Descibed in this paper are the problems in WeChat public platform construction in academic libraries of traditional Chinese medicine, including low litilization, ordinary columns, indistinct charaterized service, non-spe-cific recommendation of resources , poor charaterized knowledge interaction , and poor popularization , with measures proposed for their solution hoping that they would play an active role in promoting WeChat public platform construc-tion.

Objective To investigate the significance of the expression of serum LDH and β2-MG in predicting survival of NHL patients and there correlations with clinical parameters. Methods The serum levels of LDH and β2-MG of 429 patients with NHL were measured by rate method and immunoturbidimetry.Besides,the clinical reference of the patients such as gender,age,B symptoms,clinical stages,extranodal sites and Karnofsky evaluation were summarized and grouped.All patients' survival status were achieved via phone and letter. All statistical analyses were performed using the SPSS program for Windows (version 16.0).Results The levels of LDH and β2-MG in age,B symptom,the advanced stage,extranodal sites≥2,Karnofsky evaluation were obviously higher than their counterpart and the difference was significant (P＜0.001). The median of LDH and β2-MG lever in age group was 229 U/L,190 U/L, 2.4 mg/L,1.7 mg/L. In B symptom was 260 U/L,192 U/L,2.3 mg/L, 1.7 mg/L. In clinical stage was 252 U/L, 175 U/L, 2.5 mg/L, 1.6 mg/L. In extranodal sites group was 278 U/L,195 U/L,2.4 mg/L,1.8 mg/L.In Karnofsky evaluation group was 250 mg/L,195 mg/L,2.2 mg/L,1.8 mg/L.LDH level of invasive lymphoma was significantly higher than that of indolent ones (median 211U/L,175 U/L,P=0.002),but there were no difference in the 32-MG level (P=0.937). There were no statistical significance about LDH and β2-MG levels in gender and cell type (P＞0.05).Overall survival rates were different between the abnormal LDH group and the normal LDH group (χ2=119.029, P＜0.001).Overall survival rates were different between the elevated β2-MG group and the normal β2-MG group (χ2 =104.733,P＜0.001).Overall survival rates of the abnormal LDH/β2-MG group was significantly lower than that of normal group (x2=192.326,P＜0.001).Multivariate analysis in Cox regression showed that LDH,β2-MG,age,clinical stages, extranodal sites, Karnmofsky evaluation and aggressive were independent prognostic factors.Conclusion The level of serum LDH and β2-MG can be taken as an auxiliary clinical index to evaluate the prognosis of the NHL patients.

Objective: To understand the current maternal and their families' cognitive status and behavior on the placenta and discuss the measures to regulate placental disposal methods.Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted among 131 maternal and their families in Yancheng Maternity and Child Health Care Hospital,using self-developed questionnaire on the status of postpartum placental disposal.Results: A total of 93.1％of the ma-ternal signed a placenta disposal informed consent or maternal delivery informed consent with the hospital.72.5％of the maternal or their families expressed a better understanding and very understanding on the treatment of placen-ta,90.8％of the maternal and their families chose to dispose their placenta on their own,and 107 maternal or their families answered the specific self-treatment method,of which 92.5％of the maternal or their families chose to put the placenta buried in the soil because of custom.Conclusion: To find a scientific and rational way to deal with postpartum placenta from the perspective of ethics in clinical practice requires various efforts of governments,hospitals and maternal.

OBJECTIVETo determine whether the level of serum cardiac troponin T (cTnT) was increased in patients with congestive heart failure (CHF).

METHODSThis study consisted of 265 patients with CHF and 75 healthy people. Serum cTnT was measured by electrochemiluminescence immunoassay using an Elecsys 1010 automatic analyzer.

RESULTScTnT concentration was 0.181 +/- 0.536 ng/mL in CHF patients and 0.003 +/- 0.001 ng/mL in controls (P < 0.001). Patients were categorized according to the levels of heart function and left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF). In the first group consisting of 105 patients with LVEF 35%, cTnT was 0.07 +/- 0.0 5 ng/mL (P < 0.01). In patients with NYHA class I, II, III and IV, cTnT values were 0.062 +/- 0.022 ng/mL, 0.113 +/- 0.121 mg/mL, 0.191 +/- 0.231 mg/ml and 0.384 +/- 0.211 mg/mL, respectively (class I vs class II P > 0.05, class II vs class III P < 0.01, class III vs class IV P < 0.01). A negative correlation was observed between serum cTnT concentration and LVEF in 265 patients with CHF (r = -0.493, P < 0.001).

CONCLUSIONSThis study shows that the level of serum cTnT is increased in patients with CHF and that the increased level indicates the severity of CHF.
