Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2014;37(4):98-99,105
Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of probiotics combined with kangfuxin solution in treatment of mild and moderate active ulcerative colitis. Methods 80 cases of patients with mild and moderate active ulcerative colitis(UC)in Nanyang Central Hospital were divided into two groups according to order of admission, each group had 40 cases. The study group of patients were treated with probiotics combined with kangfuxin solution, while the control group of patients were given probiotics alone. All patients were treated for eight weeks,to compare comprehensive efficacy and colonoscopy disease activity score between two groups of patients. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 97.5%,significantly higher than 80%of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05 );The colonoscopy disease activity score of the study group after treatment was significantly lower than before treatment and of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05 );The two groups of patients had no serious adverse reactions. Conclusion Probiotics combined with kangfuxin solution has a significant efficiency in treatment of active mild and moderate ulcerative colitis.

Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2004;0(09):-
By analyzing the influence of human body in hypoxic condition, this report expatiates on the technology and principle of altitude chamber. It reviews the development situation of low-pressure module technology. Altitude chambers are introduced in the pilot, astronauts and endurance of oxygen, high physical stamina training, health inspection appraisal, research and medical treatment. At the same time, technology and application of altitude chamber is prospected in this article.
5.Effects of CTLA4-Ig gene-modified dendritic cells on the corneal allografts.
Journal of Huazhong University of Science and Technology (Medical Sciences) 2006;26(3):366-8
In order to investigate the effects of mouse CTLA4Ig gene-modified dendritic cells (DCs) on the survival of the corneal allografts in rats, the plasmid PG\CTLA4Ig was transfected into DCs of F344 rats mediated by Lipofectamine 2000. The expression of CTLA4Ig was detected by immunofluorescent microscopy. The effects of donor DCs on the proliferation of T cells in Lewis rats (recipients) were tested by by CCK8. Corneal transplantation was performed from F344 rats to Lewis rats. The DCs modified with CTLA4Ig gene were injected into the Lewis rats on the day 0 and 3 after transplantation. The movement of the DCs after modification in vivo was observed by immunofluorescent microscopy, and the survival of corneal allografts was evaluated by Holland criterion. The results showed that the CTLA4Ig-modified DCs could restrain the proliferation of allogenetic T cells. The CTLA4Ig-modified DCs prolonged survival of corneal allografts. (P < 0.01). It was suggested that the injection of CTLA4Ig gene-modified DCs could obviously inhabit the allograft rejection and prolong the survival of corneal allografts.

Journal of Xi'an Jiaotong University(Medical Sciences) 1982;0(04):-
There have been few reports of acute leukemia predenting with a hypocellular bone marrow. Our institution, from 1977 to 1986, reviewed 9 cases of hypoplasfic acute leukemia (HAL). We concluded that HAL was similar to as well as different from dysmyclopoietic syndrom (MDS), smouldering acute leukemia(SAL) and oligoblastic leukemia(OBL). It was suggested that the diagnostic crieria of HAL were (1), The patients of no treatment had local hypocellularity of bone marrow, and had more than 30% blasts and promyelocytes of immaturocytes on bone marrow aspirate smears; (2), The patients had hypocellularity at presentation on trephine biopsy. We proposed that the names of SAL and OBC be called off.
7.Diabetes mellitus may not increase mortality of patients in intensive care units
Chinese Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism 2010;26(6):524-526
In recent years, several studies have revealed that diabetic patients may have decreased mortality compared with non-diabetic patients from acute hyperglycemia in intensive care units (ICUs),and the patients without diabetic history are most likely to benefit from intensive insulin therapy. This probably suggests a potential "protective" effect in diabetic patients with critical illness.Possible "protective" mechanisms include the adaptive reaction to chronic oxidative stress state in diabetes, the decreased incidence of acute complications followed by critical illness, and some non-biological factors. Thus much more attention of glycemic management should be paid to those hyperglyemic patients without diabetic history in ICUs.

Objective To analyze the clinicaopathological features and treatment of bilateral asynchronous breast cancer. Methods The clinical and pathological data of 13 patients with bilateral asynchronous breast cancer admitted in our hospital from 2010 to 2016 ere retrospectively reviewed. Results The bilateral asynchronous breast cancer accounted for 1.7% of all breast cancer patients admitted n the same period (13/782).The median age of patients at first onset was 47.The modified radical operation was the main surgical lity (12/13 for the first cancer;8/13 for the second cancer). The clinical stage Ⅱ was predominant in all patients (10/13 of the first r;9/13 of the second cancer).Invasive ductal cancer was the most common pathologic type (in 11/13 of the first cancer;11/13 of the cond cancer).Hormone receptors were highly expressed in most of the cases (9/13 of the first cancer;7/13 of the second cancer). The disease-free interval was more than 10 years in most cases (8/13).Among 13 cases local recurrence was detected in 1 case, distant metastases in 2 cases, and 1 case died from distant metastasis. Conclusion The bilateral asynchronous breast cancer has a low incidence;however, a close follow up is necessary for early detection and treatment of the second carcinoma.

China Pharmacy 1991;0(03):-
OBJECTIVE:To establish a RP-HPLC method for the determination of baicalin and jasminoidin in Qingkailing Injection.METHODS:It was performed on DiamonsilTM C18 column with acetonitrile-20 mmol?L-1 sodium dihydrogen phosphate solution (20:80)as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL?min-1.The detection wavelength was 238 nm.RESULTS:The liner range of baicalin was 1~50?g?mL-1,(r=0.999 5)and the average recovery was 100.75%(RSD=1.75%);The liner range of jasminoidin was 0.1~10?g?mL-1(r=0.999 7)and the average recovery was 100.63%(RSD=1.35%).CONCLUSION:This method is rapid, simple, accurate and sensitive. It can be used for quality control of Qingkailing Injection.
