This paper introduces the construction and application of the platform of client service center in the general hospital and discusses how to provide patients with an entire service including service before clinic, on clinic and after clinic. It can also provide references for a new service mode for clinic service.

To improve the usage rate and quality of emergency equipment in the hospital, the emergency equipment management was studied. The specialized management and common use of emergency equipment in a hospital was analysed with statistical methods. The usage rate, economic effectiveness and management quality of the equipment were evaluated. Based on the practical experience, the superiorities of the specialized management and common use of emergency equipment in hospitals were summarized, and the inferior positions and their improvement approaches were proposed. As a result, the hospital resource allocation was optimized and the equipment management level was improved by using the specialized management and common use of emergency equipment in the hospital.

Based on the testing results of samples, this article represents the safety status of anesthetic units used in Shanghai medical institutions. In order to guarantee the safety and efficacy of the anesthetic devices, the medical institutions should set up some effective management systems, the related government departments should immediately perfect their administration system and bring in the market-operated professional maintenance organizations.

OBJECTIVETo meet the needs of clinical practice of rescuing critical illness and develop the information management system of the emergency medicine.

METHODSMicrosoft Visual FoxPro, which is one of Microsoft's visual programming tool, is used to develop computer-aided system included the information management system of the emergency medicine.

RESULTSThe system mainly consists of the module of statistic analysis, the module of quality control of emergency rescue, the module of flow path of emergency rescue, the module of nursing care in emergency rescue, and the module of rescue training. It can realize the system management of emergency medicine and,process and analyze the emergency statistical data.

CONCLUSIONSThis system is practical. It can optimize emergency clinical pathway, and meet the needs of clinical rescue.

In November 2009, through Republic Act 9792, Davao Medical Center was renamed Southern Philippines Medical Center (SPMC). This act also provided for the increase in the bed capacity of the hospital from 600 to 1,200 beds.1 The set of implementing rules and regulations for the legislation subsequently specified the increase in the number of health human resources in SPMC to cope up with the hospital's growing number of clients.2 Currently, SPMC has a total of 4,737 personnel, composed of 3,329 employees with plantilla positions and 1,408 employees with non-plantilla positions, deployed to the different divisions of the hospital. Roughly a third of the total personnel are administrative staff, and two thirds are medical and allied medical staff. The Medical Center Chief (MCC) oversees the operations of the whole hospital. Five administrators directly assist the MCC in hospital management: the Chief of Medical Professional Services, the Chief Nurse, the Chief Administrative Officer, the Financial and Management Officer, and the Chief of Allied Professional Services. Due to the increasing bed occupancy rates and the pressing need to increase health human resources in SPMC, an increase in the institution’s bed capacity from 1,200 to 1,500 is presently being proposed through House Bill 7061.3 Once the bill is passed into law, it is expected that additional plantilla items will be created in order to meet the greater operational demands of a bigger hospital.

OBJECTIVEIn order to adapt the rapid development of modern medicine, this paper is aimed to analyze the application of in vitro diagnostic reagents (IVD Reagents) in hospital management and improve the overall level of hospital management.

METHODSBy groping the management experience of IVD reagents, we discuss the internal hospital management mode of IVD reagents in reality.

RESULTSWith the continuous improvements on the information platform of IVD reagents,we can realize benefit analysis of IVD reagents within the process of management.

CONCLUSIONReasonable management on IVD reagentscan improve the working efficiency in hospitals and provide swifter and better medical service for patients.

In modern medical behavior, drugs and medical devices act directly on the patient, and are important factors affecting the quality of medical practice. With the increasing use of medical materials, based on practical application, this article proposes the management model of medical consumables, and discusses the essence of medical materials logistics management.

An evaluation of training results and efficacy for "hospital management" for some "hospital managers" to summery the experiences and find the training need for next time has shown that 208 participants trained, and a document with 373 pages and 121 pages of reference compiled. Some content of training was applied in the hospital management. There was urgent of needs of training, and training objective depended on the level of hospital.
