Objective To explore the safety and clinical efficacy of radical transurethral photoselective vaporization of bladder tumours (RPVBT) combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of muscle invasive bladder cancer. Methods Collected during Sept.2010 to Sept.2012,a total of 34 patients with muscle invasive bladder cancer who refuse or older, merge the heavier medical disease, difficult to tolerate radical cystectomy.Using RPVBT,vaporization resection to the bladder wall fat layer, postoperatively systemic chemotherapy of gemcitabine combined cisplatin and bladder perfusion chemotherapy of pharmorubicin. The operation time、the first recurrent time and recurrent rate, and the survival rate were measured. Results Operation are completed smoothly, operating time is 30.5-69.0 min and average 49.2 min, intraoperative rinses quantity is 5.9-10.7 L and average 8.3 L.Intraoperative no obvious bleeding, intraoperative no serioue complications, postoperative pathological diagnosis is invasive epithelial cell carcinoma of the urinary tract, pathology classification:low level 15cases,the high level 19 cases.Followup of 12 to 36 months,an average of 21 months,9 cases of recurrence,2 cases underwent radical cystectomy,7 cases again RPVBT,the first tumor recurrence time 3-20 months,11 months and the median time to relapse recurrence rate 26.5% (9/34),3 cases of relapses diedof bladder cancer metastasis,31 cases of survival. Conclusion Treatment of RPVBT combination chemotherapy in patients with locally invasive bladder cancer, small trauma, less bleeding, high safety, have certain curative effect,It could be a effective treatment strategy for patients of high-risk elderly or unwilling to accept Radadical cystectomy.

Tianjin Medical Journal 2014;(2):170-172
Objective To explore the protective effect of co-treatment with antioxidants 4-hydroxy-2,2,6,6-tetra-methylpiperidine 1-oxyl (TEMPOL) and reduced glutathione (GSH) in pancreatic injury induced by intermittent hypoxia (IH) in mice. Methods Fifty male C57BL/6J mice were randomly divided into control group(CON), IH group (IH), IH+TEM-POL group (IH+TEMPOL), IH+GSH group (IH+GSH) and IH+TEMPOL+GSH group (IH+TEMPOL+GSH). After successful-ly prepared animal model, the insulin resistance (IR) level, pancreatic malondialdehyde (MDA) level, superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity, glutathione reductase (GR) concentration and pancreatic β-cell apoptosis were detected in five groups. Re-sults The blood glucose level was significantly increased in IH group than that in CON group (P<0.01), but which was sig-nificantly decreased in IH+TEMPOL+GSH group than that of IH group (P<0.01). The MDA content was significantly higher in the IH group than that in CON group (4.48±0.25 vs 1.94±0.21, P<0.01), but SOD activity and GR content were signifi-cantly lower in IH group than those of CON group (61.52±3.33 vs 100.05± 7.26,107.81±7.54 vs 170.54±4.90,P<0.01). The level of MDA was significantly lower in IH+TEMPOL+GSH group (2.07±0.35) than that in IH group. The levels of SOD and GR were significantly higher in IH+TEMPOL+GSH group (96.68±5.85 and 166.87±5.75) than those of IH group (P<0.01). The apoptotic rate of pancreaticβcells was significantly increased in IH group than that in CON group (2.43±0.07 vs 0.54± 0.06, P<0.01), but it was significantly lower in IH+TEMPOL+GSH group (0.56 ± 0.06) than that in IH group (P<0.01). There were no significantly differences in all above indexes between IH group, IH+TEMPOL group and IH+GSH group ( P>0.05). Conclusion The co-treatment with the antioxidant TEMPOL and GSH can obviously protect IH-induced pancreatic injury in mice. However, there was no significant protective effect of TEMPOL or GSH alone on pancreatic injury.

China Journal of Chinese Materia Medica 2015;40(1):24-28
Remaining organic and functional damage of ischemia cardio-cerebrovascular disease is always a main trouble puzzling the clinicians. After the discovery of endothelial progenitor cells (EPCs), researchers realize that postnatal angiogenesis is an important biological process, which play a key role to repair the ischemia tissue and improve the function. So a new concept which names therapeutic angiogenesis supply a new treament way for the ischemia cardio-cerebrovascular disease. Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) has accumulated rich experience on treating the ischemia disease, studies found that many Chinese medicine prescriptions and effective ingredients can increase the therapeutic angiogenesis, howerer the mechanisms were not the same, they mainly manifest in regular the secretion of angiogenic factors, increase the proliferation and differentiation etc. In this paper, we review recent studies, summary the Chinese medicine prescriptions and effective ingredients which can increase the therapeutic angiogenesis, and analyze the differernt pathway. We view to provide reference for the later researchers.

Drug Evaluation Research 2017;40(5):700-705
Obiective To analyze the characteristics of antibacterial drugs caused adverse drug reactions (ADR) and correlation with DDDs in Ezhou Central Hospital, and provide reference for safe and rational use of antibacterial drug in clinic. Methods ADR reports of antibacterial drugs in Ezhou Central Hospital from September 2011 to August 2016 were entered into Microsoft Excel 2000 software,Statistical analysis was performed on the categories of antimicrobials, drug names, clinical manifestations, and DDDs,composition ratio of ADR and ratio ofB/A.Results Involved in 151 ADR cases and 10 kinds of antibacterial drugs, the top 3 antibacterial drugs respectively were Fluoroquinolones,Cephalosporins, and Penicillins, the top 3 DDDs respectively were Cephalosporins,Fluoroquinolones, and Macrolides, and the B/A values of Cephalosporins,Macrolides, and Antifungal agents were over 1.The top 4 ADR composition ratios respectively were Levofloxacin,Moxifloxacin,Cefmetazole, and Cefotiam, and the top 4 DDDs respectively were Levofloxacin,Cefodizime sodium,Azithromycin, and Cefmetazole, and the B/A ratios of Cefodizime sodium,Metronidazole, and Azithromycin were over than 1.Levofloxacin and moxifloxacin had a higher risk of severe ADR,and Levofloxacin and Cefotiadine had a higher risk of new ADR.Conclusion The ADR rate of antibacterial drugs is basic consistent with its DDDs.Clinical should pay more attention to the individual drugs with higher rates of ADR,such as Cefodizime sodium, metronidazole, and azithromycin etc.
