Objective Under the guidance of graduate education evaluation theory,to establish the comprehensive quality evaluation standard of medical graduate students and apply it in the research of the scholarship evaluation. Methods Byusing literature study, brainstorming, expert advice and other research methods,we established comprehensive quality assessment scale. In the work of graduate scholarship, the scale was used to carry out the evaluation work, and the application of the scale, the use value and the effect of moral evaluation were studied. Results A comprehensive quality assessment scale for medical graduate students, which included 4 dimensions of moral education, training process, scientific research and social activities was established so that the students' daily performance was quantified and evaluated, which,to a certain extent, eliminated the influence of the subjective judgment to the evaluation work, and had good guidance and practicality. Conclusion Establishing comprehensive quality quantitative evaluation mechanism of the graduate students and conducting the dynamic evaluation to graduates' moral education, their academic and social activities are conducive to stimulating the development of postgraduates' comprehensive quality and improving the quality of training.

Objective To evaluate the effects of Xuefurong capsules, the traditional Chinese medicine for invigorating the kidney,on sexual function and expression of neuronal nitric oxide synthase(nNOS) in paraventricular nucleus(PVN) in adult castrated SD rats. Methods The male castrated rat model was made and three days after operation the liquid of Xuefurong capsules(5 mg/kg) was given by intragastric administration once a day for 28 days. The sexual function was observed and the nNOS expression in PVN was detected by using ABC immunohistochemical method. The number, area and gray degree of nNOS were counted and analyzed with semi-quantitative method. Results ①Compared with that in the castrated group, the serum testosterone level increased obviously in Xuefurong group(P0.05).Conclusion Xuefurong capsules can increase the level of testosterone, enhance the sexual function of castrated rats and nNOS expression in PVN.

Objective To investigate the complications of urodynamic examinations. Methods All the complications in 1450 urodynamic examinations were analyzed retrospectively. Results There were all 38 complications (2.62%), including 25 hematuria (1 with severe hematuria requiring emergency operation), 9 fever, 1 anal hemorrhage, 3 failure in bladder catheter intubation. Conclusion Avoiding unnecessary urodynamic examinations and adopting appropriate precaution may reduce the complications of urodynamic examinations.

Objective To study the relationship of immunophenotype and prognosis of acute leukemia(AL). Methods 75 patients with AL were analyzed immunophenotype expression by FCM and evaluated the effect of differ-ent immunophenotype to prognosis. Results (1) The incidence of CD13, CD33, CD64, CD117 expression in AML was 82%. The incidence of CD2, CD3, CD7, CD19, CD20 expression in ALL was 88%. The incidence of lymphocytic lineage antigen expression in AML(Ly + AML) was 13% and myeloid lineage antigen expression in ALL(My + ALL) was 11%. (2)According to the antigen expression, AL could be classified into three subgroups:lineage-specific expres-sion;mixture-lineage expression and null type. The lineage-specific expression was the highest in AML and ALL, and had a better clinical prognosis. The null type was the lowest neither in AML nor ALL and had a poorer clinical progno-sis. In mixture-lineage expression the CR rate of AML with CD7+ was the lowest than those with lineage-specific ex-pression and had poorer prognosis. Conclusions AL immtmophenotype might be devided into three subgroups:line-age-specific expression; mixture-lineage expression and null type. In the patients with CD7+ AML and null type ex-pression,lower CR rate and poorer prognosis were seen than those with lineage-specific expression. It needed to ex-plore new treatment methods.

OBJECTIVETo analyze the effect of mandibular distraction on the maxilla growth in children with hemifacial microsomia through measurement with the posterior-anterior cephalometric X-ray films and Three-dimensional CT reconstruction images.
METHODSThe deviation angular of maxilla occlusion plane and nasal base plane from the infra-orbital plane were measured on the posterior-anterior cephalometric X-ray films in 22 patients before and half a year after operation. The vertical distance from the midpoint of 5th teeth alveolar and the lowest point of maxillary sinus to reference plane were measured on 3D reconstruction images in 15 patients. The data were statistically analyzed.
RESULTSOn posterior-anterior cephalometric X-ray films, the cant of occlusion plane were significantly reduced (P < 0.05), While the angular of nasal base plane and the infra-orbital plane had no significant change. On 3D reconstruction images, all the detection points had significantly declined except the lowest point of maxillary sinus on normal side.
CONCLUSIONSDistraction osteogenesis of mandible can promote the growth of the maxilla in children with HFM, the accelerated growth parts include alveolar bone and maxillary sinus.

Objective Analysis of myocardial microvascular perfusion in patients with chronic total coronary occlusion (CTO) who underwent a coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) use real-time myocardial contrast echocardiography (RTMCE),to provide an effective method of detecting viable myocardium and a reference for the choice of CABG indications. Methods Twenty-seven patients with CTO underwent RTMCE 1 week before CABG,they underwent follow-up echocardiography and coronary artery 256-slice multislice computed tomography aagiography 1 year after CABG.Myocardial viability was defined as a postoperative ultrasound wall motion significantly improved ≥ 1 point.Semi-quantitative analysis of contrast images, myocardial viability was defined as myocardial perfusion score ≤ 2 points.Viable myocardium by quantitative assessment of myocardial blood flow (MBF) was determined by analyses of receiver-operating characteristic (ROC) curves. Results Patients with LVEF increased significantly after CABG (P < 0.01),Of 259 segments with wall motion abnormality,149 (58%) showed wall motion significantly improved ≥ 1 point after CABG,considered viable myocardium,110 (42%) were not observed in wall motion improved, considered to be non-viable.The viable myocardial segments were significantly greater than non-viable myocardial segments in A,β,A × β value (P < 0.01).Compared with the semi-quantitative analysis, quantitative analysis of MBF increased the sensitivity and accuracy of RTMCE for detecting viable myocardium (P < 0.05).Conclusion RTMCE could accurately assess myocardial viability and provide a strong reference for clinical decision making and judging prognosis.
