Objective To investigate the effect of Sufentainil on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury and caspase-3 to rat heart. Methods Ninety Wistar rats weighing 200-300g were randomly divided into 3 groups(n=30):sham group(group S), ischemia-reperfusion group (group I/R)and Sufentainil group (group SF). Each group was divided into 3 subgroups according to the time phases at 30, 60 and 120min(n=10).In group I/R and group S the animals were received normal saline intravenously. In group SF sufentainil 5μg/kg NS 20ml was given. After 24 h, all animals were anesthetized with intraperitioneal 20% urethane 1 mg/kg, intubated and mechanically ventilated. The chest was opened and heart exposed via thoracotomy.In group S , left artery anterior descending artery(LAD) was not ocluded. While in I/R and SF group myocardial ischemia was introduced by clamping LAD for40 min. The animals were killed at 30, 60 and 120 min of reperfusion respectively(n=10each). Cardiac tropoin I(cTnI), expression of caspase-3 and apoptosis of cell in heart tissues were measured at the same time.Ultrastructure of myocardium taking the from apex was examined by electron microscopy at the end of 120 min reperfusion. Results Compared with group S, the concentration of cTnI was increased in the other 2 groups(P<0.05).cTnI was significantly lower in group SF than in group I/R(P<0.05). Expression of caspase-3 and apoptosis index induced by myocardial reperfusion were attenuatated in group SF(P<0.05). The damage of myocardial ultrastructure caused by myocardial I/R were also significantly improved in group SF. Conclusion Sufentainil may relieve the heart cellular apoptosis by decreasing caspase-3expressing.

Aim To investigate the effects of enalapril(Ena) on cardiac fibrosis induced by isoprenaline(Iso) and to explore its mechanism.Methods Effect of Ena and captopril(Cap) on collagen content,HW/BW,LVI,hydroxyprolnie(Hyp) level,and TGF-?1 protein expression was observed with IH and WB in rats induced by Iso subcutaneous injection.Results Different doses of Ena could decrease HW/BW,LVI and Hyp level dramatically,and decrease TGF-?1 protein expression which was closely related to myocardial fibrosis(MF).Conclusion Enalapril can inhibit TGF-?1 protein expression,by which inhibit myocardial fibrosis.

Aim To investigate the effects of angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor Ena on proliferation and cell cycle protein of cardiac fibroblasts and to explore the mechanism of Ena on cardiac fibrosis.Methods CFb was isolated by trypsin digestion method.MTT colorimetric assay was adopted to evaluate cell proliferation,collagen synthesis was observed by hydroxyproline concentration method,flow cytometry,immunofluorescenic and Western blot was used to measure cell cycle and CKI p27kip1 with Ena.Results Ena decreased MTT value and collagen synthesis dramatically;Ena increased phase G0/G1 and decreased phase S percentage ratio in cell cycle;Ena enhanced p27kip1 protein expression in a dose-dependent manner.Conclusion The antiproliferative effects of Ena on CFb can be attributed to upregulating CKI p27kip1 protein expression.

Objective To analyze the status of human brucellosis infection in Qi County.Methods From 2010 to 2012,by using Rose Bengal plate agglutination test (RBPT) and standard tube agglutination test(SAT),serological detection was conducted in suspected brucellosis cases and risk populations occupational exposed to Brucella,including livestock traders,slaughters,raisers,milkmaids and veterinary in Qi County.The sex distribution,time distribution,occupation and age distribution were analyzed.Brucella were isolated from patients in acute stage by blood culture,and serotypos were determined by traditional identification method.Results From 2010 to 2012,977 people were examined; 273 people were serological positive(27.9％) ; male[31.6％(232/735)] was higher than female[16.9％(41/242),P ＜ 0.05].March to August were the peak seasons in every yeas.Most of the patients were engaged in farming,aged from 21 to 60 years old.Eleven strains of Brucella Melitensis biotype 3 were isolated in 30 cases of blood culture samples.Conclusions The incidence of human brucellosis is increasing year by year in Qi County.Infected people are mostly young men.It is necessary to strengthen health education,increase the awareness of self protection in order to reduce the occurrence of brucellosis.

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Tanreqing injection of antibiotics in the treatment of pulmonary infection in the elderly.Methods 120 cases of elderly patients with pulmonary infection from June 2015 to June 2016 in our hospital were selected, randomly divided into observation group and control group,60 cases in each group, the observation group treated with Tanreqing injection and oxygen, anti-inflammatory, expectorant therapy,the control group treated only with oxygen, anti-inflammatory, expectorant therapy, the clinical symptoms and therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups.Results After seven days of treatment, PaO2 , SaO2 and pH of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05), the levels of PaCO2, CRP, IL-6, IL-13, LTB4 and WBC were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05); After 14 days of treatment, CRP, IL-6, IL-13 and LTB4 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05); The total effective rate was 75.00%in the observation group and 58.33%in the control group after 14 days of treatment.There was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion Tanreqing injection combined with western medicine antibiotic treatment of elderly patients with pulmonary infection was significant,can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients and improve clinical efficacy .

Objective To compare the influence of early weight bearing exercise and plaster fixed method on postoperative function and fracture healing of unstable ankle fracture patients.Methods 50 cases of unstable ankle fracture patients who did surgical treatment in our hospital were selected as the research object,and were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group.The observation group was applied with early postoperative weight bearing exercise,while the control group patients was applied with postoperative plaster fix with 2 weeks.The postoperative function and fracture healing situation of both groups were compared.Results At postoperative 24 hours and 1 week,the perimeter difference of two groups were not statistically different (P＞0.05).At postoperative 6 weeks,the perimeter difference was (0.53 ±0.31) cm in the observation group and (1.25±0.47)cm in the control group,the comparative differences was statistical significance (t=6.39,P＜0.05).The total effective rate of alleviate swelling in the observation group at postoperative 6 weeks was 96.0％,which was higher than that of the control group (76.0％) with statistical difference (x2=4.15,P＜0.05).At postoperative 24 hours,postoperative 1 week and postoperative 6 weeks,the pain index comparison difference between the two groups was not statistically significant (P＞0.05).The Baird-Jackson score of the observation group at postoperative 3 months was not different with the control group with statistically significant (P＞0.05) ; At the postoperative 6 months,the Baird-Jackson score of the observation group was (95.21 ± 8.25),which was higher than that in the control group (82.52±6.96) with statistical difference (t=5.88,P＜0.05).Conclusion The early weight bearing exercise can promote haemal circumfluence,relieve swelling,and be helpful for function recovery and fracture healing of unstable ankle fracture patients.

Aim To investigate the effects of angiotensinI-converting enzyme inhibitor enalaprilat on proliferation,Endothelin-1 and Nitric oxide System of neonatal cardiac fibroblasts and to probe its mechanism of inhibiting cardiac fibrosis.Methods CFb was isolated by trypsin digestion method.MTT colorimetric assay was adopted to evaluate cell proliferation,HYP method was used to test the collagen synthesis;FCM for cell cycle;Nitric acid reductase method,radio-immunological method was used to detect NO content and ET-1 activity respectively.Results Ena decreased contents of MTT and HYP dramatically.The percentage ratio of phase G0/G1 was increaseded and the percentage radio of phase S was decreased.NO content was increased and ET-1 activity was dropped in a dose and time-dependent manner.Conclusion The anti-proliferative effects of Ena on CFb can be attributed to dropping endothelin-1 activity and enhancing Nitric oxide.
