1.Clinical observation of canalith reposition on benign paroxysmal positional vertigo

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of canalith reposition on benign paroxysmal positional vertigo(BPPV).Methods In the eighty patients with BPPV,the 45 cases with anterior semicircular canal were treated with Epley reposition method and the other 35 patients with the horizontal semicircular canal were treated with barbecue tumble method.The clinical efficacy was observed.Results The effective rate of the Epley reposition method for anterior semicircular canal patients was 95.5% (43/45) and the effective rate of the barbecue tumble method for horizontal semicircular canal patients was 91.4% (32/35).Conclusion The canalith reposition method treated with BPPV patients has high clinical efficacy,simple procedures,and no obvious adverse reactions.
2.Comparison of curative effects of laparoscopy and laparotomy on tubal pregnancy

Objective To compare the curative effects of laparoscopy and laparotomy on tubal pregnancy.Methods Hospital 104 cases of tubal pregnancy patients were randomly divided into the laparoscopic group,52 cases,52 cases of laparotomy group,the two groups were compared age,pregnancies,gestational mass size,blood HCG levels,surgery time,the amount of bleeding in surgery,tubal patency rate after one month.Results They had no significant difference between two groups on age,pregnancies,gestational mass size,blood HCG levels (P > 0.05).And they had significant difference between two groups on surgery time,the amount of bleeding in surgery,tubal patency rate after one month [(40.33 ± 14.32) min vs.(85.67 ± 19.46) min,(5.67 ± 4.50) ml vs.(26.33 ± 4.72) ml,94.23%(49/52) vs.71.15% (37/52)] (P < 0.05).Conclusion The effect of laparoscopy is superior to laparotomy on tubal pregnancy.
3.Characteristics of the mental state in patients after acute stroke

BACKGROUND: In the past, much attention was paid mainly to the body symptoms like focal neurological impairment in stroke, but the accompanied psychological symptoms were ignored easily.OBJECTIVE: To investigate the psychosocial factor in acute cerebrovascular disease and the mental state after the attack.DESIGN: Observational case-control study based on patients and healthy people.SETTING: A neurology department in a university hospital.PARTICIPANTS: Totally 55 patients with stroke hospitalized in Neurology Department of Hospital Affiliated to Medical College of Shaoxing Art and Science College and 35 healthy people taking physical examination from January 2001 to December 2003 in the hospital as controls.METHODS: Patients with acute cerebrovascular disease certified by CT/MR and people in control group took symptoms checklist-90(SCL-90) test within a month after attack.MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: SCL-90 scores of the two groups.RESULTS: The condition of mental state in patients with acute cerebrovascular disease was worse than that in control group( P < 0.01 ). There existed obvious physical and mental reaction. It was found in subsection analysis that the size and location of the focus had relationship with the degree of mental disorder after attack and it was easier to have mental disorder if the affection lied in left cerebral hemisphere.CONCLUSION: It is necessary to give psychological intervention in prevention and cure of acute cerebrovascular disease. Recognizing bad effect of stroke on psychoactivity may help to guide the treatment.
4.Discussion on the Related Factors of Urine and Fecal Routine Test Specimens Unqualified

Objective To explore the related factors that lead to unqualified urine and stool routine test specimens, and put forward effective solutions. Methods Urine samples and stool samples of 500 cases were selected, and the unqualified urine and stool samples were analyzed thoroughly. Results The unqualified rate of routine urine test group was 5%, and the unqualified rate of fecal routine test group was 6.40%. Urine and stool test samples are not qualified a total of 57 cases, including 3 cases (5.26%) the lack of application, 5 cases (8.77%) test sample does not comply with the inspection application list information, 37 cases (64.91%), 3 cases of insufficient sample (5.26%) samples were contaminated, 4 cases (7.01%) for overtime, 5 cases (8.77%) were insufficient and inconsistent information. Conclusion The urine and stool often caused by the unqualified situation in clinical diagnosis, have a great relationship with the reason was largely related to nursing staff before collecting urine and stool specimens of patients with lack of guidance, and the acquisition is completed with the after is not strictly in accordance with the relevant standards carefully check samples, in order to effectively improve the current situation, the hospital needs to be more reasonable and scientific to collect urine and feces samples were developed on the basis of this process, by strengthening the training of nursing staff to the sample qualified to provide the important guarantee.
5.Etiology analysis of 131 cases of acute pancreatitis

Objective To analyze the various common causes of acute pancreatitis distribution and related factors.Methods 131 cases of acute pancreatitis patients from April 2007 to August 2013 were chosen.The medical records were retrospectively analyzed .Patients were recorded and analyzed in age ,gender,etiology,clinical pancreatitis type.With biliary tract disease,overeating or high-fat meal,alcoholism,hyperlipidemia,other causes such as to cause the group to 18-29 years of age(youth group),29-44 years old(middle-aged group),44-59 years old(middle-aged group),≥59 years of age(age group) for the sector for the age group,for different reasons,the AP′s gender,age and different clinical types such as distribution were analyzed .Results Biliary disease 61 cases(46.3%);overeating or high-fat meal 38 cases(29.4%);alcoholism 21 cases(16.1%);high ester hyperlipidemia 8 cases(5.9%);other three cases(2.3%).Adult group overeating or high-fat meal,alcoholism and hyperlipidemia constituent ratio were higher than other groups,but with no significant difference(Pearson χ2 =19.1,df=12,P=0.085).Clinical types in a variety of different etiology than AP was no significant difference ( Pearson χ2 =1.9, df =4, P =0.753 ). Conclusion Biliary tract disease remains a major cause of AP ,followed by overeating or a high-fat meal,alcoholism, hyperlipidemia.AP has a clear upward trend,the treatment must remove the cause,to strengthen the integrated man-agement of AP .
6.A retrospective study on syphilis infection and its epidemiological characteristics

Objective To analyze the results of syphilis test and to understand the syphilis infection and its epidemiological characteristics .Methods 728 untreated patients with definite diagnosis of syphilis were enrolled and classified according to their age ,gender and syphilis types ,and retrospectively analysis was conducted .Results Among 728 syphilis patients ,446(61 .26% ) were diagnosed with latent syphilis ,211 (28 .98% ) with dominant syphilis ,32(4 .40% ) with neurosyphilis and 39(5 .36% ) with congenital syphilis .The average detection rate of syphilis was 1 .49% .332(45 .60% ) cases were found in female patients while 396 (54 .40% ) in male .Male syphilis patients were mainly in the 20 to 60 age group ,and female in the 20 to 50 age group .Dominant syphilis occurred mainly in the 20 to 40 age group and latent syphilis in the 20 to 60 age group .Conclusion The detection rate of syphilis increases year by year ,with the highest growing rate in latent syphilis and young adults as major incidence groups .

8.Micronucleus calculation in exfoliated cells of oral mucosa before and after radiotherapy in the patients with head and neck tumor

Objective:To study the number of micronucleus in exfoliated cells of oral mucosa before and after radiotherapy in the patients with head and neck tumor. Methods:30 patients with head and neck tumor 1-22 years after radiation, 30 patients with head and neck tumor at completion of radiation of 40-86 Gy and 30 healthy controls were included. The micronucleus in exfoliated cells of oral mucosa were investigated by smear examination and Feulgen and fastgreen staining.Results:The micronuleus (% of cells with micronuleus) in the exfoliated cells of oral mucosa in the healthy controls was 0.18?0.14, in the patients before radiotherapy 0.18?0.12, in the patients at completion of radiotherapy 0.73?0.35, in the patients 1-22 years after radiotherapy 0.20?0.17.Conclusions:Radiotherapy may increase the number of micronucleus and the increace is reversible after radiotherapy.
9.Purification extraction of water-extraction solution of Ginkgo leaves with chitosan

AIM:In order to improve the clarity and quality of Ginkgo leaf water-extraction solution,and optimize the production process. METHODS:The experiment was based on the optical absoiption and scattering rate,flocculation rate and loss in flavanones were used as two main parameters to estimate the effect of influencing factors on flocculation.It could be proved by analyzing the particle size in water-extraction solution before and after flocculation. RESULTS:The best flocculation technological parameters of water-extraction solution of Ginkgo leaf with chitosan were as follows:at flocculant concentration of 1.071 g/L,flocculation temperature of 40(?C),pH of 4.9. CONCLUSION:The flocculation of water-extraction solution of Ginkgo leaf with chitosan is effective and selective,it has the advantage over ethanol precipitation method.

Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) is a heterogeneous group of tumors composed of large B cells. It is the most common type of non-Hodgkin lymphoma. As its variety of clinical, morphological and genetic characters, the classification and prognosis are still debated. This article aims to elucidate t(14;18) translocation and c-myc gene rearrangement is of great significance to the clinical diagnosis, classification, treatment and prognosis of DLBCL.
