Objective To study the comparison of the therapeutic effect of Ultrasound guided and freehand botulinum toxin type of the treatment in children with cerebral palsy.Methods From March 2014 to September 2016,98 cases of children with cerebral palsy in our hospital by injection of botulinum toxin were treated.According to the way of injection,the children were divided into ultrasound group and free group(n =49).They were respectively gave botulinum toxin injection by guided Ultrasound guided and freehand ultrasound injection of hotulinum toxin injection.The amount of two groups of children was 3U/kg.Children muscle spasm degree of before and after treatment was assessed by modified Ashworth spasm scale.And exercise capacity of children before and after treatment was assessed by the gross motor function rating scale.The follow-up time was 3 months,the clinical curative effect of two groups of children was observed.Results The total efficiency of ultrasound guided group (98.0％) was significantly higher than the free group (79.6％),with statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Both groups before and after treatment in children with Ashworth score and GMFM score were significantly improved,with statistical significance (P ＜ 0.05).Ashworth score and GMFM scores of ultrasound guided group were significantly better than the free group,with statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Botulinum toxin injection in the treatment of cerebral palsy children can effectively solve the spastic problem.Treatment of children with cerebral palsy by injecting botulinum toxin with ultrasound guided injection of botulinurn toxin is better than manual injection of botulinum toxin.

There is a complicated association between the liver and diabetes mellitus.Diabetes mellitus may cause various forms of liver damage,such as nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD),hepatic cirrhosis,hepatocellular carcinoma,liver abscess,and liver transplant complications.With the growing epidemic of diabetes mellitus,this review investigates diabetes mellitus induced liver damage.

Objective To observe the expression and relevance of human papillomavirus L1 (HPVL1)capsid protein and tumor suppressor gene p16~4A in cervical lesions.Methods The expression of HPVL1 capsid protein and p16INK4A in liquid-based cytology specimens and organization from 210 cases infected with HPV virus were detected by Max-vision immunohistochemistry method.Results In different grade of liquidbased cytology specimens,the positive rates of HPVL1 capsid protein had statistic difference (x 2 =70.50,P ＜ 0.005).The rate in LSIL couples was 68 ％ (34/50),which was the highest in all couples.The positive rates of tumor suppressor gene p16INK4A were increased gradually.In SCC couples,the positive rates was 100 ％(30/30),which was the hishest.In LISL couples,the rate of HPVL1+ p16INK4A-was 32 ％ (16/50),which was the hishest.In SCC couples,the rate of HPVL1-p16INK4A+ was 100 ％ (30/30),which was the highest.In orgnizational specimens,the positive rates of HPVL1 capsid protein in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia had statistic difference (x2 =54.37,P ＜ 0.005).The rate in CIN Ⅰ group was 60.4 ％ (32/53),which was the highest.The positive rates of tumor suppressor gene p16 were increased gradually.In cervical cancer group,the positive rate was 100 ％ (28/28),which was the highest.In CIN Ⅰ group,the rate of HPVL1+ p16INK4A-was 45.3 ％ (24/53),which was the highest.In cervical cancer couples,the rate of HPVL1 (-) p16INK4A(+) was 100 ％ (28/28),which was the highest.Conclusion Detection on the expression of HPVL1 capsid protein and tumor suppressor gene p16INK4A can diverse different levels of cervical lesions and separate cases from aggravated or self-healing,to avoid over-treatment or misdiagnose.

BACKGROUND:Previous studies demonstrated that ischemia can be compensated by establishing collateral circulation and microangiogenesis,and exercise training can ameliorate blood supply of ischemic lower limb.However,whether exercise training accelerate establishment of collateral circulation remains poorly understood.OBJECTIVE:To explore the mechanism of exercise training on accelerating microangiogenesis of rat ischemic lower limb.METHODS:Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into the exercise training,model and sham-surgery groups.All animals were established left lower limb ischemia models except those in the sham-surgery group.Rats in the exercise training group were forced running 30 minutes per day at 1 week after model preparation and those in other groups were performed daily activities.The adductor of ischemic lower limb was obtained for the examination of microvessel density and the expressions of vascular endothelial growth factor and basic fibroblast growth factor.Simultaneously,bone marrow-derived endothelial progenitor cells were harvested for detection of microangiogenesis.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Number of endothelial progenitor calls,expressions of vascular endothelial growth factor and basic fibroblast growth factor,as well as microvessel density of the exercise training group was obviously greater than those in the model and sham-surgery groups(P<0.01).Compared with the model and sham-surgery groups,in vitro vasculogenesisof bone marrow-derived endothelial progenitor cells in the exercise training group was increased(P<0.05).These findings demonstrated that lower limb ischemia increases microangiogenesis,and exercise training enhances this effect.

OBJECTIVE:To observe clinical efficacy and safety of Chaihu shugan powder combined with clonazepam in the treatment of liver qi stagnation type anxiety. METHODS:96 patients with liver qi stagnation type anxiety were randomly divided in-to observation group and control group,with 48 cases in each group. Control group was given Clonazepam tablet with initial dose of 0.5 mg,increasing to 4.0 mg gradually,tid;observation group was additionally given Chaihu shugan powder 300 ml,bid,on the basis of control group. Both groups were treated for 6 weeks. Clinical efficacy of 2 groups were observed,and HAMA and SAS were observed before and after treatment;the incidence of ADR were compared between 2 groups. RESULTS:The total effective rate of observation group(97.92%)was significantly higher than that of control group(83.33%),with statistical significance(P<0.05). There was no statistical significance in HAMA and SAS between 2 groups before treatment(P>0.05);HAMA and SAS of 2 groups decreased significantly 1,3 and 6 weeks after treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05). There was no statistical significance in the incidence of ADR between 2 groups(P>0.05). CONCLUSIONS:Chaihu shugan powder combined with clonazepam is effective,improve patient anxiety and safe in the treatment of liver qi stagnation type anxiety.

Objective:To isolate and identify the periodontal ligament stem cells.Methods:Periodontal ligament tissues were digested with a mixture of collagenase and Dispase,then the periodontal ligament stem cell clones were isolated by limited dilution method.The transmission electron microscopy(TEM),flow cytometery and immunohistochemistry procedure were employed to study the ultrastructure,cell cycle and surface marker of the cloned cells.Results:The obtained cells showed the characteristics of undifferentiated morphology at ultrastructural level.94.4% of the cells were in phase G_0/G_1.The cells were Vimentin,STRO-1,ON and BSP positive.Conclusion:Cloning incubation may be the effective way to isolate and purify the periodontal ligament stem cells.

Objective To study the relation between the level of central N-methyl-D-aspartate (NMDA) receptor system and the degree of morphine withdrawal syndrome in rats. Methods We established the morphine-dependence model in rats,stimulated addiction by naloxone after intracerebroventricular injection of glutamic acid/ketamine/MK-801,and then observed the effects on rats' morphine withdrawal syndrome. Results Glutamic acid significantly raised the behavior scores of teeth chattering,wet shakes,writhing,penis licking and weight loss,while ketamine and MK-801 decreased the scores. Conclusion Changes of central NMDA system obviously affect morphine withdrawal syndrome in rats,which may be useful laboratory evidence in selecting new no-opiod therapeutic medicine for morphine resistance and addiction.

Objective To investigate the association of cytotoxic T lymphocyte associated antigen 4 (CTLA 4) gene polymorphism with type 1diabetesmellitusandautoimmunethyroiddiseases. Methods The A/G phenotype at position 49 of the CTLA 4 gene exon 1 was determined by PCR RFLP method in 33 classic type 1 diabetes patients, 57 latent autoimmune diabetes in adults (LADA) patients, 122 autoimmune thyroid disease patients and 84 healthy control subjects of Chinese Han. Results The frequency of the CTLA 4 G phenotype was significantly higherintype1diabetespatientsthanthatincontrol subjects (55.6% vs 36.9%, P=0.0005). The level of lipid peroxides (LPO)and copper-zinc containing superoxide dismutase(SOD-I) in the gastric mucosa and serum was determined in 141 samples from 25 patients after conventional subtotal gastrectomy (11 cases of Billroth I and 14 cases of Billroth Ⅱ and 11 patients after pylorus and antroseromuscular flap preserving gastrectomy (PAFPG).Those of 11 normal subjects were examined likewise to serve as control.It was found that;1.The average LPO level was much higher and the average SOD-I level much lower in the gastric mucosa after conventional subtotal gastrectomy especially the Billroth type Ⅱ than in those after PAFPG.2.In 36 specimens of stump mucosa,the average LPO level was significantly higher in the tissue around the anastomotic ring than in that of the body of the stump;no marked difference of SOD-I level between the 2 was revealed.3.The LPO value in the stump mucosa was positively correlated to and the SOD-I value negatively correlated to the pH value of gastric juice.Thess findings suggest that the reaction of oxygen free radicals in the stump-mucosa may be influenced by the intragastric pH or by the type of digestive continuity reconstruction,and that the reaction of free radicals specially lipidperoxidation may play a role in the pathogenesis of the lesions in the anastomotic stoma.
