OBJECTIVE:To investigate the characteristics and influential factors of adverse drug reactions(ADRs)of docetax-el in our hospital, and to provide suggestions for clinical rational drug use and individualized administration. METHODS:Medical records of patients receiving anti-tumor chemotherapy were extracted from hospital information system(HIS)of our hospital during Apr. 2014 and Oct. 2015,and Docetaxel related ADR reports were collected and comprehensively analyzed by retrospective classi-fied statistics. RESULTS:Among 417 cases,105 cases of docetaxel related ADR were reported. There were 69 patients aged 50-69 with highest ADR frequency. The ADR incidence of female patients was higher than that of male patients (29.29% vs. 19.66%). The incidence of docetaxel related ADR and arrest of bone marrow increased as the increase of drug dosage;the incidence of breast cancer ADR was the highest (46.03%),followed by lung cancer (37.25%) and gastric cancer (25.00%). The incidence of docetaxel+platinum chemotherapy plan ADR was the highest (35.10%). Main organs/system involved in ADR was hematological system (55.65%). CONCLUSIONS:The individual difference of docetaxal related ADR are great and affected by several factors. Individual physical condition of patients should be taken into consideration as early as possible, which can reduce the incidence of ADR and promote clinical rational drug use.

Objective To explore the mechanism by which recombinant human growth hormone (rhGH) protects liver function and alleviates portal hypertension in rats with liver cirrhosis. Methods Male S.D. rats with thioacetamide-induced liver cirrhosis were randomly assigned to receive separately normal saline (NS, 0.5 ml) or rhGH(333 ng/kg body weight) daily by subcutaneous injection for up to 7 days. After the respective treatments, changes of GH-binding capacity (R T), GHRmRNA, relative content of collagen (RCC), malon-dialdehyde (MDA), superoxide dismutase (SOD) in liver tissue, serum albumin and ALT and portal vein pressure (PVP) were examined. Results R T (fmol/mg protein) of GHR was respectively 31?4, 40?7(P

AIM: To obtain the glycopohorin A (GPA) cDNA and construct the target gene in yeast two-hybrid.METHODS: About 410 bp cDNA fragment was amplified from K562 cell by RT-PCR.After being sequenced, the GPA gene fragment was cloned into EcoR -Ⅰ- Pst Ⅰ site of pbridge to form BD ends in yeast two-hybrid system. The recombinant plasmid was transfered into yeast AH109, and the expression in the yeast was also examined. RESULTS: The amino acid sequence encoded by cloned cDNA was mostly the same as reported GPA, and about 1 mm white yeast clone grew in the selective medium after 3 d.CONCLUSION: pbridge-GPA has nontoxic to the yeast, which can serve as a target gene in yeast two-hybrid system.

BACKGROUND:Currently, morphological observations of brain cavity after traumatic brain injury (TBI) via cadavers or animal specimen are difficult to obtain dynamic changes.
OBJECTIVE:To explore the application effect of MRI-based three-dimensional (3D) reconstruction for evaluating the prognosis of TBI.
METHODS:Five male Sprague-Dawley rats were enrol ed to establish TBI models by Electronic Cortical Contusion Injury (eCCI), and scanned by 3.0T MRI with Rat-coil to obtain the DICOM date of brain at 1 day, 1, 2 and 3 months after modeling. Brain cavities were 3-dimensional y reconstructed by Mimics16.0 software, and analyzed in the Meshmixer software.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:(1) The outline of reconstruction model image was clear, and could be observed and measured from different sides and perspectives. (2) The cavity volume and surface area at different time points after TBI showed significant differences between each other except that at 2 and 3 months (P<0.05). (3) The results of cavity change suggested that the cavity tended to be regular after 3 months of TBI. (4) In conclusion, 3D reconstruction software Mimics combining with model analysis software Meshmixer can conveniently and quickly obtain the cavity model, and provide an intuitive way for evaluating the dynamic variations of the brain cavity after TBI.

Objective To report the clinical result of repairing complex tissue defect in limb caused by traffic accident using both tissue flap transplantation and external fixer. Methods The vascular tissue flap including bone flap and muscular flap to repair the complex tissue defection(soft tissue, bones, joints) in forearm, hand, leg, ankle and foot were applied in 36 cases. At the same time in surgery, injured bones and joints were fixed by external fixer for stabilizing and accelerating cure. Results All 56 eases were applied successfully with transplanted tissue combined with external fixation. The external fixers were moved away about 10-16 weeks(upper extremity) or 6-8 months(lower extremity) later and all the cases recovered satisfactorily. Conclusion It is a reliable method for repairing the complex tissue defection in the limb caused by traffic accident by external fixer of traumarology and microsurgery technique. And it is also characterized as a minor injury method on transplanted bones, enables early exercise for joints, convenient observation of flap circulation and easy nursing.

In this study, about 350 bp cDNA fragment was amplified by PCR. After being sequenced, the AE1-c-end gene fragment was cloned into EcoR I-Pst I site of pGADT7 to form AD ends in the yeast two-hybrid system. The recombinant plasmid was transformed into yeast AH109, and the expression in the yeast was observed. The results demonstrate that AE1-c-end was obtained. pGADT7-AE1-c-end has no toxic effect on the yeast. It can serve as a target gene of yeast two-hybrid system.
