International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2010;32(6):500-501
Objective To observe clinical effect of treating bronchial asthma in the acute attack with xiaoqinglong decoction combined with western medicine. Methods 50 patients with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with theophylline sustained release tablets, 0.1 g~0.2 g for each time, twice a day, salbutamol sulfate (inhaled), 200 μg (2 spray) for each time, twice a day, beclomethasone dipropionate aerosol (inhaled),100 μg (2 spray) for each time, twice a day, antibiotics, oxygen inhalation when necessary, infusion, and correcting water-electrolyte and acid-base imbalance if necessary. Based on the control group, the treatment group was treated with Xiaoqinglong decoction for continuous 3 courses, once a day, 7 days as a course. The clinical effect and adverse reaction were observed between control group and treatment group after the treatment. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 84.6% and 66.7% respectively. The clinical effect in the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (χ2=2.762, P<0.05). Conclusion Xiaoqinglong decoction combined with western medicine has better effects bronchial asthma in the acute attack than western medicine.
2.Reasearch progress of cervical cancer screening
Journal of International Oncology 2016;43(3):232-235
As to clarify the cause of cervical cancer, early normative and effective screening can decrease the incidence and mortality of precancerous cervical lesions and cervical cancer. At present the main methods for cervical cancer screening are pap smear method, acetic acid shading to naked eye observation, iodine staining to the naked eye observation, liquid based cytology and human papillomavirus DNA testing methods.Screening techniques and strategies are different in different areas and countries because of unbalanced economic development.
3.Gene Therapy of Ovarian Cancer
Journal of Kunming Medical University 2001;22(1):103-107
Ovarian cancer correlates with a serials of genes. Since oncogene and tumor suppressor gene have been studied thoroughly, it is tho ught that gene therapy is the newest strategy of cancer treatment. There are many types of gene therapy: Gene complement, moleculchemotherapy, immune-based gene therapy etc. Gene therapy will provide a novel way of ovarian cancer treatment.

International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2017;38(6):783-785
Objective To investigate the value of procalcitonin in guiding the antibiotic use in acute exacerbation of chronic ob-structive pulmonary disease(AECOPD) .Methods A total of 184 patients with AECOPD in our hospital from March 2014 to Sep-tember 2015 were selected and divide into two groups by the random number table method .Ninety-two cases in the control group received the antibiotic therapy according to clinical experience .Ninety-two cases in the observation group was implemented the anti-biotic therapy according to serum procalcitonin level .Results Compared with before treatment ,the procalcitonin level after treat-ment in the observation group was decreased significantly (P<0 .05) .The procalcitonin level after treatment ,occurrence rate of a-cute exacerbation within six months and re-hospitalization rate within six months in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0 .05) .The antibiotic use time ,antibiotic expenses ,hospitalization time and hospitalization cost in the obser-vation group were less than those in the control group(P<0 .05) .The total effective rate and hospitalization mortality rate had no statistical difference between the two groups (P>0 .05) .Conclusion Serum procalcitonin is significantly increased in the patients with AECOPD .Procalcitonin can be used for the optimized use of antibiotics .
5.Application of clinical skills training specification in gynecologic oncology teaching
Basic & Clinical Medicine 2017;37(8):1199-1201
Clinical skills training is a key factor for improvement of the quality of clinical teaching.Developing highly specific clinical skills training specification is an important step to improve the quality of gynecologic oncology clinical teaching.Based on its importance,a'four steps training strategy, known groups-building specification-train thinking-make a request is developed and used by Dept.of Obsterics and Gynecology, the 3rd Affiliated Hospital,Kunming Medical University. It guides students to achieve the basic theory, basic knowledge and basic skills through a comprehensive way,and it also encourages students with highly learning initiative of gynecologic oncology clinical skills. On the other side,in the clinical skills training will lead teachers to develop their thinking and enhance the enthusiasm of teaching. This method provides a new sight for gynecologic oncology clinical skills training in a new manner.

Objective To observe the effects of metformin on the serum levels of adiponectin,interleukin-18(IL-18) and C-reactive protein(C-RP) in overweight/obese type 2 diabetes. Methods The changes of serum levels of HOMA2-IR,adiponectin,IL-18,C-RP and lipid profiles were observed before and after the treatment of metformin. Results After the eight weeks of treatment, the levels of adiponectin and IL-18 were not significantly changed, while C-RP(0.49±0.23 vs 0.89±0.22ng/dl),total cholesterol(TC)(4.58±0.83 vs 6.15±2.23mmol/L),LDL-C(2.65±0.78 vs 3.66±0.84mmol/L) and HOMA2-IR(1.1±0.7 vs 2.3±1.7) were decreased (all P<0.05),HDL-C(1.23±0.30 vs 1.02±0.24mmol/L) was increased (P<0.05). Conclusions Metformin may reduce the serum C-RP level and modulate the disorder of blood lipids, but may have no effect on adiponectin and IL-18

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of percutaneous transhepatic biliary drainage (PTBD) with different approaches in patients with hilar cholangiocarcinoma type Ⅱ-Ⅳ.Methods The short-term clinical effect and longterm survival rate were analyzed retrospectively for a group of 97 patients with hilar cholangiocarcinoma type Ⅱ-Ⅳ receiving PTBD with different approaches,i.e.unilateral and bilateral biliary drainage, each including stent placement and drainage tube implantation. Results No significant difference was found in the decreasing of TBIL and DBIL,the survival rate and survival Curve between unilateral and bilateral biliary drainage. The median survival time was 7.5 months in unilateral and 6.7 months in bilateral biliary drainage,6.0 months in single stent and 6.5 months in single drainage tube, and 4.3 months in bilateral stents, respectively. The post operation complications mainly occurred in single drainage tube. Conclusion Single biliary drainage is able to decrease bilirubin for hilar cholangiocarcinoma type Ⅱ-Ⅳ,while stent implantation should be taken as the first choice.

Journal of Clinical Neurology 1993;0(03):-
Objective To investigate the relationship between polymorphisms of angiotensinogen(AGT) gene T704C and cerebrovascular disease(CVD).Methods AGT T704C genotype and allele were examined by PCR-RLFP in 82 patients with cerebral infarction(CI group),70 patients with intracerebral hemorrhage(ICH group) and 89 age-matched normal controls(NC group). The AGT T704C genotype and allele frequencies among the 3 groups were compared and analyzed. The effectes of AGT T704C genotype and the risk factors of stroke to induce CI snd ICH were analyzed by Logistic regression. Results The frequencies of AGT 704CC genotype and C allelic in CI group(63.4%,79.9%) were significantly higher than those in NC group(34.8%,61.2%)(allP

OBJECTIVE:To study the inhibitory effect of melatonin(MT)on the increased influx of Ca 2+ induced by L-glutamate in cultured rat neurons.METHODS:Fura-2/AM,a Ca 2+ sensitive fluorescent indicator was used to load the brain cells isolated from new-born rats, and the intracellular dissociative Ca 2+ concentration(〔Ca 2+ 〕i)was measured with fluores?cence-spectrophotometer.RESULTS:The L-glutamate of concentration500?mol/L could markedly promote the influx of Ca 2+ and intracellular free Ca 2+ concentration(P
