ObjectiveTo evaluate the effect of surgical treatment of distal tibial facture with minimally invasive perutaneous locking compression plate osteosynthesis.Methods38 patients with distal tibial fracture were treated with minimally invasive percutaneous locking compression plate(LCP) osteosynthesis.According to AO classification, twelve patients belonged to type A,fifteen type B,and eleven type C.ResultsAll patients were followed up for 6 to 19 months, with an average time of 9 months. The X-ray pictures showed that one-stage union was achieved in the patients, with a mean healing time of 16 weeks. No complications such as infection,non-union were found. The clinical outcomes were evaluated according to Mazur ankle joint function scoring.Twenty-nine were rated as excellent, six as good and three as fair, with the good-excellent rate of 92.1%.ConclusionMinimally invasive peteosynthesis is a kind of a good fixation in treatment of accelerating bone and soft tissue healing.

As a result of observation in lab. ,it showed that the rice straw attracted snail well,it at-tracted uninfected and infected snails, and adult and young snails respectively without singnificant difference. On this basis,we can investigate the snails under water by rice straw curtains during water raising season. This paper reported that the method for weaving rice straw curtain fixed by stone, and using foamed plastics as buoy were easy and convenient. The rate of snail-attraction was highest when it took 14 hours ,especially in August.

N-3 and n-6 unsaturated fatty acids are essential fatty acids. It is necessary for human health. At present, the diet contains a disproportionally high amount of n-6 PUFAs and low amount of n-3 PUFAs, and the resulting high n-6/n-3 ratio is thought to contribute to cardiovascular disease, inflammation, and cancer. This article is about the polyunsaturated fatty acid uptake and metabolism in its study on the impact of progress in cancer and inflammatory diseases and its mechanism of action and clinical research.

Objective To evaluate operative methods and the clinical effect for comminuted calcaneal fractures. Methods 21 cases(24 feet)of comminuted calcaneal fractures were treated by one stage bone grafting plus open reduction and internal fixation with plastic calcaneus titanium plate. The fractures were classified according to the Sanders system into Sanders Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ subgroups. Results All cases were followed up for 9~20 months(14months in average). All cases recovered with good healing of fracture.According to Maryland score, the results were excellent in 14 feet, good in 7 feet, fair in 2 feet, and poor in 1 foot. The excellent and good rate was 87.5%.Conclusions By using the method of internal fixation with plastic calcaneus titanium plate, fracture site can be well exposed, which is helpful to recover calcaneus to its normal length, width, height,Gissane angle and Bohler angle.A reliable internal fixation is helpful for early stage functional excise after surgery, which can maximize the recovery of the ankle function.

Objective To investigate the application value of double-layer continuous suture in pancreatic jejunum anastomosis of pancreatoduodenectomy (PD).Methods A retrospective analysis of 114 consecutive patients (67 men and 47 women) who underwent PD from June 2012 to July 2013 were conducted. There were 79 patients who were treated by double-layer continuous suture technique and 35 patients by double-layer interrupted suture technique .The incidence of pancreatic fistula and other complications after PD with two different suture techniques were compared .Results The operation time of double-layer continuous suture group and double-layer interrupted suture group is respectively ( 284 ±5 ) and ( 288 ±7 ) mins, the intraoperative bleeding volume is respectively (236 ±29) and (282 ±49) ml, the differences between two groups were no statistical significance .The postoperative fasting time in two group was respectively (7.8 ± 0.5) and (9.7 ±0.5) days, the length of hospital stay time was respectively (14.0 ±1.0) and (17.2 ± 10.0) days, the incidence of postoperative pancreatic fistula ( POPF) was respectively 17.1%(6/35) and 39.2%(317/9 ), the differences between two groups were statistically significant (all P<0.05).Grade A POPF was found in 4 patients ( 11.4%) from the double-layer continuous suture group and in 5 patients (6.3%) from the double-layer interrupted suture group.Grade B POPF was identified only in 1 patients (2.9%) from the double-layer continuous suture group and in 23 patients (29.1%) from the double-layer interrupted suture group .The presence of Grade C POPF was only documented in 1 patient from the double-layer continuous suture group and in 3 patients from the interrupted suture group .Conclusions Continuous suture can be safely used in the duct-to-mucosa pancreatojejunostomy .The double-layer continuous suture can be more effective in reducing pancreatic fistula , improving the feeding time , and reducing the length of hospital stay, and it is worthy of clinical popularization and application .

Objective To evaluate the precision and accuracy of blood glucose meter(BGM ) for community home use testing . Methods According to the In Vitro Diagnostic Test Systems‐Requirements for Blood Glucose Monitoring Systems for Self‐Testing in Managing Diabetes Mellitus in DIN EN ISO15197 :2013 .Capillary blood and venous blood were tested by BGM and the laborato‐ry biochemical analyzer respectively .The measurement results of each BGM were compared with the results of the biochemical ana‐lyzer for conducting the bias analysis .Results In evaluated 20 BGM ,none of them met the requirements of ISO15197 :2013(when blood glucose concentrations < 5 .5 mmol/L ,the bias in 95% of detection results is within the range of ± 0 .83 mmol/L ;when blood glucose concentrations ≥ 5 .5 mmol/L ,the bias in 95% of detection results is within the range of ± 15% .Only 11 imported BGM (55% ) met the state standard .Conclusion The bias of 20 BGM ranged - 28 .7% - 3 .8% ,with the average bias of - 12 .2% . These detection results will bring the large risk of therapy in the diabetic patients .The regular and standardized evaluation of BGM performance may ensure the quality of blood glucose self - monitoring .
