Objective To study the clinical effects of postpartum women with vaginal prolapse and bacterial vaginal disease on biofeedback combined with electrical stimulation used in pelvic muscle recover therapy, and explore the effectiveness of the treatment and the positive role, reduce the incidence of pelvic floor functional disease. Methods 157 cases of postpartum women who had detected pelvic floor Ⅰ,Ⅱ muscle fiber strength and vaginal dynamic pressure were selected for the study in our hospital, and divided into the treatment group (82 cases) and the control group group(75 cases). The treatment group were observed on the basis of biofeedback combined with electri-cal stimulation therapy( use of phenix USB4 treatment) .The control group were observed on the basis of Kegel exer-cise.Two groups had treatment of bacterial vaginal disease. Results The treatment group after treatment, total effec-tive rate was 93.90%,better than that of the control group. At the same time Aa point,Ap point and POP-Q was bet-ter,Vaginal prolapse was improved, pelvic floorⅠ,Ⅱmuscle fiber strength and vaginal dynamic pressure was signifi-cantly different compared the control group (χ2 =11.19,P<0.05) .Conclusion The pelvic floor rehabilitation ther-apy can improve the pelvic floor muscle strength of postpartum women, and improve the symptoms of pelvic organ pro-lapse.There was no pain and no damage. The treatment effect is not affected by vaginitis, and which is worthy of clini-cal application.

Objective Toinvestigate the metabolic characteristics of triglyceride (TG) in the plasma of rabbitswith steroid?induced osteonecrosis of the femoral head and the therapeutic effect of Gushiling Capsule. Methods Rabbit model of femoral head necrosis induced by hormone was established. The level of plasma TG was detected by HPLC/MS and the relationship between the changes of plasma TG level and local histomorphology of femoral head was analyzed. Results Compared with the normal control group, significant changes of plasma TG levels were observed in the model group, the traditional Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group at each time point (P<0.01). However, no significant difference was found between the traditional Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group. Compared with the model group, only a small amount of high signal joint imaging and central signal of the femoral head were found by the MRI examination in the traditional Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group. Pathology assay results showed the degree of femoral head osteonecrosis in the Chinese medicine group was milder than that in the Western medicine group. Conclusion Gushiling Capsule and western medicine Simvastatin have the similar effect of reducing plasma TG, which may be one of the mechanisms underlying Gushiling Capsule preventing steroid?induced femoral head necrosis.

Objective To investigate the health status of high-temperature workers in Longhua District, Shenzhen City. Methods A total of 10 323 high-temperature workers in Longhua District from 2019 to 2022 were selected as the research subjects using the judgment sampling method. Their in-service occupational medical examination results during employment were collected and analyzed by grouping. Results The abnormal rates of urinalysis, blood pressure, serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT), electrocardiogram (ECG), and blood glucose among the research subjects were 34.9%, 12.5%, 8.5%, 7.6%, and 7.2%, respectively. Women had a higher rate of abnormal urinalysis than men (63.0% vs 25.9%, P<0.01), while men had higher rates of abnormal blood pressure and serum ALT than women (13.5% vs 9.4%, 10.2% vs 3.1%, both P<0.01). The abnormal rates of urinalysis, blood pressure, ECG, and blood glucose among the research subjects increased with age (all P<0.05), while the abnormal rate of serum ALT decreased with age (P<0.01). The abnormal rates of blood pressure and blood glucose increased with the length of high-temperature work time (all P<0.01). The most common occupation exposed to high temperatures was injection molding (accounting for 22.2%). The abnormal rates of urinalysis, blood pressure, serum ALT, ECG, and blood glucose among different occupations had significant differences (all P<0.01). Among them, injection molding workers had the highest rate of abnormal urinalysis (43.5%), while inflation film workers had the highest rate of abnormal blood pressure (24.2%). Conclusion The health status of high-temperature workers in Longhua District is concerning. Priority should be given to addressing abnormalities in urinalysis, ALT, ECG, blood pressure, and blood glucose. Occupational medical examinations should focus on elder workers and those with long high-temperature work time.

Severe acute pancreatitis (SAP) is a life-threatening acute abdominal disease with two peaks of death: the first in the early stage, characterized by systemic inflammatory response-associated organ failure; and the second in the late stage, characterized by infectious complications. Neutrophils are the main immune cells participating in the whole process of SAP. In addition to the traditional recognition of neutrophils as the origination of chemokine and cytokine cascades or phagocytosis and degranulation of pathogens, neutrophil extracellular traps (NETs) also play an important roles in inflammatory reactions. We reviewed the role of NETs in the occurrence and development of SAP and its fatal complications, including multiple organs injury, infected pancreatic necrosis, and thrombosis. This review provides novel insights into the involvement of NETs throughout the entire process of SAP, showing that targeting NETs might be a promising strategy in SAP treatment. However, precision therapeutic options targeting NETs in different situations require further investigation.
