1.Animal experimental study on the treatment of bladder transitional cell carcinoma by survivin-siRNA
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 1987;0(01):-
Objective:To construct the plasmid containing short hairpin RNA(shRNA)of survivin and modify human bladder transitional cell carcinoma(BTCC)T24 cell line with it to evaluate its inhibition on tumor growth and proliferation and further discuss its functions in T24 cells. Methods:Survivin specific oligonucleotides were designed and synthesized. These oligonucleotides were annealed to form double strand DNA fragment and this fragment was inserted into plasimid PTZU6+1 to generate the plasimid pshRNA-survivin2.Then T24 cells were inoculated into the right-back legs of BALB/c nude mice to establish bladder cancer model.Through plasimid PTZU6+1,T24/survivin-siRNA expressing survivin was successfully constructed to study the effects of survivin-siRNA on BTCC growth and proliferation.Microscope was used to observe the morphological changes.Histological examination was under HE staining.Survivin was detected by SABC to evaluate the expression of survivin after the treatment of survivin-siRNA through PTZU6+1.Results:The expression of survivin in transfected T24 cells in vivo was markedly depressed as compared with control groups(P
2.Thinking and method of scientif ic research on TCM rheumatism
China Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy 2005;0(10):-
Rheumatism of TCM(Traditional Chinese Medicine) is a kind of clinical frequent,common-see and refractory disease, which owns complex pathogenesis and pathogenic factors, with marginal and multi-disciplinary manifestations. The inconsistency in synopsis results in some di culties in research and impairs the development of clinical treatment. Therefore,it is a utmost important theme before us that how and by which ways to perform researches, also an important premise for normalization research on this disease. We try to explore the thinking and method of scienti c research of rheumatic disease from both basic and clinical aspects in this paper.
3.Discussion of Hospit2l Discipline Construction Strategy Under Trusteeship
Chinese Hospital Management 2017;37(4):66-67
That provincial hospital hosting the local hospital is an important measure to deepening the reform of medical and health system.Advanced hospital management mechanism and excellent technical experts were gradually introduced into the local hospital to establish South Hubei healthcare alliance, and form province-city-county healthcare alliance. In this way, high quality management, manpower and technology resource sink, overall medical technology level achieves good breakthrough. This promotes the rapid development of healthcare alliance member hospitals in the region.
4.The differentiation and treatment of acute leukemia after chemotherapy from Jueyin
International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2021;43(3):209-213
After chemotherapy, the healthy qi of acute leukemia (AL) patients was severly demaged, remnant toxin with internal amassment, qi and blood deficiency, blood stasis, vertigo with syndrome of stagnation and blockade of phlegm-damp. The clinical symptoms with cold-heat intermingled together which are complicated and changable were quite similar to those of Jueyin disease. Therefore, this paper tried to explore the differentiation and treatment of AL after chemotherapy from Jueyin. It was concluded that the treatment of AL after chemotherapy should be treated with cold and heat method, attacking and supplementing together, with nourishing the liver as the main part. At the same time, it was importance to protect healthy qi. Combined with the basic pathogenesis of AL, it was proposed that Danggui-Sini Decoction was suitable for the treatment of AL after chemotherapy. All in all, the paper explored the differentiation and treatment of AL after chemotherapy from Jueyin in order to use more Chinese medicine therapy in the field of AL treatment.

Chinese Journal of Medical Instrumentation 2015;39(1):29-32
This paper reports a novel design of bionic left ventricular auxiliary pump, and the characteristic is that elastic diaphragm of pump driven by hydraulic, having smooth, reliable blood supply, can prevent blood clots, can use the flow sensor, pressure sensor detection showing the blood pressure and blood volume at the inlet and outlet of the pump. The pump can go with heart rate synchronization or asynchronous auxiliary by the R wave of human body's ECG. The design goal is realization of bionic throb. Through the animal experiment, the blood pressure waveforms are close to expectations, stable flow can stroke according to the set value, which prove that the pump can meet the requirement for heart disease patients for bionic left ventricular assistant.

World Science and Technology-Modernization of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2013;(4):799-803
This study was aimed to determine trace elements in Peach pulp . The wet digestion method and car-bonize acid dissolution method were applied to digest the sample, and flame atomic absorption spectroscopy was used to determine the content of trace elements (Fe, Cu, Mn) in Peach pulp . The results showed that the content is not consistent among different pretreatment methods. However, the metalion content among these three methods are in the order of Fe > Mn > Cu, with the average recovery rate between 92.6% and 119.6%. The RSD is less than 2.86%. It was concluded that this method is with high accuracy and stability as well as reliable accurate re-sults. It also proved that Peach pulp . is rich in Fe, Cu and Mn. It provides some useful information for further pharmacological study of Peach pulp .

Congenital clubfoot(CCF), which is also known as equines deformity, is a common congenital malformation that affect children′s life quality. However, its cause is still to be elucidated. Currently, polygenetic and environmental fac?tors are both believed to play important roles in CCF pathogenesis. Several genes including HOX, PITX1, NAT2, P63, DTDS and COL9A were shown to contribute to congenital clubfoot, but which is the most critical gene remains unclear. Several re?ports have revealed that Hox genes are closely related to the cause of CCF. Hox genes are regulators of body morphogenesis, and its mutation result in limbs and trunk deformity in human. Here, we systematically reviewed the latest literature that stud?ied the role of Hox genes in pathogenesis of Congenital clubfoot, with the prospect of laying a foundation for its future clinic treatment.
