ObjectiveTo counsel the life style from the first trimester based on the fasting hyperglysemia to decrease the rate of GDM and adverse effect of it. MethodsThe pregnancy women with fasting hyperglysemia were recruited. All subjects were divided into two groups, one was counselled the life style from the first trimester but the other not. The pregnant outcome were compared. ResultsIn the study group 1 100 with complete information and 29 were abnormal glucose intolerance, 1 120 of 47 in control. The rate of GDM or GIGT,hypertensive disease,spontaneous abortion,premature dilivery, polyhydramnios, fetal macrosomia, fetal growth restriction, neonatal respiratory distress syndrome and the mean GHbA1c was lower than that in control ( x2 = 8.110,6.124,5.815,4.518,6.355,3.957,5.453,4.619, t = 3.385, all P ＜ 0. 05 ). But the body mass index at labor( t = 0.698 ), infection disease ( x2 =0.082),mean neonatal weight (t = 2.09 )and neonatal hypoglysemia (x2 = 0.035 )of term labor had no significant differences. ( t = 0.698, χ2 = 0.082,t = 2.090, χ2 = 0.035, all P ＞ 0.05 ). ConclusionCounseling the life style from the first trimester based on the fasting hyperglysemia could decrease the rate of GDM or GIGT and improve the pregnancy result.

Objective To investigate the effect of Zhonghui Tangmaikang on clinical symptom, blood sugar and lipid of pre-diabetes patients. Method Seventy-two patients of pre-diabetes were divided into 2 groups randomly (36 patients of Zhonghui Tangmaikang group, 36 patients of metformin hydrochloride group), the course of treatment was 12 weeks. Objective To investigate the resistance to fluoroquinolones and amikacin in escherichia coti isolates. Methods ESBLs-producers were detected by CLSI phenotypic confirmatory test and susceptibilities were tested by agar dilution method. Results 33. 8% of 361 isolates were ESBLs-producers. The resistant rate of ciprofloxacin,levofloxacin, amikaxin was 93.4%, 90.9%, 13.1% in ESBLs-produeers, and that was 69.5%,68.6 %, 19.7 % in non-ESBLs-producers, respectively. Conclusion Amikaxin is active against most escherichia coli isolates; those isolates are highly resistant to fluoroquinolones, especially, in ESBLs-producers.

Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of tirofiban combined with lowmolecular-weight heparin in treatment of acute coronary syndrome.Methods 138 patients with acute coronary syndrome were divided into two groups(observation group and control group).In observation group,80 cases were treated with tirofiban combined with low-molecular-weight heparin on the basis of conventional therapy.In control group,58 cases were treated with low-molecularweight heparin on the basis of conventional therapy.The efficacy and safety were compared between the two groups.Results The total efficacy was higher in observation group than in control group (x2=8.589,P＜ 0.01).The improvement of 24 h anginal attacks,decrease in values of ECG ST segment and cardiac troponin T value were better in observation group than in control group(all P＜ 0.05).The blood platelet count and adverse reactions were not different between the two groups(t=0.294,x2 =0.747,both P ＞ 0.05).Conclusions Tirofiban combined with low-molecular-weight heparin is effective and safe in the treatment of acute coronary syndrome.It can increase the clinical effect,improve clinical symptoms and signs in the patients,and is worthy of clinical application.

objective To detect MRSE and resistance in staphylococcus epidermidis isolates. Methods MRSE isolates were detected by cefoxitin disk test and susceptibilities were tested by agar dilution method. Results 79.7% of 128 isolates were MRSE strains with resistance to most antimicrobial agents, but those isolates were still susceptible to vancomycin and teicoplanin. Resistant rate in MRSE was higher than that in MSSE to most antimicrobial agents except penicillins, glycopeptides and macrolides. Conclusion MRSE with multi-resistance ale highly prevalent in staphylococcus epidermidis isolates and no isolate is resistant to glycopeptides.

In a previous study, we cloned popW from Ralstonia solanacearum strain ZJ3721, coding PopW, a new harpin protein. The procaryotically expressed PopW can induce resistance to Tobacco mosaic virus (TMV), enhance growth and improve quality of tobacco, when sprayed onto tobacco leaves. Here, we constructed an expression vector pB- popW by cloning popW into the bionary vector pBI121 and transformed it into Agrobacterium tumefaciens strain EHA105 via freeze-thaw method. Tobacco (Nicotiana tobacum cv. Xanthi nc.) transformation was conducted by infection of tobacco leaf discs with recombinant A. tumefaciens. After screening on MS medium containing kanamycin, PCR and RT-PCR analysis, 21 T3 lines were identified as positive transgenic. Genomic intergration and expression of the transferred gene were determined by PCR and RT-PCR. And GUS staining analysis indicated that the protein expressed in transgenic tobacco was bioactive and exhibited different expression levels among lines. Disease bioassays showed that the transgenic tobacco had enhanced resistance to TMV with biocontrol efficiency up to 54.25%. Transgenic tobacco also exhibited enhanced plant growth, the root length of 15 d old seedlings was 1.7 times longer than that of wild type tobacco. 60 d after transplanting to pots, the height, fresh weight and dry weight of transgenic tobacco were 1.4, 1.7, 1.8 times larger than that of wild type tobacco, respectively.

Objective To study the role of suppressor of cytokine signaling ( SOCS ) in the pathogenesis of primary biliary cirrhosis( PBC),the levels of SOCS protein and the changes of function of dendritic cell(DC) were respectively observed from PBC patients.MethodsThe study population consisted of 10 patients of PBC and 8 healthy controls.Phenotypic analysis of cultured peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC)-derived DC was performed by flow cytometry (FCM),such as CD83,CD86 and human leukocyte antigen DR (HLA-DR).The levels of interleukin-10 (IL-10),interferon-γ( IFN-γ) and IL-12 in culture supematant of DC were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay ( ELISA ).The protein levels of SOCS1 and SOCS3 were detected by Western blot ( WB ).The features of changes in these parameters were analyzed between the two groups.ResultsThe expression of CD83,CD86 and HLA-DR in PBC patients were ( 79.4 ± 4.8 ) ％,( 86.5 ± 6.3 ) ％ and (90.0 ± 3.5 ) ％,which were significantly higher than those in healthy control group[ (68.3 ±4.1 )％,(74.2 ±6.3)％ and (83.6 ±7.6)％ ],respectively (t =5.340,4.120,2.514,P ＜0.05).The levels of IL-12 and IFN-γin PBC patients were (53.5 ± 11.1)and (32.0 ±9.0) ng/L,which were significantly higher than those in healthy control group[ (32.1 ± 10.7) and (15.4 ± 8.1 ) ng/L; t =4.123,3.818,P ＜ 0.01 ].There were not any significant difference of IL-10 level between PBC patients [ (7.0 ± 4.6) ng/L ] and the healthy controls [ ( 5.8 ± 4.2) ng/L; t =0.563,P ＞ 0.05 ].The proteins levels of SOCS1 and SOCS3 in PBMC-derived DC from PBC group were decreased significantly than those in healthy control group.ConclusionsThe results suggest that the PBMC-derived DC in PBC patients has greater ability of potent maturation and antigen presentation function.The decreased expression of SOCS levels may be associated with the excessive immunological reaction and the breakdown of self-tolerance.

OBJECTIVE To investigate the resistance to ?-lactam antibiotics and meropenem of non-ESBLs-producing Escherichia coli isolates.METHODS Non-ESBLs producers of E.coli isolates were detected by CLSI phenotypic confirmatory test,and susceptibility of these isolates to ?-lactam antibiotics and meropenem was tested by agar dilution method.RESULTS The resistance rate of these isolates to ampicillin,cefazolin and cefoxime was more than 60% and that to cefoperazone-sulbactam,cefmetazole and cefepime was 19.2%,23.8% and 31.8%,respectively,but most were susceptible to cefotaxime,ceftazidime,and meropenem.CONCLUSIONS The most isolates of non-ESBLs-producing E.coli are resistant to ampicillin and to the first and second generation cephalosporins,but they are susceptible to meropenem and the third generation cephalosporins.

OBJECTIVE To investigate the genotypes of meticillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus(MRSA)and its resistance.METHODS A total of 73 MRSA clinical isolates were collected in Anhui Province,MIC of sixteen different antibacterial agents against the isolates were determined by agar dilution method.PCR amplified the mec associated hypervariable region(HVR)of MRSA,and the genotypes were classified based on the fragments of amplified products.The correlation of genotypes and antimicrobial resistance was analyzed.RESULTS Seventy three strains of MRSA from Anhui Province were grouped into A,B and C genotypes based on HVR polymorphism,and respectively 17.8%,23.3%,and 58.8%.All strains were sensitive to vancomycin.CONCLUSIONS MRSA is multi-drug resistant and can be divided into 3 genotypes based on the HVR PCR amplified products.HVR PCR method is a rapid and convenient method for molecular epidemiology study of MRSA infections.

Objective　To investigate the preventive measurement of vagal reflex occurrence on patients with percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty (PTCA).Methods　On the reason of vagal reflex occurrence,to 75 patients with PTCA adopt the measurement to prevent hypovolemia,control the excessive rebound of cavity viscera,adjust the patients mental state,and so on.Then to observe the level of patients with vagal reflex occurrence,and compare with the control group of 75 patients under common care.Results　The prevent group level of patients with vagal reflex occurrence is 2.61%;the control group is 28%.Conclusion　To patients with PTCA adopt the measurement to prevent hypovolemia,control the excessive rebound of cavity viscera,adjust the patients mental state,and so on.The effect to decrease the level of vagal reflex occurrence is great.
