3.Behavior Standard of Hospital Administrators
Chinese Medical Ethics 1995;0(03):-
Hospital Administrative Moral Standard has effects of guide, encouragement, harmonization and rectification. Administration should reflect principles of respect, justice and benefit. It should connect unith the purpose and the way of setting up the hospital, with the aim of educating health staff. The institution of the standard should combine administrative power with its function. The nucleus is to rectify opinion, action, discipline and attitude of the health staff.

Objective To establish a reasonable method to evaluate nursing quality with both the quantity and quality of nursing taken into account. Methods Quantity indexes of nursing were analyzed with decision tree method (CHAID)in SPSS18.0,which included the number of patients admitted to wards, first grade' s nursing days, critically ill patients, emergencies, operations, intravenous infusions, intramuscular injections, oxygen inhalations, urinary tract catheterizations, gastric tube catheterizations, enemas and the average turnover rate of beds. After the quantity analysis, the nursing units were divided into different groups according to their workload. Then,we made a comprehensive evaluation of nursing quality with 12 indicators on the same group. Results Decision tree analysis can identify hierarchy relationship of various nursing quantity indicators and high-priority work quantity variables.Furthermore,it can establish the hierarchical rule based on the distribution of high-priority variables, and serve the purpose of classifying nursing units based on nursing workload. Conclusion The decision tree method can provide a same-level nursing workload platform for quality examination. This has minimized the influence of nursing workload discrepancies on nursing quality examination, and made nursing quality more comparable with nursing workload units of the same level, thus a scientific method for comprehensive nursing quality evaluation.

Combunung wuth fluorescence excutatuon-emussuon matrux ( EEM ) spectra and parallel factor analysus, suze exclusuon chromatography ( SEC ) equupped wuth multu-excutatuon/emussuon scan model fluorescence detector was used for the analysus of the composutuon of dussolved organuc matter ( DOM) usolated from landfull leachates wuth dufferent ages. The analytucal results showed that the two leachate-deruved DOMs both comprused proteun- and humuc-luke substances. However, there were four kunds of proteun-luke matter un young landfull leachates, u. e. , proteun wuth hugh molecular weught, proteun-luke matter bound to humuc-luke substances wuth hugh or low molecular weught, and peptude/amuno acuds. Whule there were only two kunds of proteun-luke matter un old landfull leachates, u. e. , proteun wuth hugh molecular weught and proteun-luke matter bound to humuc-luke substances wuth hugh molecule weught. Compared wuth SEC, EEM spectra coupled wuth parallel factor analysus could udentufy the proteun-luke matter bound wuth humuc-luke substances or those presented as non-humuc-luke substances, though ut could not udentufy the proteun-luke matter presented as proteun and that presented as peptude/ amuno acuds. The experumental results demonstrated that EEM spectra coupled wuth PARAFAC analysus and SEC could be used to characteruze proteun- and humuc-luke matter presented as dufferent specues.

Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1986;0(06):-
Aim To investigate the growth-inhibition and the mechanism of apoptosis induced by sophoridine(SRI) on SW620 cells.Method MTT assay was used to detect the half-inhibition concentration(IC50),and fluorescence microscopy, electron microscopy,DNA fragmentation analysis, flow cytometry(FCM) were used to demonstrate the presence of apoptosis. Results SRI inhibited the growth of SW620 cells significantly in a dose-and time-dependent manner, and morphological characteristics of apoptosis were observed with condensation of nucleus, bubble of cytoplasm, fragment of nucleus.A DNA ladder pattern of internucleosomalfragmentation was observed.Compared with that of control group, the percentage of the G0/G1 phase and the Sphase cells increased after treated by SRI.SW620 cells were induced to undergo apoptosis and underwent G0/G1 arrest with exposure to SRI shown by FCM.Conclusions Sophoridine could induce the inhibition of cell growth by means of apoptosis in a dose-and time-dependent manner, and the blocking of G0/G1 phase of cells was involved in the mechanism of apoptosis.

4.0 to Candida albicans in the 150 mg/L of available iodine concentration for 1 min,or 300 mg/L of available iodine concentration for 0.5 min, respectively. After being stored at 37 ℃ for 90 days or exposured 6 h per-day in consecutive 6 days, the available iodine content of the stock solution and quality of the sample slightly changed. The germicidal logarithmic value was more than 1.00 to the forearm skin natural bacteria when smeared 1 time for 1 min.CONCLUSIONS The germicidal effects of Shu-Jin iodine disinfection solution is good and stable.

With the advances of genome-wide sequencing technologies and bioinformatics approaches, a large number of datasets of normal and malignant erythropoiesis have been gener-ated and made public to researchers around the world. Collection and integration of these datasets greatly facilitate basic research and clinical diagnosis and treatment of blood disorders. Here we provide a brief introduction of the most popular omics data resources of normal and malignant hematopoiesis, including some integrated web tools, to help users get better equipped to perform common analyses. We hope this review will promote the awareness and facilitate the usage of public database resources in the hematology research.

Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2013;30(2):301-305
We have developed a new rotating bed for the old and the paralised people. This rotating bed is composed of two bed heads at front and at end, bed boards, guardrails, an electric motor, a reducer, an induction locator and a set of electronic controls. With the preestablished program, the angle between the left/right bed board and the middle board is changed by rotating the left/right board around the rotation axis, and the gravity direction between the human body and the ground is changed by the rotation of the middle board as a whole, so that the middle bed board and the left and right ones will act respectively as supporters of weight of the person who is lying on his back or on his side. In this way, a person can turn over automatically, comfortably and naturally when he/she is asleep. This rotating bed meets the physiological needs of a sleeping person, and people with turning over problems can turn over in a comfortable and natural way by means of biotechnology. It can also improve the quality of sleep and help avoid decubitus. In addition, it can be used to promote the rehabilitation of those who are paralysed by reason of its passive exercising function.
