1.Effects of angiotensin Ⅱ on apoptosis and apoptosis genes in vascular endothelial cells and the influences of enoxaparin on the effects

Objective To study the effect of angiotensin II in its different concentrations and different action time on VEC apoptosis and the expression of Fas, Bcl-2 in vascular endothelial cells (VEC) and to study the influences of enoxaparin on the above roles. Methods Flow cytometer was used to measure the apoptosis ratio and the expression of Fas, Bcl-2 which were induced by angiotensin II in its different concentrations and different action time, and influenced by enoxaparin. Results Apoptosis ratio(1.86?0.18,30.62?4.20;1.67?0.15,30.08?4.41)and the expression of Fas(1.13?0.16,14.85?1.47;1.13?0.16,15.67?1.97), Bcl-2 (2.38?0.43,9.62?1.81;2.38?0.43,12.33?1.73)were induced and increased by angiotensin II with the increase of concentrations and action time. Enoxaparin had an effect on apoptosis ratio and the expression of Fas, Bcl-2, which were induced by angiotensin II(30.62?4.20,18.31?2.64;14.85?1.47,7.28?1.36;9.62?1.81,16.05?1.79). Conclusions Apoptosis ratio and the expression of Fas, Bcl-2 may be induced and increased by angiotensin II with the increase of the concentrations and the action time. Enoxaparin may have the reduce effect on apoptosis ratio and the expression of Fas and Bcl-2 in vascular endothelial cells.
2.Protective Effect of Ethyl Acetate Extract from Oenanthe stolonifera against Myocardial Ischemia and Ischemia-reperfusion Injury in Rats

OBJECTIVE:To study the protective effect of ethyl acetate extract from Oenanthe stolonifera against myocardial ischemia and ischemia reperfusion injury in rats.METHODS:Acute myocardial ischemia and ischemical reperfusion injury models were prepared by suture-occluded method.5 min before the onset of ischemia,the rats were injected with ethyl acetate extract from O.stolonifera,then the dynamic ECG change of rats was observed,and the arrhythmia caused by myocardial ischemia and the myocardial infraction size,the arrhythmia induced by myocardial ischemia-reperfusion,the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and the content of malondialdehyde(MDA)in plasma were determined.RESULTS:Ethyl acetate extract from O.stolonifera significantly inhibited myocardial ischemia-induced arrhythmia and decreased the myocardial infarction size,significantly inhibited arrhythmia induced by myocardial ischemia-reperfusion,enhanced SOD activity and decreased the content of MDA in plasma.CONCLUSION:The protective effect of ethyl acetate extract from O.stolonifera against myocardial ischemia and ischemical reperfusion injury in rats is possibly associated to its anti-peroxidation effect.
3.Effect of trimetazidine in ischemic cardiomyopathy patients with impaired systolic function

Objective To evaluate the effect of trimetazidine in ischemic cardiomyopathy patients with impaired systolic function. Methods There were 90 cases in total, and were divided into two groups randomly: 42patients took conventional therapy,and 48 patients took trimetazidine additionally. Plasma levels of brain natriuretic peptide (BNP), left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) and left ventricular end-diastolic dimension(LVEDD) were measured before and after trimetazidine therapy at 6 months, 12 months. Results Compared to conventional therapy group, LVEF, LVEDD and BNP were significantly improved in the trimetazidine group (P < 0.01 ). Conclusions Trimetazidine additional to conventional therapy might improve heart function and reverse ventricles reconstitution in ischemic cardiomyopathy patients with impaired systolic function.
4.The position-setting and clinical practice of informatics nurse

In order to improve nursing informationization,and to promote the development of nursing informatics, our nursing department set up a new position called informatics nurse and a series of working systems and man-agement methods were developed. After implementation,the informatics nurse had achieved various goals,including:playing a role in developing 60 nursing information system programs,improving 11 medical and nursing process modification,collecting 399 items of nursing information system problems with 338 items solved,completing 22 nurs-ing information system using instructions,and organizing training meetings and lectures in the hospital for 12 times. The informatics nurse has been appreciated by medical staff and IT engineers who was believed to have promoted the development of nursing informatics in our hospital.
5.Case Analysis of Ethical Issues Involving in Subject Recruitment

A major task in clinical trials and researches is subject recruitment, however there probably exist ethical issues in the process of recruitment, such as the selection of subjects, recruitment methods, document de-scription,reward and compensation. This paper is to discuss the relevant ethical elements through cases analysis. It put forward that only obeying ethical codes, implementing informed consent, and playing the function of ethics com-mittee, the rights and interests of subjects can be protected.
6.Effect of Yi Xuesheng Jiaonang combined with Iron Sucrose Injection on serum transferrin receptor and pregnancy outcome with anemia patients in pregnancy

Objective To explore the effect of Yi Xuesheng Jiaonang combined with Iron Sucrose Injection on anemia in pregnancy on serum transferrin receptor and pregnancy outcome.Methods 78 patients with anemia in pregnancy form December 2014 to December 2015 of the third people’s Hospital of Cixi were collected and randomly divided into control group and treatment group,each had 39 cases.Control group was given 200 mg Iron Sucrose Injection with 100 mL 0.9%sodium chloride injection intravenous infusion,2 times a week; experiment group were treated on the base of control group with 4 pills of Yi Xuesheng Jiaonang,3 times daily.The course was 28d,and two groups all with a course treatment.After the end of treatment,clinical curative effect,serum transferrin receptor level,liver and renal function and the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome were observed and compared. Results Serum transferrin receptor levels were increased in two groups after treatment (P<0.05),compared with control group,serum transferrin receptor level of treatment group was even higher (P<0.05), alanine aminotransferase (ALT),aspartate aminotransferase (AST),serum creatinine (Cr) and urea nitrogen ( BUN) and other indicators of liver and kidney function of experiment group had no statistical significance.Adverse pregnancy outcome rate betwen two groups was not statistically significant.Conclusion Yi Xuesheng Jiaonang combined with Sucrose Iron Injection therapy for patients with anemia of pregnancy can significantly increased serum transferrin receptor levels,has higher safety and low adverse pregnancy outcomes rate.
7.The effects of metformin on the serum levels of adiponectin,interleukin-18 and C-reactive protein in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

Objective To observe the effects of metformin on the serum levels of adiponectin,interleukin-18(IL-18) and C-reactive protein(C-RP) in overweight/obese type 2 diabetes. Methods The changes of serum levels of HOMA2-IR,adiponectin,IL-18,C-RP and lipid profiles were observed before and after the treatment of metformin. Results After the eight weeks of treatment,the levels of adiponectin and IL-18 were not significantly changed,while C-RP(0.49±0.23 vs 0.89±0.22ng/dl),total cholesterol(TC)(4.58±0.83 vs 6.15±2.23mmol/L),LDL-C(2.65±0.78 vs 3.66±0.84mmol/L) and HOMA2-IR(1.1±0.7 vs 2.3±1.7) were decreased (all P<0.05),HDL-C(1.23±0.30 vs 1.02±0.24mmol/L) was increased (P<0.05). Conclusions Metformin may reduce the serum C-RP level and modulate the disorder of blood lipids,but may have no effect on adiponectin and IL-18
8.Antiviral Effects of Tongqiao Zhike Liquid against Human Influenza A Virus in Vitro

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the anti-viral effects of Tongqiao zhike liquid against influenza A virus in vitro.METHODS:The inhibitive effect of Tongqiao zhike liquid administered by different ways against human influenza A virus(H3N2) in vitro and its time-effect relationship were assayed by crystal violet staining assay with ribavirin as positive control.RESULTS:Tongqiao zhike liquid showed a satisfactory comprehensive inhibitory effect against human influenza A virus as well as its proliferation after viral adsorption.It was found that Tongqiao zhike liquid had a weak effect in preventing viral adsorption and it had no direct antiviral effect.The inhibitory effect of low concentration of Tongqiao zhike liquid against influenza A virus weakened time-dependently,while at high concentration its anti-viral ability remained stable.CONCLUSION:Tongqiao zhike liquid has a satisfactory effect against human influenza A virus in vitro.

10.Effect of clonidine added to ropivacaine for epidural anesthesia

Objective To evaluate the effect of clonidine added to ropivacaine for epidural anesthesia. Methods Sixty ASA Ⅰ - Ⅱ patients aged 24-62 yr, weighing 50-76 kg, scheduled for elective gynecological surgery under epidural anesthesia were randomly assigned to one of four equal groups of 15 patients each, according to the dose of clonidine added to ropivacaine solution: group 1 (R) received no clonidine and served as control; group 2-4 in which clonidine 50, 100 or 150 ug was added to 0.75% ropivacaine 25 ml (R-C 50, R-C 100, R-C 150). Epidural anesthesia was performed at L2-3. Epidural catheter was inserted into epidural space and advanced in cephalad direction for 3.5 cm. Ropivacaine solution was prepared and provided by a specially designated person. A test dose of 5 ml of ropivacaine was given. 5 min later when epidural placement of catheter was confirmed, the rest 20 ml of ropivacaine was given in fractions of 5 ml every 2-3 min. At the beginning of operation midazolam 2.5-3.5 mg was given iv. During operation if the patient felt uncomfortable when viscera were being pulled, ketamine 0.5 mg? kg-1 was given iv. The onset and duration of analgesia, the height of black, the degree of motor block as well as adverse effects were recorded. Results The onset time of motor block was significantly shorter, the duration of analgesia was significantly longer, the incidences of visceral pain and shivering were significantly lower and ketamine requirement was significantly reduced in group R-C 100 and R-C 150 as compared with group R. However the incidence of hypotension, the amount of fluid infused and epinedrine requirement were significantly increased in group R-C 150. Conclusion The addition of clonidine 100 ug to 0.75 % ropivacaine 25 ml improves the effect of epidural block without increasing adverse effects.
