1.A discussion concerning the mechanism of the behaviour obstruction of word writting
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 1986;0(04):-
This article reported cerebral vascular disease who the behaviour obstruction of word writting as clinical feature and CT scanning showed an infarction in the left putamen. Neurolinquistic examination showed a barrier of high level coding link of the visual language. Record of simultaneous (EEG) examination showed some alterations on the picture of cerebral electrical wave, and the degree of the alteration of EEG record was at the same level of the barrier as showing on the recordes neurolihquistic tests. The cerebral cortex of the contra-side was also in a state of electrical activity. This article not only provided the neuromechanism of the behaviour obstruction of word writting but also supplies the theorical basis for treatment.

Chinese Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology 2001;0(07):-
Objective To investigate the effect of the inhalation of nitrous oxide premixed with oxygen (50%∶50%) for analgesia labor on maternal and fetus. Methods A total of 100 cases of pregnant women were provided with nitrous oxide premixed with oxygen (50%∶50%) (control group); Another 100 cases were provided only with oxygen (comparison group). Recording duration of the Labor, way of delivery, bleeding volume, Apgars score, blood gas analysis to maternal radius artery and fetal umbilical blood among all patients. Results The effect for analgesia labor of the premixed gas was much better than that of control group, but there were no significant differences in time of labor, bleeding volume, Apgars score between the two groups. Conclusions The inhalation of nitrous oxide premixed with oxygen (50%∶50%) for analgesia labor benefits pregnant women because of keeping them being a good mental and physical condition. The inhalation of nitrous oxide for analgesia labor is a safe, effective and easy method.

Journal of Clinical Pediatrics 2001;(1):7-8,31
Serum IL-1,IL-6 and IL-8 were determined by subjects-using enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA technique) in 40 children with bronchial asthma consisting of 20 cases in the acute stage and 20 cases in the remission stage, and another 20 health children as normal control, respectively. The results showed that the levels of serum IL-1(11.9pg/ml±2.84pg/ml),IL-6(0.75ng/ml±0.3ng/ml)and IL-8(0.08ng/ml±0.05ng/ml)in the acute stage were significantly higher than those in the remission stage(8.41pg/ml±0.05pg/ml(IL-1),0.49ng/ml±0.08ng/ml(IL-6)and 0.02ng/ml±0.01ng/ml(IL-8)) and in the normal children (8.4pg/ml±0.32pg/ml(IL-1),0.4ng/ml±0.09ng/ml(IL-6)and 0.02ng/ml±0.02ng/ml(IL-8)),respectively.Further more, there were a significant positive correlation between IL-1 and IL-6 or IL-8(P<0.01).It is concluded that IL-1 may involve in the pathologic process of asthma like IL-6 and IL-8,and an inflammatory reaction may still exist in the airway during the remission stage of asthma. The imbalances of cytokine network may probably be important reason as a molecular basis in the asthma pathogenesis. It is suggested that it can be valuable to predict an acute attack of asthma when the levels of these cytokines increase.

Objective:
To investigate the clinical efficacy of modified tracer minimally invasive fixation in robot-assisted pedicle screw placement.
Methods:
A prospective randomized controlled study was conducted to analyze the clinical data of 41 patients with thoracolumbar fresh fracture at the orthopaedics department of Karamay Central Hospital from July 2017 to December 2017. There were 20 males and 21 females, aged 25-55 years, with an average of 40.6 years. According to AO fracture typing, there were 28 patients with type A and 13 patients with type B. The patients underwent robot-assisted pedicle screw placement. Random number table method was used to divide the patients into the conventional group (20 patients) and modified group (21 patients). The conventional group was treated with conventional tracer fixation, and the modified group modified tracer minimally invasive fixation. A total of 92 pedicle screws were implanted in the conventional group and 96 pedicle screws were implanted in the modified group. The size of wound, wound bleeding, time of fixing the tracer, complications (spinal cord injury and nerve root injury when fixing the tracer), development of the tracer fixator and artifacts were recorded. The accuracy of nail placement was evaluated by 320-slice CT scan and Gertzbein-Robbins criteria.
Results:
There was no significant difference in age, sex, diagnosis, transverse diameter of pedicle and e angle between the two groups (
