Objective To discuss the diagnostic approaches of erectile dysfunction (ED),and to improve the diagnostic level of ED. Methods 186 patients with ED were evaluated by IIEF 5,intracavernous injection,hormonal testing,colour duplex ultrasonography,cavernosography and bulbocavernosus reflex latency,respectively. Results Among these ED patients who were evaluated,186,71,28,45,21 and 17 cases underwent the above mentioned examinations, and 46 patients were diagnosed as psychological ED,6 as arterial ED,15 as venous ED,3 as hormonal ED,3 as neurologic ED,10 as composite ED and 103 unknown cause ED. Conclusions Erectile dysfunction is a highly individualized disease.Diagnostic approaches of erectile dysfunction should be individual patient specific,which can be safe,economical and efficacious to the ED patients.

Objective To evaluate the curative effect of fallopian tube perfusion with ozone water in treating obstructed fallopian tube in pluripara.Methods A total of 116 patients with distal fallopian tube obstruction were included in this study.The diagnosis was confirmed by clinical and laboratory materials.The patients were randomly divided into the study group and the control group with 58 patients in each group.During hospitalization period all patients received interventional recanalization therapy for obstructed fallopian tube.For the patients of the study group,ozone water perfusion of fallopian tube was employed,while for the patients of the control group,fallopian tube perfusion with conventional anti-inflammatory drug and antiadhesion solution was adopted.All the patients were followed up for 6 months,the pregnancy rate and the fallopian tube re-occlusion rate of both groups were calculated,and 2 weeks after the treatment the patients'discomfort symptoms were evaluated.Results The success rate of fallopian tube recanalization,the pregnancy rate and the re-obstruction rate in the study group were 93.1％ (54/58),79.3％ (46/58) and 5.2％(3/58) respectively,which in the control group were 91.4％ (53/58),60.3％ (35/58) and 172％ (10/58) respectively.Statistical analysis indicated that no significant difference in the success rate of fallopian tube recanalization existed between the two groups (P＞0.05).The pregnancy rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,while the re-obstruction rate in the study group was lower than that in the control group;the differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P＜0.05).No significant differences in discomfort symptom scores existed between the two groups (P＞0.05).Conclusion Fallopian tube perfusion with ozone water can be adopted for tubal recanalization,this technique can effectively improve the postoperative pregnancy rate and reduce the tubal re-obstruction rate.

Objective To prepare pemirolast potassium nasal spray which could be used in treatment of allergic rhinitis and make a quality control standard for the preparation.Methods The preparation materials of nasal spray was selected which could meet the physical and chemical properties of pemirolast potassium as well as the characteristics of intranasal administration.The quality control standards for pemirolast potassium nasal spray was made according to the nasal spray quality standards for the formulation pH, property, loading capacity, total bottle spray times, puff volume, sedimentation volume ratio and detection of content of “Chinese Pharmacopoeia” two section (2010 edition).Results The formulation prescription of pemirolast potassium nasal spray was:0.1% potassium pemirolast, 0.8% CMC-Na, 0.01% benzalkonium bromide, glacial acetic acid ( pH adjusting agent) and the solution was 5% mannitol.The formulation was a white suspension, pH=7.The mean value of installed capacity was (25.12 ±0.16) mL and installed capacity of each bottle was above 23.75 mL(95%); total spray times of each bottle was above 160 sprays and spray volume was above 0.140 0 g/press; sedimentation volume ratio was 1, the above testing programmes of quality standard met the requirements and were controlled.The standard curve of pemirolast potassium reference substance was Y=81085X+15264(r=0.999 8), linearity range was 0.5~25.0μg/mL.The average recovery rate of pemirolast potassium sample was 99.39%, and precision met the requirements.The pemirolast potassium content of test sample was 99.2% of labeled amount.Conclusion The formulation prescription of pemirolast potassium nasal spray is suitable and the preparation is possessed several advantages such as stability, well-distributed spray, application convenience and quality controlled.Therefore, nasal administrated formulation of pemirolast potassium is potentially in further.

Objective To study the relationship between eye movement,HRV indexes and mental fatigue,find feasible objective indexes and build the comprehensive method to evaluate mental fatigue.Methods When twenty subjects executed the simulated monitoring task for 60 min,pupil diameter and ECG data were recorded by eye tracker system and Holter.The subjects were divided into 2 groups(fatigued group/scarcely fatigued group) according CFF(critical flicker frequency) and reaction time(RT).Based on comparison of various indexes between pre-and post-monitoring task,potent indexes were extracted to evaluate mental fatigue.Results After monitoring task,the change of fatigue feeling,Perclos,r-MSSD,PNN50,HF,LF and TP were significantly different in two groups.Conclusion It's suggested that psychology,Perclos and HRV indexes can be used to build the multilevel comprehensive method which can detect mental fatigue quantitatively and qualitatively.

Objective To explore the role of fibrogenic cytokines and inflammatory cytokines in the pathogenesis of frozen shoulder. Methods From September, 2014 to April, 2016, 20 patients with frozen shoulder accepted arthroscopic surgery were included, ten of them were diagnosed as primary frozen shoulder (group A), the other ten were secondary frozen shoulder (group B). Other ten patients undergo-ing shoulder arthroscopy for instability (4 cases), rotator cuff injury (3 cases) and subacromial impingement (3 cases) were as the controls (group C). The mRNA levels of matrix metalloproteinase (MMP) 1, MMP3, tumour necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), interleukin (IL)-1, IL-6, IL-8, granulocyte-macrophage colony stimulating factor (GM-CSF) and M-CSF in synovium were analyzed with quantitative polymerase chain reaction. Results The expression of mRNA of MMP1, MMP3, TNF-α, IL-1, IL-6, IL-8, GM-CSF and M-CSF were more in group A and group B than in group C (P<0.05). There was no significant difference between group A and group B (P>0.05). Conclusion The fibro-genic cytokines and inflammatory cytokines may play a role in the pathogenesis of frozen shoulder.

Objective To investigate the relationship between the polymorphisms of both aldose reductase (AR) and endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS) genes in chromosome 7q35 and the susceptibility to diabetic nephropathy (DN) in type 2 diabetes of Han nationality in North China. Methods The C(-106)T in the promoter region of AR gene as well as the G894T in exon 7 and the 27 bp repeat polymorphism in intron 4 of the eNOS gene were investigated in 85 healthy controls and 134 type 2 diabetics with or without DN. The C(-106)T as well as the G894T genotype were determined by PCR RFLP method and sequencing the PCR products. The 27 bp repeat polymorphism alleles were determined by PCR combined with agarose gel electrophoresis and sequencing the PCR products. Objective To investigate whether IL-17 could stimulate the vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) production on HaCaT cells alone. We also investigated whether shikonin could inhibited the proinflamation effects of interleukin-17(IL-17) acting on HaCaT cells. MethodsWe examined the expression of VEGF by double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay ( ELISA ) and realtime polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR) in HaCaT cells and the cell supernatant. The viability of HaCaT cells in the drug group was detected by the Cell Counting Kit-8 (CCK-8). ResultsThe expression of VEGF in different time IL-17-stimulated groups on HaCaT cells and the cell supernatant were higher than the control group( P＜0.001 ). The expression of VEGF in different drug treatment groups on HaCaT cells and the cell supematant were lower than the stimulated group by IL-17 ( P＜0. 001 ). The cell viability of different drug treatment groups have no significant difference( P＞0.05 ). ConclusionWe show that IL-17 specifically and time-dependently augmented and induced VEGF expression on HaCaT cells and the cell supernatantThen shikonin markedly inhibited the increase tengency of IL-17 effection on HaCaT cells and the cell supematant level.
