Objective:To investigate the incidence of liver injury in patients with coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), and to explore its impact on the condition and prognosis of patients. Methods:The medical records of 67 patients with COVID-19 who presented with pneumonia hospitalized at Tongji Hospital, Huazhong University of Science and Technology from February 11 to March 28, 2020 were collected. The results of liver biochemistry and coagulation function test at admission were analyzed. Data were compared by chi-square test, analysis of variance or Kruskal-Wallis H test. Results:Among 67 patients, total bilirubin increased in seven (10.4%) patients, which was slightly abnormal, albumin decreased in 36(53.7%) cases, and was below 30 g/L in 15(22.4%) cases, alanine transaminase (ALT) and aspartate transaminase (AST) were elevated in 19(28.4%) and 12(17.9%) cases, respectively. A total of 22(32.8%) cases had elevated ALT and (or) AST. The incidences with elevated ALT and (or) AST in moderate and severe patients were 33.3%(10/30) and 26.9%(7/26), respectively. Five of 11 critical patients had elevated ALT and (or) AST. There was no significant difference among the three groups ( χ2=1.21, P=0.546). Abnormal alkaline phosphatase and (or) γ-glutamyl transpeptidase were observed in 11(16.4%) cases. The prolongation of prothrombin time (PT) and activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT) occurred in 10(14.9%) and 17(25.4%) patients, respectively, while most of them were slightly abnormal. Only one patient presented with prolongation of PT and APTT meeting the standard of liver failure. A total of 61.2%(41/67) and 65.7%(44/67) of cases showed increase of fibrinogen and D-dimer, respectively, and 28.4%(19/67) and 19.4%(13/67), respectively increased to an obvious extent. The albumin levels in moderate, severe and critical patients were (37.85±6.19) g/L, (32.96±4.33) g/L and (33.02±3.63) g/L, respectively, which were significantly different ( F=7.36, P=0.001). There were significant differences in PT, APTT, fibrinogen and D-dimer among the three groups ( F=3.22, 3.31, 4.06 and H=17.63, respectively, all P<0.05). Conclusions:COVID-19 only leads to mild liver injury and has only mild impact on liver function. The decrease of albumin level and the increase of fibrinogen and D-dimer may be early predicting indexes for the disease severity.

Chinese Journal of School Health 2023;44(5):720-724
Objective:
To explore the emotional and behavioral problems of different only child and multiple child families, and to provide a reference for developing effective parenting styles.
Methods:
A stratified random cluster sampling method was adopted to investigate 2 647 guardians of preschool children in Tongling City from April to June, 2022. Children s emotional and behavioral problems were evaluated by using the self designed parenting questionnaire and the Children s Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire (SDQ) parent edition.
Results:
The abnormal total score detection rate of emotional and behavioral problems of preschool children was 15.5%, and the rate of abnormal peer interaction was the highest (19.5%). In multiple child families, the first born child (17.5%, 20.4%), compared with the second and third child (11.5%, 9.5%), was more likely to exhibit conduct and hyperactivity problems ( χ 2=8.44, 29.75, P <0.01). There were differences in parenting attitudes between only child and multiple child families( χ 2=9.38, P <0.05). The results of the Logistic regression analysis showed that more frequent parent child discussion, the persuasive education and consistent family discipline strategy were negatively related to the emotional and behavioral problems of only children and children in multiple child families ( OR =0.15, 0.49, 0.38; 0.34, 0.40, 0.42, P <0.05). However, harmonious family relationships were only negatively related to emotional and behavioral problems in only children ( OR =0.08, P <0.01), and a higher education level among mothers was negatively related to emotional and behavioral problems in children from multiple child family environments( OR=0.30, 0.45, P <0.05).
Conclusion
The emotional and behavioral problems are serious of preschool children in Tongling City, the psychological development of the oldest children from multiple child and only child families should be actively followed, as this would help to promote a better understanding of the development of preschool children s physical and mental health.

Chinese Journal of School Health 2023;44(10):1473-1477
Objective:
To examine the eating behaviors and associated factors among preschool children from multiple child families, so as to provide a basis for promoting healthy eating habits in this population.
Methods:
From April to June 2022, a stratified random cluster sampling method was employed to selected 2 647 guardians of preschool children in 11 kindergartens in Tongling City. Parenting style questionnaire, Identification and Management of Feeding Difficulty Questionnaire (IMFeD), Caregiver s Feeding Style Questionnaire (CFSQ) and a self designed questionnaire were administered. Multiple linear regression was performed to analyze the factors influencing eating behaviors among preschool children.
Results:
In the study, the detection of eating behavior problems among preschool children was 71.4%, and the detection of reduced appetite was the highest (55.6%). The detection rates of anorexia, picky eating, poor eating and improper eating behavior in only child families were higher (60.6%, 41.0%, 32.0%, 19.5%), compared with those in multiple child families (51.7%, 36.4%, 27.2%, 16.6%) ( χ 2=20.05, 5.95, 7.16, 3.92, P < 0.05 ). Among multiple child families, the detection rates of fear of eating and underlying disease were the lowest in 5-<10-year-old group (2.3%, 0.6%) ( χ 2=11.54, 8.51, P <0.05). In multiple child families, the detection rates of picky eating and poor eating habits for the first-born child were higher (42.0%, 32.5%), compared with second born and third born child (34.6%, 25.6%)( χ 2= 6.15, 6.38, P <0.05). The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that multiplechild families ( β =-1.40), democratic parenting style ( β =-0.07), higher feeding response scores ( β =-0.33) were negatively associated with eating behavior problems among preschool children ( P <0.05). Eating behavior problems among preschool children were positively correlated with less educated mothers [high and junior high school education ( β =0.87), primary school education and below ( β =3.69)], longer average daily screen time ( β =0.10), higher feeding requirements scores ( β =0.64), doting parenting styles ( β =0.21), permissive parenting styles ( β =0.27) and inconsistent parenting styles ( β =0.14)( P <0.05).
Conclusion
The detection rate of the eating behaviors problems among preschool children is high in schools. Greater attention should be paid to only child and first born child of multiple child families, and appropriate feeding and parenting styles, so as to promote healthy eating habits among this population.

Chinese Journal of Endocrine Surgery 2022;16(5):584-588
Objective:To explore and analyze the relationship between serum KLK11 and MK levels and the effect of first iodine 131 ( 131I) ablation after operation for differentiated thyroid cancer. Method:108 patients with differentiated thyroid cancer who underwent total thyroidectomy in our hospital from Jun. 2020 to Jun. 2021 were consecutively selected, and received radioactive ablation after surgery. There were 37 males and 71 females. The age was (48.32±4.25) years, ranging from 28 to 79 years. The patients were divided into successful ablation according to whether the ablation was successful after treatment. There were 64 cases in the group and 44 cases in the unsuccessful group, and 60 healthy people with no abnormality in physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group. The patients were divided into a metastasis-positive group of 20 cases and a metastasis-negative group of 88 cases according to whether lymph nodes occurred. After surgery, serum samples of all subjects were taken, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to detect the levels of serum kallikrein-related peptidases 11 (KLK11) and midkine (MK) , and the levels of serum KLK11 and MK were analyzed. Gender, age, BMI, TNM stage, TSH, maximum diameter of lesion, and duration of nail removal were collected. Univariate analysis and logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the independent risk factors of postoperative efficacy.Result:The levels of serum KLK11 and MK in the successful and unsuccessful groups were higher than those in the control group, while the levels of KLK11 and MK in the unsuccessful group were higher than those in the successful group (KLK11: t= 2.642, P<0.05; MK: t=11.906, P<0.05) . The serum levels of KLK11 and MK in the metastasis-positive group were higher than those in the metastasis-negative group (KLK11: t= 2.908, P<0.05; MK: t=14.907, P<0.05) . Univariate analysis showed that BMI ( χ2=6.780, P=0.009) , maximum diameter of lesions ( χ2=14.819, P=0.001) , TSH ( χ2=13.627, P=0.001) , serum KLK11 ( t=2.642, P=0.01) , and serum MK ( t=11.906, P<0.001) were associated with the effect of first 131I ablation after surgery for differentiated thyroid cancer ( P<0.05) . Taking the success of ablation as the dependent variable, a multivariate logistic regression analysis was performed. The results showed that the maximum diameter of the lesions greater than 2 cm ( OR=10.740, 95%CI: 7.033-16.401) , increased level of TSH ( OR=8.559, 95%CI: 2.812-26.057) , increased serum KLK11 level ( OR=16.710, 95%CI: .548-32.666) and increased serum MK level ( OR=10.580, 95%CI: 6.294-17.786) were the factors affecting the first 131I ablation effect after DTC surgery ( P<0.05) . Conclusion:The elevated levels of serum KLK11 and MK are independent risk factors affecting the efficacy of the first 131I ablation after surgery for differentiated thyroid cancer.
