2.Progress in the pathogenesis of Henoch-Schonlein purpura
International Journal of Pediatrics 2010;37(1):39-41
Henoch-Schonlein purpura(HSP) is one of the most common blood capillary allergic disorder in children, and its pathogenesis has not been well explained. The studies show that the main mechanism of HSP is the abnormality of humoral immunity, and the role of IgA is emphaszed. Meanwhile, many agents such as changes in T cell function, participation of cytokine and mediators of intlammation, suscepti-bility gene and other factors also play an important role in the incidence of HSP. The pathogenesis of HSP can be better understood through extensive analysis of the immunology factors, genetic factors, and so on.
3.The microRNA of advanced colorectal cancer predict efifcacy of ifrst-line chemotherapy
China Oncology 2013;(7):499-504
Background and purpose: Colorectal cancer (CRC) is the most frequently occurring primary malignant tumor. Chemotherapy can reduce the risk of local and distant relapse. Therefore, it is very important to ifnd new biomarkers that can predict chemoresistant and help in treatment decisions. Methods:In this study, we examined the expression levels of 1 200 human miRNAs in 6 CRC tissues, using miRNA proifling assay arrays. A validation study was done to corroborate a subset of the results, including expression levels of miR-4299, miR-196b, miR-324-5p, miR-455-3p and miR-939, by analyzing 100 specimens of stageⅣcolorectal adenocarcinoma (not respond and respond to the chemotherapy) to quantitative real-time PCR. We modeled the relationship between the expression levels of these miRNAs and the survival rate of 100 CRC patients by Kaplan-Meier method. Results:Expression proifles in CRCs suggested that 5 miRNAs were candidate markers associated with the chemoresistance of colorectal cancer. We found that miR-4299 and-196b had signiifcant diagnostic value for chemoresistance CRC. miR-4299 yielded an AUC (the areas under the ROC curve) of 0.784 and miR-196b yielded an AUC of 0.647 in discriminating CRC from controls. Combined ROC analysis using these 2 miRNAs revealed an elevated AUC of 0.848 with 67.9%sensitivity and 90.9%speciifcity in discriminating chemoresistance CRC. The low level of miR-4299 expression and the high level of-196b expression are signiifcantly correlated with the good survival of CRC patients. Conclusion:These data suggest that miR-4299 and-196b have strong potential as novel biomarkers for chemoresistant detection of colorectal cancer.

6.Comparative study on enteral administration and intravenous infusion of hypertonic electrolyte glucose solution in the resuscitation of burn shock in dogs
Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1983;0(05):-
Objective To compare the effect of enteral administration and intravenous infusion of hypertonic electrolyte glucose solution (HEGS) in the resuscitation of burn shock. Methods Fifteen beagle dogs with 35% TBSA third degree burn were used in present study, and divided into three groups randomly: noresuscitation group, intravenous infusion resuscitation group and enteral administration resuscitation group. For the animals in the latter two groups, 1.8% HEGS was administrated intravenously or enterally for resuscitation 30 min after burn. The volume of fluid infusion in the first 8h was 1ml/(kg?1% TBSA), and the transfusion velocity was equilibrated. The mean arterial pressure (MAP), cardiac index (CI), plasma volume (PV), and sodium concentration in plasma were obtained to evaluate the effect of resuscitation used HEGS. Results The MAP, CI and PV were similar in both enteral and intravenous groups, which were higher than those in noresuscitation group. In both enteral and intravenous groups, MAP was raised after burn and then lowered after resuscitation, meanwhile CI and PV were raised and then lowered after resuscitation, but there were no differences between the two groups. The sodium concentration in plasma was stable in the noresuscitation group and increased in enteral and intravenous groups, and it was higher in intravenous groups than in enteral group. Conclusion In the resuscitation of early shock of 35% TBSA three degree burns, the effect of 1.8% HEGS administrated enterally on CI, PV, MAP and sodium concentration in plasma was similar to that of intravenous infused.

Acta Anatomica Sinica 1954;0(02):-
The orientational projections of sensory fibres of median nerve to the Substantia Gelatinosa (SG) of the spinal cord in rats were studied in accordance with the principle of transganglion degeneration by using the acid phosphatase technique. It was found longitudinally that the afferent fibres of the median nerve projected chiefly to SG from the upper part of C_5 to middle part of T_1. In a few rats, projections extended to middle and lower part of C_4 and lower part of T_1. In comparison with the records in anatomy literature and data from researches with HRP technique, a tendency of pre-positioning was noted. The regional projections of the afferent fibres of median nerve were found within the centre line of SG, and mainly in the region of the medial 1/4-1/2 of the medial half. In the segments of C_7-T_1 of a few rats, the whole area of the medial half of SG was projected. In observing the projections of the afferent fibres of median nerve, it was found that they have a tendency of lateralward increase from cranial portion to caudal portion.

Acta Anatomica Sinica 1957;0(04):-
The orientational projections of the sensory fibres of axillary nerve to the substantia gelationsa (SG) of the spinal cord in rats were studied in accordance with the principle of transgangionic degeneration by using acid phosphatase technique. It was found that the afferent fibers of the axillary nerve projected chiefly to SG from the upper part of C_6 to the lower part of C_8 longitudinally. In a few rats, projections extended to the lower part of C_5 and upper part of T_1. In comparison with the available studies, a tendency of backward localization was noted. As to their transverse projections, the afferent fibres of the axillary nerve were found outside of the midline of SG, and mainly located in the lateral half of SG, at the 1/3 of median and the 1/3 of interior region. In the segments of C_7C_8 of some rats, the medial. 1/2 of the lateral half of SG was projected. It was found that the projection column from up downward had a tendency of extension toward lateral portion.
