Objective:To explore the mechanism for the immune cross-reaction between crabs and shrimps. Methods:The cross-reactivity between shrimps and crabs was observed by inhibition of ELISA and Western blot. Results:The protein constituents were similar where their genus relationship was closer in shrimps and crabs. There were the same bands at 20,36,38,44,68,75,and 85 kD of molecule weight. The protein at 36 kD was the main allergen for shrimps and the proteins at 36,66 and 85 kD were the main allergens for crabs.S.serrata and M.nipponense could inhibit the allergic response of various kinds of shrimp and crab in a concentration-dependent pattern. Conclusion:There is a strong immune cross-reaction between different species of shrimp and crab in 36 000.

Objective To observe the association between therapeutic effect of speech disorder and the age on treatment of children with cerebral palsy, and to explore the best treatment period of speech disorder children with cerebral palsy. Methods One hundred and twenty-one cases of speech disorder children with cerebral palsy aged 1 to 6 years in Maternal and Child Health Center of Hebei Province,Hebei Children's Hospital, were selected as subjects, and the patients were randomly divided into training group, which included 64 cases who received scalp acupuncture combined with language and 57 cases treated with speech training group. After 6 courses of treatment, the therapeutic effect for speech disorder of children between 1 to 3 years old and > 3 to 6 years old were compared, the association between children's age for treatment and treatment effects was explored. Results The total treatment efficiency of 1 to 3 years and > 3 to 6 years old children in scalp acupuncture group combined with language training group were 95.45% and 83.33% respectively, the difference was significant (x2 =6.859 8,P < 0.05) ; while in 1 to 3 years and > 3 to 6 year-old children in speech training group the total treatment efficiency were 84.62% and 77.42%,and the difference was significant(x2 =6.625 7,P < 0.05).In both groups, total efficiency of 1 to 3 years and > 3 to 6 years old children were 89.58% and 80.82%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant (x2 =9.617 5,P < 0.01).Conclusions The best treatment period of speech disorder children with cerebral palsy is less than 3 years old,as age grows, the effect is gradually decreasing.

AIM: To gain an insight into preference for elderly diabetic patients with angina pectoris between Shexiang Baoxin Pill (SXBXP) (Moschus, Radix Ginseng, Calculus Bovis, etc.) and Extended Release Isosorbide 5-Mononitrate (ERIM). METHODS: Followed a two-week run-in, 56 elderly patients were randomized to take SXBXP 2 pills tid or ERIM 60 mg qd for 4 weeks; then followed a two-week wash-out, patients crossed over to the complementary therapy for another 4 weeks. Daily diary cards were used to record the side effects, the frequency of angina pectoris attacks and use of rescue medication. At the end of the study, participants were asked to complete a 3-item scale questionary to assess their angina pectoris treatment in terms of convenience, side effects and overall preference. RESULTS: No treatment difference in the frequency of angina pectoris attacks and use of rescue medication was found; 71.4% of patients thought use of SXBXP was the same convenient as that of ERIM; patients felt SXBXP had side effects fewer than ERIM and overall 75% of patients preferred SXBXP. CONCLUSION: Elderly diabetic patients with angina pectoris prefer SXBXP to ERIM.

Objective To investigate whether an innovative intake duct driven from nasobiliary tube via nose improved the success rate of oronasal conversion and shorten the operation time. Methods 118 patients with routine nose bile duct drainage under ERCP examination were randomly divided into magnetic group and thread group. Patients in magnetic group were using a self-made nasal biliary drainage tube derived via nasal catheter traction and nasal catheter, one end of the magnet will be equipped with high performance through mouth to mouth pharynx, smooth delivery nose bile duct. While patients in thread group adopts godet from pharynx posterior wall drawing pulled stomach tube or catheter again, then ifx the nose bile duct. Results The success rate was signiifcantly higher in magnetic group than thread group, with less stimulation of pharynx, and less complications. Conclusion Self-made intake duct derived magnetic catheter was simple and less stimulation, avoid oral mucosa damage, reduced the suffering of patients, shortened operation time and improved the operation efifciency with high success rate.

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention for children with allergic purpura. Methods A total of 120 children with allergic purpura in our hospital were divided into two groups according to the random number table method, with 60 cases in each group.Children in the control group were given routine care.while those in the observation group implemented comprehensive nursing interventions on the basis of routine care. The clinical indicators, psychological status and recurrence rate of purpura before and after care were compared and analyzed. Results The rate of rash disappearance time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05);There was no significant difference in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups before treatment (P > 0.05);After treatment, the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05);The recurrence rate of purpura was lower in the observation group than the control group (16.67% vs.35.00%,P < 0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for allergic purpura in children can effectively shorten alleviation time of clinical symptoms, improve poor mental state, reduce the recurrence rate of disease.

Objective To investigate patients care experience of new nurses in the emergency department so as to provide evidences for the cultivation of humanistic care ability for new nurses. Methods A total of 15 new nurses who worked in the emergency department and cared patients more than 12 h one day from 1st February 2017 to 15th March 2017 were selected using purpose sampling method. Data was analyzed and concluded, and themes were extracted using phenomenological method and Colaizzi content analysis method. Results There were three themes: close attention and understanding of the care needs of emergency patients;experiencing care through taking care of emergency patients; the effect of caring for patient experience on self care and humanistic care ability. Conclusions The experience of caregivers of patients in emergency department is a positive way to cultivate the humanistic care ability of new nurses.

Objective:To compare the incidence of complications associated with arm and chest ports by Meta-analysis.Methods:To Janurary 2019, studies published in PubMed, Embase, CINAHL, Cochrane, CBM and Wanfang regarding complication comparison between arm ports and chest ports were searched. Newcastle-Ottawa Scale was applied to evaluate the quality of studies. Review Manager 5.3 software was applied to conduct this meta-analysis.Results:A total of 19 articles covering 4 203 patients were included. The results showed that the incidence of pneumothorax ( OR value was 0.22, 95% CI0.05-0.88, P value was 0.03) and artery injury ( OR value was 0.24, 95% CI0.07-0.77, P value was 0.02) between arm ports group and chest ports group were statistically significant. No significant difference was observed in infection ( OR value was 0.81, 95% CI0.58-1.12, P value was 0.20), thrombosis ( OR value was 1.25, 95% CI0.64-2.45, P value was 0.52), extravasation ( OR value was 1.13, 95% CI0.54-2.35, P value was 0.75), catheter misplacement ( OR value was 1.58, 95% CI0.95-2.61, P value was 0.08), skin incision ( OR value was 0.64, 95% CI0.23-1.74, P value was 0.38), sepsis ( OR value was 0.68, 95% CI0.27-1.70, P value was 0.41) and exudate ( OR value was 0.88, 95% CI0.32-2.42, P value was 0.80). Conclusion:The incidence of pneumothorax and artery injury in arm ports is significantly lower than in chest ports, there was no difference in other complications. More studies are needed to further confirm the advantages of arm ports.
