1.The Impact of Social Health Expenditure on Macro Health Level and Its Regional Differences

Objective:To analyze the impact of social health expenditure on the macro health level and its regional differences.Methods:Based on provincial panel data of 31 provinces in China from 2005 to 2014,using sing the fixed effects model,ⅣV and GMM to perform empirical analysis.Results:Social health expenditure could significantly promote the macro health level.The effect was strongest in western China,weaker in the central region and weakest in the east region,showing great difference among regions.Conclusion:Government should implement various tax incentives,and encourage the development of health insurance and other forms to increase social health expenditure.
2.Research on Chemical Looping Combustion-Type Methane Sensor Based on ZnO-SnO2 Nanofibers

ZnO-SnO2 composute nanofubers of methane sensor were prepared by the double jets electrospunnung method. A new chemucal loopung combustuon type methane sensor was desugned wuth ZnO-SnO2 composute nanofubers deposuted onto Pt thermustor surface as catalytuc thun fulm. The crystallune phase and mucrostructure of ZnO-SnO2 composute nanofubers were dusplayed usung X-ray duffractuon ( XRD ) and scannung electron mucroscope ( SEM) , and the chemucal loopung combustuon reactuon and electrochemucal characterustuc about methane and catalytuc thun fulm were analyzed by CH4 temperature programmed reductuon ( CH4-TPR ) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy ( XPS) . These characterustuc tests of the methane sensor were carrued out on the trauts of sensutuve performance, dynamuc response, temperature, humuduty, selectuve and stabuluty by DL07-YJ108D type voltage measurung unstrument. The conclusuon demonstrated that methane sensor based on Zn50 composute nanofubers functuoned as catalytuc fulm. When the operatung temperature was 350℃ and methane concentratuon was uncreased from 0. 1 to 60 μg/L, the lunearuty and sensutuvuty of methane sensor were 99. 4%and 0. 12 V/(μg/L) respectuvely. Its hugh response was 8. 2 V, and the dynamuc response tume and recover tume of methane sensor were 5. 4 and 10. 8 s, respectuvely, wuth a hugh relatuvely humuduty level of 95%. The response value of methane sensor was only decreased about 2 . 0% when ut was contunually applued un mune about 6 months.
3.The value of nerve conduction velocity detection in early diagnosis of peripheral neuropathy in type 2 diabetes

Objective To investigate the value of nerve conduction velocity detection in early diagnosis of peripheral neuropathy in type 2 diabetes.Methods Motor nerve conduction velocity (MCV)and sensory nerve con-duction velocity (SCV)for 94 patients were detected who was the first time diagnosed type 2 diabetes in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2015.The statistic results of nerve conduction velocity were conducted and then compared with clinical diagnosis to analyze the diagnosis rate for diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN).Results The abnormal rate of lower limb nerve conduction velocity was higher in the examined patients,which in the SCV of superficial peroneal nerve was especially highest(69.1%).The diagnostic rate of nerve conduction velocity in DPN was 71.3%,and the clinical diagnosis rate was 33.0%.The difference was statistically significant between the two diagnostic methods (χ2 =8.195,P =0.004).Conclusion Nerve conduction velocity detection has important value for the early diagno-sis of DPN.Patients for the first time diagnosed with type 2 diabetes should be carried out this detection to improve the diagnosis rate of DPN.

5.Analysis of Ziniliangxue compound in the treatment of patients with psoriasis vulgaris clinical efficacy and effect on serum IL-8, IL-17, IL-23

Objective To analyze the effect of Ziniliangxue compound in treating psoriasis vulgaris patients with clinical efficacy and serum IL-8, IL-17, IL-23.MethodsIn the control group were treated with routine treatment, in the experimental group were treated with Ziniliangxue compound treatment, effect of serum IL-8, IL-17, IL-23 and in the clinical effect of the two groups were compared.ResultsIn the observation group of patients with clinical curative effect total have efficiency (88.57%) was significantly higher than that of control group in patients with clinical efficacy in patients with total efficiency (65.71%), the difference has statistical significance (P<0.05);after treatment, the observe of serum IL-8(14.211±2.314), IL-17(12.643±1.232) and IL-23(12.856±1.321)were significantly better than the control of serum IL-8(17.653±2.512), IL-17(19.432±1.685) and IL-23(19.786±1.754), the difference has statistical significance (P< 0.05).ConclusionZiniliangxue compound on psoriasis vulgaris clinical treatment effect and can effectively reduce the patients serum IL-8, IL-17, IL-23 levels.It is worthy of clinical application.

7.Clinic observation on the Treatment of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia with JueDuYin

Objective To study the efficacy of JueDuYin in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Methods 120 cases were randomly recruited into a treatment group and a control group, with 60 cases in each group.The treatment group was given JueDuYin, one dosage per day, while the control group was administrated with Finasteride, 5mg per day. After three courses of twelve weeks' treatment, the indications of international prostate symptom score (IPSS), residue urine (RU), Qmax and total prostatic value (IPV) were observed. Results There was significant changes in the valve of IPSS,RU, Qmax for both groups after the treatment compared (P<0.05~0.01). The therapeutic effects of the treatment group was obvious better than the control group (P<0.05).

10. Relationship between prognosis of patients with primary clear cell renal cell carcinoma after radical nephrectomy and expression of CD99 and analysis of prognostic factors

Objective: To investigate the relationship between prognosis of patients with primary clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC) after radical nephrectomy and expression of tumor metastasis-associated gene CD99 and to analyze the prognostic factors of ccRCC paiients. Methods: Semi-quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) was used to examine the expression of CD99 in primary ccRCC tissues and their corresponding adjacent tissues. The prognosis and risk factors of survival time of patients were studied by follow-up investigation, and the main risk factors were screened by Cox hazard regression model. Results: Compared with the adjacent renal tissues, 73.5% ccRCC tissues had up-regulated CD99 expression, with significant difference found between the two groups (P=0.000). Cox hazard regression model showed that high CD99 expression in ccRCC tissues was not a survival risk factor of ccRCC patients after radical nephrectomy (HR=0.14, 95%CI[0.01, 2.15]); and age (HR=1.18, 95%CI[1.01, 1.38]), TNM stages (HR=51.91, 95%CI[4.31, 625.87]), diabetes (HR=59.94, 95%CI[2.21, 1 627]) and hypertension (HR=47.72, 95%CI[1.37, 1 670]) were the major risk factors for the survival of patients after radical nephrectomy. The 1-year and 2-year survival rates of ccRCC patients in TNM stage I were significantly higher than those in TNM stage II-IV, respectively (100.0% vs 60.0%, P=0.004; 93.8% vs 8.3%,P=0.000). Conclusion: The expression of tumor metastasis-related gene CD99 may not be associated with the prognoses of ccRCC patients. Age, TNM stage, diabetes and hypertension are the major risk factors of prognosis after resection of ccRCC.
