Objective To observe the expression of the Rho kinase in perihematomal cerebral tissue after experimental intracerebral hemorrhage(ICH) and the relationship between which and the neurological function deficit.Methods The ICH models rats were randomly divided into groups 1 d,3 d,5 d and 7 d after ICH.At the certain time point,the score of neurological function in each model was measured before killed.The expression of Rho kinase protein and mRNA were detected by immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization.Results After ICH 1 d,3 d,5 d and 7 d groups,the scores of neurological function were 1.63,2.25,3.13 and 2.88,respectively;the number of Rho kinase protein positive cells in perihematomal cerebral tissue were 26.63,30.75,38.88 and 35.00,and the number of Rho kinase mRNA positive cells were 27.25,32.25,40.88 and 38.00,respectively.There were significantly differences among the groups 1 d,3 d and 5 d in the scores of neurological function and the expression of the Rho kinase protein and mRNA(P

Background:Prostaglandin E2(PGE2 )could promote the proliferation of tumor cells,microRNA-21(miR-21)could inhibit the proliferation of tumor cells,but its signal pathway is still unclear. Aims:To investigate the mechanism of PGE2 on promoting proliferation of gastric cancer cells potentially mediated by miR-21. Methods:Gastric cancer AGS cells were cultured and divided into control group,PGE2 group,anti-miR-21 group and PGE2 + anti-miR-21 group. Cell proliferation was determined by WST-1 chromatometry. Cell apoptosis rate was detected by flow cytometry. The expression of miR-21 mRNA was detected by RT-PCR. After AGS cells were intervened by Akt specific inhibitor perifosine,cell proliferation was assessed,and expression of PTEN/ Akt protein was detected by Western blotting. Results:Compared with control group, survival rate of AGS cells was significantly increased(P < 0. 05),apoptosis rate was significantly decreased(P < 0. 05), and expression of miR-21 mRNA was significantly increased in PGE2 group(P <0. 05). Compared with PGE2 group, survival rate of AGS cells was significantly decreased(P < 0. 05),apoptosis rate was significantly increased(P < 0. 05), and expression of miR-21 mRNA was significantly decreased in anti-miR-21 group and PGE2 + anti-miR-21 group(P <0. 05). After intervention with perifosine,survival rate of AGS cells was significantly decreased(P < 0. 05),apoptosis rate was significantly increased(P < 0. 05),expression of PTEN protein was significantly increased,and expression of p-Akt protein was significantly decreased. Conclusions:MiR-21 mediates the promoting of proliferation of gastric cancer cells by PGE2 through PTEN/ Akt pathway,which might become a new target for the prevention and treatment of gastric cancer.

Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of p53 protein and Ki-67 antigen in order to detect its clinical characters and the significance of them in them occurrence and development of appendiceal mucinous neoplasms.Methods 42 tissues of appendiceal mucinous neoplasms were selected by pathological diagnosis in the department of pathology of the PLA general hospital from May 1993 to October 2007.The 10 samples of control group were obtained from simple appendicitis after surgery.Applied PV6000 immunohistochemical method,the expressions of p53 protein and Ki-67 antigen were detected.Results The expression of p53 protein in appendiceal mucinous neoplasms was higher than that in appendicitis tissue [31.0 ％ (13/42) vs 0 (0/10),x2 =4.127,P =0.042).The positive rate of p53 protein in appendiceal mucinous adenocarcinoma was higher than that in low-grade appendiceal mucinous neoplasm tissue (40.0 ％ vs 8.3 ％,x2 =4.0218,P =0.044).The positive rate of p53 protein in appendiceal mucinous neoplasms tissue with pseudomyxoma peritonei was higher than that in tissue without PMP (45.5 ％ vs 15.0 ％,x2 =4.5464,P =0.033).The expression of Ki-67 antigen in appendiceal mucinous neoplasms was higher than that in appendicitis tissue (45.2 ％ vs 10.0 ％,x2 =4.2374,P =0.039).Considering the different factors (such as gender,age,pathological type and PMP),Ki-67 antigen expressions were still not significantly different (P ＞ 0.05).In appendiceal mucinous neoplasms,the difference of positive rates of Ki-67 between the p53 positive expression group and the p53 negative group was statistically significant (x2 =7.6299,P =0.0057).Conclusion The expression of p53 protein was correlated with the expression of Ki-67 antigen.It's valuable that both p53 protein and Ki-67 antigen are used to evaluate the biological behavior of appendiceal mucinous neoplasms and predict the malignant degree.

OBJECTIVE:To control the drug varieties in our hospital. METHODS:According to Prescription Administrative Policy,the related meetings was hold by Drug Therapy and Pharmacy Administration Committee and monitoring procedure was set up to ensure drug elimination publicly,fair and clearly. Drugs of different specifications with same general name were limited strictly. RESULTS:After implementing drug elimination measure,drugs reserved were in line with national drug control standard. CONCLUSION:Drug elimination applied to control drug varieties can improve drug management in the hospital.

Objective To evaluate the effect of preoperative aescuven forte tablets in the prevention of procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids(PPH) complications.Methods One hundred and seventy-nine patients underwent PPH in the Erlonglu Hospital of Beijing from June 2013 to June 2014 were divided into postoperative aescuven forte tablets group (n =90) and preoperative aescuven forte tablets group (n =89).The postoperative pain,bleeding,retention of urine,anal swelling,length of stay in hospital and recurrence were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of postoperative pain,bleeding,retention of urine,anal swelling were lower than in the preoperative aescuven forte tablets group (pain after operations rate:7.9％ (7/89) vs.20.0％ (18/90),x2 =5.484,P＜ 0.05;Wound bleeding:0 vs.6.7 ％ (6/90),P =0.026;retention of urine:9.0％ (8/89) vs.20.0％(18/90),x2 =4.370,P＜0.05;anal swelling:1.1％(1/89) vs.8.9％(8/90),P=0.035),and length of stay in hospital was shorter(11.9±3.9) d vs.(13.3 ±5.0) d,t=3.134,P＜0.05).There was no recurrence both of two groups follow up for more than 2 months.Conclusion Preoperative oral aescuven forte tablets of 2 h can reduce PPH complications and worthy of popularization and application.

By stratified random sampling method, 10 000 residents were investigated with the questionnaire in Fangzhuang community of Beijing, 9497 valid questionnaires were collected with a return rate of 94. 97%. The results showed that two main purposes for patients to use the community health services were to seek consultation (29. 8% ) and to get prescription (28. 2% ). The three main reasons for residents to choose community health services were the convenience, less medical expenses and more clear explanation from doctors, followed by the personal trust in the doctors.

Objective To investigate the effect of capsaicin and cisplatin on the proliferation and immunogenic cell death of human osteosarcoma cells.Methods MTT assay was used to examine the growth inhibiting effects of capsacin and cisplation on MG-63 cells;Mitochondrial membrane potential (MMP) was used to investigate the apoptosis;flow cytometry was used to detect the expression of calreticulin (CRT) on the cell membrane,fluorescein enzymatic method was used to detect the release of ATP,ELISA was used to detect the secretion of high mobility group B1 (HMGB1).Results Capsaicin and cisplatin can inhibit MG-63 cells proliferation in the dose-dependent manner and induce MG-63 apoptosis(P＜0.01).Only capsaicin can induce translocation of CRT from endoplasmic reticulum to the cell surface and release of extracellular ATP and HMGB1 (P＜0.01).Conclusions Capsaicin can induce human osteosarcoma cells apoptosis and immunogenic cell death.

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the characteristics of serious ADR in psychiatric hospital,and to provide reference for effective and safe use of drugs in the clinic. METHODS:114 cases of serious ADR in our hospital from 2004 to 2015 were ana-lyzed retrospectively in terms of general information,primary disease,route of administration,dosage form,drug types,organs or systems involved in ADR and clinical manifestations,top 5 ADR-inducing drugs and main clinical manifestations,etc. RESULTS:Of 114 serious ADR cases,the number of female was more than that of male(71/43). Patients aged 21-30 years old took up the greatest proprotion(35 cases,30.70%). The main involved primary disease was schizophrenia(54 cases,47.37%). Oral adminis-tration-induced ADR was most common(103 cases,90.35%). The main involved drugs were antipsychotics,occupying the great-est proportion(75 cases,65.79%). Digestive system involved was the most common(53 cases,42.74%), Olanzapine tablets had the highest incidence of serious ADR (23 cases,18.55%),the main clinical manifestation were both abnormal liver function. There were 8 cases of new serious ADR (7.02%). Most of the ADR can be cured after drug withdrawal or countermeasures,no death case was found. CONCLUSIONS:Psychiatric drugs can induce serious ADR as treat psychiatric disease,among which the in-cidence of ADR induced by Olanzapine tablets is the highest and mainly manifestes digestive system symptoms. It is suggested to strengthen serious ADR monitoring to promote the safe use of drugs.
