Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2016;36(11):141-143
Objective To investigate the effect of compound Shuanghua tablets combined with western medicine on serum secretions TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-10 of patients with secretory otitis media. Methods A total of 200 cases(244 ears) with acute secretory otitis media in Zhejiang Xinchang People’s Hospital from August 2014 to June 2016 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group with 100 case (120ears) were only given conventional western medicine therapy, and the treatment group with 100 case (124ears) were given compound Shuanghua tablets on the basis of the control group.Peripheral venous blood and middle ear effusion of each patient was collected before and after treatment ,and to detect the level of TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-10 by cytometric bead array, meanwhile the curative effect of the two groups were compared. Results The curative effect of the treatment group( 97.58%) was higher than the control group(85.00%),the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant difference on serum TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-10 between the two groups before and after treatment. The secretions TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-10 of the two groups after treatment were significantly reducing, and the treatment group were lower than the control group, the difference were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Compound Shuanghua tablets combined with western medicine in traetment SOM is effective distinctly, and can reduce secretions TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-10 effectly.

According to the principle of the types of hemangioma and the special structure of lip, infantile hemangioma is divided into 7 types as follows:superficial skin hemangioma, lip skin composite hemangioma, lip skin deep hemangioma, lip mucosa superficial hemangiomas, lip mucosa compound hemangioma, lip mucosa deep hemangioma and full-thickness lip hemangioma.Special structure and function of lip leading to tumor growth uniqueness and particularity of typing.Application of long-pulse laser combined with optimized pulsed light therapy is effective in the treatment of lip hemangioma.

Pyroptosis, a form of cell death associated with inflammation, is known to be involved in diabetic nephropathy (DN), and discoid domain receptor 1 (DDR1), an inflammatory regulatory protein, is reported to be associated with diabetes. However, the mechanism underlying DDR1 regulation and pyroptosis in DN remains unknown. We aimed to investigate the effect of DDR1 on renal tubular epithelial cell pyroptosis and the mechanism underlying DN. In this study, we used high glucose (HG)-treated HK-2 cells and rats with a single intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin as DN models. Subsequently, the expression of pyroptosis-related proteins (cleaved caspase-1, GSDMD-N, Interleukin-1β [IL-1β], and interleukin-18 [IL-18]), DDR1, phosphorylated NF-κB (p-NF-κB), and NLR family pyrin domain-containing 3 (NLRP3) inflammasomes were determined through Western blotting. IL-1β and IL-18 levels were determined using ELISA. The rate of pyroptosis was assessed by propidium iodide (PI) staining. The results revealed upregulated expression of pyroptosisrelated proteins and increased concentration of IL-1β and IL-18, accompanied by DDR1, p-NF-κB, and NLRP3 upregulation in DN rat kidney tissues and HG-treated HK-2 cells. Moreover, DDR1 knockdown in the background of HG treatment resulted in inhibited expression of pyroptosis-related proteins and attenuation of IL-1β and IL-18 production and PI-positive cell frequency via the NF-κB/NLRP3 pathway in HK-2 cells. However, NLRP3 overexpression reversed the effect of DDR1 knockdown on pyroptosis. In conclusion, we demonstrated that DDR1 may be associated with pyroptosis, and DDR1 knockdown inhibited HG-induced renal tubular epithelial cell pyroptosis. The NF-κB/NLRP3 pathway is probably involved in the underlying mechanism of these findings.

Objective:
To study the mRNA expressions of various CD97 isoforms in colorectal carcinoma tissues and their clinical significances.
Methods:
A total of 50 colon cancer patients in the First Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University from December 2013 to May 2014 and human colon cancer cell lines SW480 and SW620 were enrolled. The real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR) was used to detect the mRNA expressions of CD97 human epidermal growth factor (EGF) (1, 2, 5), CD97EGF (1, 2, 3, 5) and CD97EGF (1, 2, 3, 4, 5) in colon cancer tissues, adjacent tissues, normal colon tissues, SW480 cells and SW620 cells. The relationship between the mRNA expression of CD97EGF (1, 2, 5) and the clinicopathological factors was analyzed.
Results:
Compared with those low expressions in adjacent tissues and normal tissues, the mRNA expressions of CD97 isoforms CD97EGF (1, 2, 5), CD97EGF (1, 2, 3, 5) and CD97EGF (1, 2, 3, 4, 5) in cancer tissues were highest, and the differences were statistically significant (0.71±0.20 vs. 0.40±0.09 vs. 0.35±0.07,
