Control of teaching quality plays a very important role in the stable improvement of teaching quality. Establishing a scientific and effective teaching quality control model is conductive to strengthening the teaching management and improving the teaching quality. In the research and prac-tice of teaching quality monitoring mode,we explored and constructed a new monitoring mode-collec-tive teaching demonstration in English, which laid a solid foundation for improving bilingual teaching quality and realizing the sustainable development.

Objective To construct several human proinsulin mutants plasmid related to diabetes and to express in INS-1 (Insulin secreting beta cell derived line) cell. Methods Human mild proinsulin gene was used as template , and site-directed mutagenesis PCR was employed to generate four human proinsulin plasmid mutants. Each mutant plasmid was sequenced then transfected with empty plasmid and mild plasmid into INS-1 cell by liposome 2000. Insulin value in each cell solution was determined by radioimmunoassay. Results Proinsulin mutants plasmid were confirmed by sequencing. In-sulin values in culture solution of H-C(B19)G、H-L(B11)P、H-R(S6)C mutants are less than those in wild type and H-F (B25)L(P<0.05). Comparison of insulin values between H-C(B19)G、H-L(B11)P、H-R(S6)C groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05), and all these three groups showed no significant differences with empty plasmid group statistically (P>0.05).Insulin value of H-F(B25)L was of no significant differences statistically with empty plasmid(P>0.05). Conclu-sion Four human proinsulin mutants plasmid were constructed and expressed successfully in INS-1 cell, and different mu-tants plasmid result in diabetes through different mechanism.

Objective To investigate the effect of angiotensin-(1-7) on the expression of cellular c-fos in angiotensin II -induced proliferative glomerular mesangial cells (GMC). Methods GMC were treated with angiotensin II and different dose of angiotensin-(1-7). GMC number were evaluated by crystal violet staining and the expression of c-foe were detected by western blot. Results Angiotensin-(1-7) inhibit angiotensin II -induced GMC proliferation as well as the expression c-foe in a concentration dependent manner. Conclusion c-fos is involved in the inhibiting effects of angiotensin-(1-7) on angiotensin II -induced GMC proliferation.

Objective: To study the change of placental corticotropin releasing hormone level in pregnant women entering spontaneous labor at term and preterm or posterm, and to investigate the value of CRH as an indicator of preterm labor. Methods: Subjects( n =200) were recruited to the study at their antenatal visits, and plasma samples were obtained at their routine antental clinic visits from 28 weeks to parturition at 2 weeks intervals.CRH were measured by radioimmunoassay. Results: CRH concentrations rose significantly as pregnancy developed and reached the highest level at delivery. Plasma CRH levels were significantly higher in preterm labor and lower in postterm labor after gestational 28 weeks( P

Objective To explore the correlative factors of phlebitis caused by iron sucrose injection through intravenous drip in Department of Orthopedics so as to provide a basis for take pertinently preventive steps. Methods A total of 588 inpatients with iron sucrose injection through intravenous drip in Department of Orthopedics of West China Hospital, Sichuan University were selected, by convenient sampling from December 2016 to May 2017. This research recorded the ages, sexes, whether they were with hypertension, body mess index (BMI), vascular condition, retaining time and models of detaining needle, concentrations of iron saccharate, daily infusion quantity, days using iron saccharate, seniority of puncture nurses, whether there were with phlebitis through the correlative factors of phlebitis caused by iron sucrose injection through intravenous drip record sheet. Single factor and multiple factors Logistic stepwise regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of phlebitis. Results There were 69 cases (11.73%) with phlebitis in patients with ron sucrose injection treatment. Single factor analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in the incidence of phlebitis among different sexes, daily infusion quantity, vascular condition, retaining time of detaining needle, type of detaining needle concentrations of iron saccharate of patients (χ2=8.654,32.587,68.313,136.206, 10.662,10.191; P<0.05). Logistic regression analysis revealed that the independent risk factors of phlebitis caused by iron sucrose injection through intravenous drip included daily infusion quantity, retaining time of detaining needle, concentrations of iron saccharate, and the protective factors of that involved the vascular condition and the type of detaining needle. Conclusions Take pertinently preventive steps actively when patients in Department of Orthopedics are with iron sucrose injection through intravenous drip so as to lessen the suffering of the patients.

Examination reform was explored in Introduction to clinical medicine, and a new evaluation system was constructed which included the combination of formative assessment and sum-mative assessment as well as content system, operation system and monitoring system. The feedback mechanism of formative assessment was put into a full use to improve the teaching effect in this new evaluation system. At the same time, the method of summative assessment was substituted from the traditional closed-book exam to literature translation and presentation carried out by groups. The com-bination of summative assessment and formative assessment could evaluate the teaching efficiency of introduction to clinical medicine more comprehensively and objectively. In addition, it played an ac-tive role in improving students' comprehensive ability and their learning enthusiasm.

Objective To evaluate the efficiency of BIOMED-2 system in detecting IGH gene clonal rearrangement and application in diagnosis of extranodal marginal zone B-cell lymphoma of mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue (MALT) lymphoma. Methods Forty-five cases were collected, including 36 MALT lymphomas from different organs, 3 extranodal lymphoid tissue proliferative lesions and 6 severe gastritis associated with H pylori. DNA was extracted from the formalin fixed paraffin embedded blocks of these cases and the quality of DNA was assessed using the BIOMED-2 specimen mixed control primers. IGH gene clonal rearrangement was detected using IGH VH-JH primers. The sensitivity and specificity of BIOMED-2 PCR were analyzed. Results Adequate DNA (≥ 300 bp) was obtained in 31 of 45 samples (including 22 MALT lymphomas, 3 lymphoid tissue proliferative lesions and 6 severe gastritis), and the DNA from the other 14 samples was degraded seriously. 16 of 22 MALT lymphomas were positive of IGH clonal rearrangement with the sensitivity of 72.7 %.In contrast, none of 6 severe gastritis was positive with the specificity of 100 % IGH and clonal rearrangement were detected in one of 3 lymphoid tissue proliferative lesions. Conclusion BIOMED-2 assay is an effient and reliable method for diagnosis and differential diagnosis of MALT lymphoma which is important for clinical practical value.
