Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2016;32(26):2001-2004
Objective To explore the relationship among vocational selection anxiety, career adaptability and locus of control in practice nurses. Methods Totally 408 practice nurses from five Tertiary A Hospitals in Liaoning Province were assessed with the Career Adaptability Scale, Locus of Control Scale and Vocational Selection Anxiety Questionnaire. All data were analyzed using the software SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 22.0. Results Career adaptability was negatively correlated with vocational selection anxiety (r=-0.44, P<0.01), chance and powerful others (r=-0.21,-0.21,P<0.01). Chance and powerful others were positively correlated with vocation selection anxiety (r=0.45, 0.44,P < 0.01). The career adaptability could negatively predict the vocational selection anxiety directly and indirectly via the mediating role of chance and powerful others. Conclusions Career adaptability and locus of control could influence the vocational selection anxiety. Chance and powerful others played a role of part-mediating variable in the relationship of career adaptability and vocational selection anxiety.
3.Mechanism for baclofen inhibition on quantal glutamate release in spinal dorsal horn neurons
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 2003;0(09):-
Aim To investigate the inhibition mechanisms of baclofen, a specific GABA B receptor agonist, on quantal glutamate release in the rat spinal dorsal horn neurons. Methods Whole-cell voltage-clamp technique was performed on dorsal horn neurons in rat spinal cord slice to record glutamatergic spontaneous miniature excitatory postsynaptic currents (mEPSCs). Baclofen action on quantal glutamate release was assessed by analyzing the change of mEPESC to baclofen perfusion. Results Baclofen(10 ?mol?L -1,50 s) depressed the frequency, but not amplitude distribution of glutamatergic mEPSCs, indicating baclofen presynaptic depression on glutamate release. The depression on frequency of mEPSCs persisted in Ca 2+-free solution, or in the presence of K + conductance blocker, 4-AP. On the other hand, the depression was occluded by forskolin, an activator of adenylate cyclase, but not protein kinase C (PKC) activator phorbol 12,13-dibutyrate (PDBu). N-ethylmaleimide (NEM), a sulphydryl alkylating agent, which destroys G protein, abolished baclofen depression. Conclusion Not presynaptic K +, Ca 2+ conductance or PKC, but G protein and/or cAMP pathway are involved in the baclofen depression on glutamate release in rat spinal dorsal horn;this depression might contribute to the analgesic action of baclofen at spinal level.

Objective:To investigate the epitope and its immunogenicity of bFGF. Methods -.The phage disply 7 peptides library was screened with monoclonal antibody GE22 to bFGF, which neutralize the bioactivin'es of bFGF. Results: After three cycles screening, the isolated phage clones with GF22 epitopes specifically inhibited bFGF binding to GF22.Sequence analysis showd that the epitopes shared a highly consensus spequence( Leu-Pro-Pro/Leu-Gly-His-Phe/He-Lys) and PPGHFK sequence was located at aino acids 22-27 (PPGHFK) within bFGF (155aa) molecule.Phage clones with the epitopes could highly induce imuno-response in mice, eapically with the sequence LPLGHK was 3 times higher than original sequence. Conclusion:Trie sequence LPLGHK may be a valuable vaccine in future studies of bFGF.
