Objective To investigate the effect of heart rate variability (HRV) biofeedback training on patients with three types of insom-nia disorder. Methods From June, 2016 to March, 2017, 17 patients in simple insomnia group, 19 patients in insomnia with anxiety group, and 19 patients in insomnia with depression group were included. All the patients received HRV biofeedback training and same medication (zolpidem tartrate, 10 mg every night). They were assessed with Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90), Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) and Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD), and HRV parameters were tracked before and after training. Re-sults After training, the scores of PSQI, SCL-90, HAMA , HAMD and the ratio of low frequency (LF) and high frequency (HF) (LF/HF) de-creased in all groups (t>1.446, P<0.05). There was significant difference in PSQI among three groups (F=3.537, P=0.038). The D-values of the PSQI score and LF/HF before and after training were more in the insomnia with anxiety group and the insomnia with depression group than in the simple insomnia group (P<0.05), however, no significant difference was observed between the insomnia with anxiety group and the insomnia with depression group (P>0.05). Conclusion HRV biofeedback training could improve the symptoms of patients with three types of insomnia disorder, especially for those with anxiety or depression.

Objective To explore the role of health management in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis combined with osteoporosis. Methods A total of 140 women with postmenopausal osteoporosis and rheumatoid arthritis were enrolled in this 12-month randomized controlled study and randomly assigned to receive drug therapy ( group A,n =70 ) or drug therapy + health management ( group B,n =70 ).Bone mineral density (BMD) of the forearm, lumbar spine and hip was measured by using dual-X-ray absorptiometry at baseline and 12 months after the intervention. The rates of fractures were calculated at 12months.Results BMD of the forearm, lumbar spine and hip of both groups were significantly increased at 12 months (group A:0.50 ± 0.13,0.78 ± 0.15 and 0.68 ± 0.14,respectively,all P < 0.05; group B:0.54± 0.14,0.80 ± 0.12 and 0.73 ± 0.15,respectively,all P < 0.05 ).The elevation of BMD and therapy compliance of group B were significantly higher than those of group A ( P < 0.05 ),while the rate of fracture was relatively lower. Conclusions Health management can significantly improve patient compliance and medication efficacy.

Objective To investigate the clinical value of minimally invasive percutaneous internal fixation in the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fracture by using anatomical screw plate. Methods From November 2005 to April 2008,60 patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture were treated in our hospital with minimally invasive percutaneous internal fixation.Through a subcutaneous tunnel between fracture ends,an anatomical screw plate was placed and fixed. The outcomes were evaluated by comparing the X-ray image taken before and after the operation. The functions of the hip and standing and walking were determined as well. Results The 60 patients were followed up for 9 to 33 months with a mean of 24 months.According to Huang's standard,52 patients achieved excellent outcomes,6 were good, and 2 were poor. Conclusion Minimally invasive percutaneous internal fixation is an effective method for the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fracture.

Objective: To explore the differential expression of tumor associated antigen CA X in tumor cells in vitro and in vivo . Methods: Tumor xenografts of the human lung adenocarcinoma cell line SpcA1 were grown in athymia mice. The antigen was measured before and after xenograft by Western blotting and flow cytometric analysis. Results: The antigen CA X was a glycoprotein with a molecular weight of 170 000 to 200 000 . Human lung adenocarcinoma cell lines regain expression of antigen CA X when xenografted into athymia mice. Conclusion: These data indicate that CA X synthesis in human lung adenocarcinoma cells SpcA1 is regulated by factors presented only in the xenograft.

Abstract Objective:To observe and compare the effects of immune responses of HBV DNA caccine by insertion IL-2 gene.Try to ex-Plore the efficient way to enhance the immune effect of DNA vaccines. Methods:The recombinant expression plasmid vector peDNA3.1-S/IL-2with fusion gene of HBsAg and IL-2 cloned was constructed by PCR method and DNA recombinant technique. Then, it was transfered into Cos-7 cells by cation lyposomes and was detected its transient expressing product in vitro. At last, observed and compared the cellular and humoralimmune responses to HBsAg in C57BL/6 mice by intramuscular injection. Results:The pcDNA3. 1-S/IL-2 was constructed successfully by themethod of restriction endonucleases digestion, RCR and DNA sequencing. It can increase the titers of anti-HBs antibody. The bioactivity of IL-2and lymphocyte proliferation responses to HBsAg induced by the mouse spleen immunized with psDNA3.1-S/IL-2 were improved also. Conclu-sion:These results showed the expression of HBsAg-IL-2 fused gene can enhance the immune responses and suggested the insertion of IL-2 maybe a practicable way to enhance the DNA vaccine efficacy.

Objective To investigate the effects of KAll gene transfection on proliferation, migration, invasion and VEGF expression of pancreatic cancer MiaPaCa-2 cells under hypoxic condition, and explore possible mechanism. Methods The pcMV-KAI1 vector which contained the full length of KAI1 cDNA was transfected into pancreatic cancer cells MiaPaCa-2,and KAI1,VEGF C,VEGF A protein expressions were determined by Western blot. The proliferation of pancreatic cancer cells was evaluated by MTT method.Wound-healing assay and cell invasion assay were used to detect the migration and invasion of pancreatic cancer cells. The expression of VEGF C,VEGF A in supernatant of culture was measured by ELISA method. Results The expression of KAI1 protein in MiaPaCa-2 K transfected with KAI1 was significantly higher than that in nontransfected cells [(0.549 ± 0.021) vs 0,P<0.05].The proliferation under hypoxic condition was not significantly different, but the migration distance was significantly shorter and the number of transmembrane cell was significantly decreased [(14.0 ± 5.8) vs (43.0 ± 14.4),P < 0.05].The expression of VEGF-C in cell was significantly decreased [(0.218 ± 0.043) vs (0.745 ± 0.069),P <0.05],but the expression of VEGF-A was not significantly different; the expression of VEGF-C in cell culture supernatants was significantly decreased [(1236 ± 247) vs (2045 ± 221) pg/ml,P < 0.01].Conclusions The migration, invasion ability of pancreatic cancer MiaPaCa-2 cells with KAll transfection under hypoxic condition is decreased, and the possible mechanism of inhibiting lymphatic metastasis is down-regulation of VEGF-C expression.

The two pabAB genes encoding aminodeoxychorismate synthase(ADC synthase)from a L-serine producing strain Corynebacterium glutamicum SYPS-062 and model strain Corynebacterium glutamicum ATCC 13032 were ampilified by PCR.The result of nucleotide sequence analysis showed that both pabAB fragments were 1863bp,encoding 620 amino acids.16 bases differences that resulted in the changes of 7 amino acids were found in the pabAB of SYPS-062.The two pabAB were inserted into pET-28a to yield the recombinant expression vector pET-28a-pabAB and then transfromed into BL21(DE3).Upon IPTG induction, soluble ADC synthase was over-produced by E.coli BL21(DE3)harboring the expression construct.Recombinant ADC synthase purified by Ni-NTA affinity chromatography showed a single band about 67kDa on SDS-PAGE gel,and activity of aminodeoxychorismate synthase analysis show that the enzyme specific activity of SYPS-062 is 46.6% lower than ATCC 13032.
