires were collected using the a cross-sectional survey with Authentic Leadership Questionnaire, Perceived Organizational Support Scale and Silence Behavior Scale between September to November in 2015, using the multiple line hierarchical regression analysis to test the relationship between variables. Results Authentic leadership could significantly promote the perceived organizational support of subordinate nurses (β= 0.543, P<0.01), which in turn, significantly restrain silence behavior of subordinate nurses (β=-0.323, P<0.01), the perceived organizational support completely mediate the relationship between authentic leadership and silence behavior (β=0.175, P<0.01). Conclusions By constructing the supporting work environment, authentic leadership can eliminates nurses′ voice worry, motivates the voice motivation and efficiency, in turn to break the silence.
