2.Treatment of unstable femoral fractures between rotor in elderly patients with bone cement longer handle ar-tificial femoral head replacement

Objective To evaluate bone cement longer handle artificial femoral head replacement treatment the clinical effect of the treatment of femoral fractures between rotor-instability.Methods There were 98 patients with fracture of instability-between the femur rotor ,women 60 cases,38 cases,male,aged 75 to 94 years old,average 83.5 years.Fractured by Tronzo-Evans type III 56 cases,type IV 42 cases.All use of bone cement longer handle arti-ficial femoral head replacement therapy ,to observe clinical therapeutic effect .Results All cases of postoperative X-ray showed both fracture reduction and fixation well between the rotor and prosthesis position is good .96 cases of post-operative for 6 to 24 months followed-up,the average 15 months.Harris score was 85.4%.Conclusion Bone cement longer handle artificial femoral head replacement has quick postoperative functional recovery ,weight-bearing activities earlier,which can avoid the advantages of long-term complications in bed ,instability is treatment of older femoral frac-tures between rotor reasonable operation method .
3.Effectof Locking compression plate fixation and minimally invasive in treatment of the patients with distal tibial fracture

ObjectiveTo evaluate the effect of surgical treatment of distal tibial facture with minimally invasive perutaneous locking compression plate osteosynthesis.Methods38 patients with distal tibial fracture were treated with minimally invasive percutaneous locking compression plate(LCP) osteosynthesis.According to AO classification,twelve patients belonged to type A,fifteen type B,and eleven type C.ResultsAll patients were followed up for 6 to 19 months,with an average time of 9 months.The X-ray pictures showed that one-stage union was achieved in the patients,with a mean healing time of 16 weeks.No complications such as infection,non-union were found.The clinical outcomes were evaluated according to Mazur ankle joint function scoring.Twenty-nine were rated as excellent,six as good and three as fair,with the good-excellent rate of 92.1%.ConclusionMinimally invasive peteosynthesis is a kind of a good fixation in treatment of accelerating bone and soft tissue healing.
4.Minimally invasive pedicle screw fixation in the treatment of thoracolumbar fractures

Objective To explore the indications and curative effect of minimally invasive pedicle screw fix-ation in the treatment of thoracolumbar fractures .Methods 10 patients with thoracolumbar fractures without neuro-logical damage and the need for vertebral lamina decompression were selected .Under the C arm,the disease vertebral and adjacent vertebral arch spikes were positioned ,four 2.5cm long incisions were done ,fixation and restoration were completed within four small incisions .Results All patients restored vertebral body height and protrusion deformity after correction.The operation time was about 2h,blood loss was 100~150mL.Conclusion The minimally invasive pedicle screw fixation in the treatment of thoracolumbar fractures is suitable for simple thoracolumbar fractures without neurological damage ,the need for patients with vertebral lamina decompression ,it has advantages of small trauma ,fas-ter postoperative recovery .
5.Clinical effects of modified air bag deflation lubrication by Sengstaken-Blakemore tube

Objective To study the effect of modified air bag deflation lubrication by Sengstaken-Blakemore tube on voluntary dysphagia induced by esophageal variceal bleeding.Method Twenty seven patients with voluntary dysphagia induced by esophageal and gastric variceal bleeding were managed with modified air bag deflation lubrication with Sengstaken-Blakemore tube.Results The indwelling time for the Sengstaken-Blakemore tube was 3~6 d.There was no complication of gastrointestinal mucosal injury and aspiration complications.Conclusion The modified air bag deflation lubrication by Sengstaken-Blakemore tube may effectively avoid the complications by hemostasis with Sengstaken-Blakemore tube.
6.Effect of titanium plate internal fixation in the treatment of comminuted calcaneal fractures

Objective To evaluate operative methods and the clinical effect for comminuted calcaneal fractures.Methods 21 cases(24 feet)of comminuted calcaneal fractures were treated by one stage bone grafting plus open reduction and internal fixation with plastic calcaneus titanium plate.The fractures were classified according to the Sanders system into Sanders Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ subgroups.Results All cases were followed up for 9~20 months(14months in average).All cases recovered with good healing of fracture.According to Maryland score,the results were excellent in 14 feet,good in 7 feet,fair in 2 feet,and poor in 1 foot.The excellent and good rate was 87.5%.Conclusions By using the method of internal fixation with plastic calcaneus titanium plate,fracture site can be well exposed,which is helpful to recover calcaneus to its normal length,width,height,Gissane angle and Bohler angle.A reliable internal fixation is helpful for early stage functional excise after surgery,which can maximize the recovery of the ankle function.

N-3 and n-6 unsaturated fatty acids are essential fatty acids. It is necessary for human health. At present, the diet contains a disproportionally high amount of n-6 PUFAs and low amount of n-3 PUFAs, and the resulting high n-6/n-3 ratio is thought to contribute to cardiovascular disease, inflammation, and cancer. This article is about the polyunsaturated fatty acid uptake and metabolism in its study on the impact of progress in cancer and inflammatory diseases and its mechanism of action and clinical research.
8.STUDY ON INVESTIGATION OF SNAILS UNDER WATER BY RICE STRAW CURTAINS

As a result of observation in lab. ,it showed that the rice straw attracted snail well,it at-tracted uninfected and infected snails, and adult and young snails respectively without singnificant difference. On this basis,we can investigate the snails under water by rice straw curtains during water raising season. This paper reported that the method for weaving rice straw curtain fixed by stone,and using foamed plastics as buoy were easy and convenient. The rate of snail-attraction was highest when it took 14 hours ,especially in August.
9.Malignant with bone marrow necrosis:a case report and literature review

Objective To investigate the pathogenesis,clinical feature,laboratory examination characteristics and the prognosis of the bone marrow necrosis.Methods To analyze the clinical data of one case of diagnostic bone marrow necrosis and review the relevant literature.Results The peripheral blood examinations were as follows:the hemoglobin(HGB)level was 36g/L,platelet count was 17 ×109 /L.The biochemistry tests showed that lactate dehydro genase (LDH)was 1 454.9U /L and alkaline phosphatase(ALP)was 1 319.4U /L.Bone marrow necrosis was detected by bone marrow smear.Bone marrow biopsy was considered as a bone marrow metastatic carcinoma,which was prone to adenocarcinoma.Conclusion The bone marrow necrosis is mainly caused by the cancer,the serious infection and the drug.Its main performances were bone pain,fever,progressive decline in bloods cells,the LDH and ALP increasing and poor prognosis.In order to extend the lifetime of this kind of patients,the key lies in the early detection,the early diagnosis,and the early treatment of its primary diseases.
10.Comparison of 3D conformal radiotherapy with conventional radiotherapy in gliomas on dosimetry and prognosis

Objective In contrast to conventional radiotherapy ,analyze the dosimetry and prognosis of 3D conformal radiothera-py in the treatment of gliomas with different pathological stages .Methods 97 patients with gliomas were selected ,and divided into two groups as conventional radiotherapy group (CR group) and 3D conformal radiotherapy group(3D group) .analyzed the influence of different radiotherapy to the gliomas in the same pathological stage .Compared the dosimetry differences between these two radio-therapies .Results There was no obvious differences in 3 year survival rate between CR group and 3D group at low grade gliomas . But 3D group had better 3 year survival rate than CR group at high grade gliomas .And 3D group had lower rate of relevant sequel after radiotherapy .3D group had higher conformal index (CI) and average dosage of radiation than CR group .Conclusion 3D radio-therapy has better dosimetry and conformal index than conventional radiotherapy ,especially has better prognosis in high grade glio-mas and lower rate of relevant sequel after radiotherapy .
