Objective To explore the effects of Acer truncatum oil on oxidative stress and inflammatory reaction in rats after exhaustive exercise to provide a scientific basis for the prevention of sports injury by Acer truncatum oil.Methods Thirty healthy male SD rats were randomly divided into control group (A,normal diet + saline every day),exhaustive group (B,normal diet + saline daily) and exhaustive with Acer truncatum oil group (C,0.21 mL/kg daily Acer truncatum oil gavage),6 weeks later,the rats performed once exhaustive swimming exercise,then the creatine kinase (CK),lactate dehydrogenase (LDH),cytokine interleukin (IL-1β,IL-10) and tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α) in the serum;malondialdehyde (MDA) homogenate reduction glutathione (GSH),superoxide dismutase (SOD),catalase (CAT) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) in muscle were measured.Results After exhaustive exercise,when compared with the group A,the serum levels of CK,LDH,IL-1,TNF-α and IL-10 were significantly higher than in the group B(P＜0.05,P＜0.01,P＜0.05,P＜0.01,P＜0.05),IL-10/ TNF-α ratio had no statistically significant difference(P＞0.05),the level of MDA in gastrocnemius muscle increased significantly (P＜0.05),GSH level and GSH-PX activity decreased significantly (P＜0.05,P＜0.01),SOD and CAT activity were not statistically significant (P＞0.05).when compared with the group B,serum CK,LDH level and IL-1 β,TNF-α were significantly decreased (P＜0.05,P＜0.01,P＜0.01,P＜0.05),IL-10 had no statistical significance (P＞0.05),a significant increase in IL-10/TNF-α(P＜0.05),the level of MDA of gastrocnemius muscle decreased significantly (P＜0.05),the level of GSH and SOD,CAT and GSH-PX were significantly increased (P＜0,01,P＜0.01,P＜0.05,P＜0.01).Conclusion Acer truncatum oil can significantly reduce oxidative stress and inflammatory reaction caused by the exhaustive exercise,which has a protective effect on skeletal muscle.

Objective To compare the results of three phase bone scans between benign and malignant lesions, and explore its clinical value. Methods Patients with pain symptom underwent three phase bone scan. Their corresponding clinical data was collected and input into SPSS software package for further evaluation. Results Forty-nine patients had 73 positive foci in the acquiring field of vascular and blood pool phase bone scans. Excluding 10 foci that suspected of bone metastasis, 37 of 63 were malignant,26 were benign lesion. On vascular, blood pool and delayed images, benign and malignant foci did not exist any significant difference (χ2 =3.341, 1.685 and 2.923, P ＞0.05). In these lesions, 33.3 % (5/15) foci had positive vascular and blood pool results in thoracic, 72.2 % (13/18) in extremity and 75.0 % (18/24) in pelvic.There were no significant difference among subgroup of chest, abdomen, limb and pelvic diseases. In addition,4 foci outside bone system were occasionally found in three phase bone scans. Conclusion Acquiring position could significantly affect the results of three phase bone scan, for example more sensitive rate can be found for limb and pelvis lesions. This method could not significantly differentiate malignant from benign lesions, but could detect soft tissue foci or the change of blood flow, and provide more information for differential diagnosis.

Objective: To study the effects of basic fibroblast growt h factor(rhbFGF), transforming growth factor-?1(rhTGF-?1) and bone morphogenet ic protein-2(rhBMP-2) on the alkaline phosphate and calcification capacity of rat bone marrow stromal cells(BMSCs) in vitro. Methods: Rat BMSCs were cultured in DMEM with the addition of rhbFGF(1 ?g/L), rhTGF-?1(5 ?g/L) and rhBMP-2(200 ?g/L) alone or in combination.Alkaline phosphoric activ ity of the cells was mesured after 12- and 14-day culture respectively. For th e test of calcification, BMSCs were cultured in minerialization inducing medium with the addtion of above mentioned cytokines, calcification capacity of the cel ls was examined with Vonkossa staining after 10,20 and 30 days culture respectiv ely.Results: rhBMP-2 strengthened the ALP activity, rhbFGF, rh TGF-? 1 alone or in combination inhibited ALP activity, rhTGF-? 1 combined w ith rhBMP-2 and rhbFGF combined with rhBMP-2 inhibited ALP activity;the 3 kind s of growth factor in combination inhibited ALP activity. OBJECTIVE:To optimize the water extracting technology of Rubingxiao tablet.METHODS: The extracting technology of Rubingxiao tablet was optimized by orthogonal experiment with the yield of extractum and ferulic acid content as indices. RESULTS: The optimum extracting condition was A3B1C3D2,i.e. adding 12 times water and extracting 0.5 h/time for 3 times with 60% alcohol. CONCLUSION: The extracting technology for Rubingxiao tablet is simple and rapid with stable result, and it provided theoretical basis for the production of Rubingxiao Tablets.

Numerous cancer patients un-dergoing chemotherapy also require surgery, during which general anesthesia is commonly used. Various studies have shown that propofol and sevoflurane, the most commonly used general anesthetics, present a significant protective effect in myocardial ischemia-reperfusion damage. Therefore, for patients who have just undergone chemotherapy with anthracyclines, anthracycline-induced myocardial injury may occur at the acute or chronic phase of surgery. Consequently, if the effect of anesthetics on the cardiotoxicity of anthracyclines is similar to the protective effect of these drugs for myocardial ischemia-reperfusion damage, this protective effect on cardiotoxicity will have significant impact on the recovery of cardiopulmonary function of patients after surgery. Thus, further studies are needed to establish the effect of anesthetics on the cardiotoxicity of anthracyclines.

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy ofXiaozhikang Formula Granules for the treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease.Methods Totally 90 patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 45 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with conventional western treatment and oral metformin enteric-coated metformin hydrochloride, while patients in the treatment group were treated withXiaozhikang Formula Granules on the basis of conventional western treatment for 3 months. Blood lipid and insulin resistance in the two groups before and after treatment were observed, and the clinical efficacy between the two groups was compared.Results Clinical excellence (35.5%), total effective rate (84.5%) and TCM syndrome score (13.78 ± 3.6) after treatment of treatment group were better than those of control group (P<0.05). GPT, GOT, TG, and TC in both groups were lower after the treatment (P<0.05,P<0.01). There existed statistical significance in TC and TG between the two groups after treatment (P<0.05). There existed statistical significance in B ultrasound index between the two groups after treatment (P<0.05), and the treatment group was superior. FBG and HOMA-IR in both groups significantly decreased after treatment (P<0.05), and the FBG in the treatment group after treatment was better than control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The efficacy ofXiaozhikang Formula Granules in the treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease is remarkable.
