MethodsThree-phasia MSCT scans of 16 cases with FNH confirmed by pathology were reviewed retrospectively. ResultsThere was single in 13 cases, double in 3 cases.17 lesions is hypodensity and 3 lesions is isodensity on plain MSCT.During MSCT enhancement all lesions were markedly and homogeneously enhanced in arterial phase.isodensity in portal and delay plase.1 lesion found scar. ConclusionDynamic contrast-emhanced MSCT could show the charcteristics of FNH.

Objective To summarize clinical outcomes of interventional therapy on children with common congenital heart diseases(CHD).Methods A retrospective study was conducted. One hundred and fourteen patients with CHD were selected as our subjects, who underwent catheter interventional therapy in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from Jan.2004 and Dec.2012.The size of occluder was chose according to intraoperative echocardiography or cardiac imaging measurements, and occluder was released under assisted monitoring by subtraction angiography or cardiac ultrasound. Results There are all together 112 patients got the therapy successfully,2 cases failed(occluder detachment),and the success rate of operation was 98.2%.After the success of interventional, echocardiography examination showed that 11 cases were with star point across shunt, but the function of the around valve was not affected. One months after operation, echocardiography examination showed star point across shunt of 11 cases were disappeared, and no occluder was shifted as well as no thrombosis formed.Three months after operation, chest radiograph showed pulmonary congestion decreases and heart shadow was shrink.Thirty-eight cases were with three tricuspid regurgitation before operation and 32 cases were without reflux at 3 months after operation, and 6 cases relieved significantly. The patients were followed up for 6 months or 3 years, activity endurance was significantly improved than that before operation. No occluder was shiftand hemolysis and arrhythmia occurred.Meanwhile,No thrombosis or embolism occurred. Conclusion Interventional treatment for children with congenital heart disease is proved as a safe, effective methods and it have broad prospects in clinical application.

Objective To observe the effects of berberine on neuralogical function, serum oxidized low density lipoprotein(ox-LDL),and matrix metalloproteinases-9(MMP-9) in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods Ninety-two patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group and control group (n=46).Control group received routine treatment, while treatment group was given 0.3 g of berberine three times a day besides routine treatment for 14 days.In both groups, decubitus venous blood was harvested before,7 and 14 days after treatment.Serum ox-LDL and MMP-9 were determined with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).Before and 7 and 14 days after treatment, the neural function defect was graded by the US National Institutes of health stroke scale (NIHSS) and the modified Rankin scale (mRS).Results The neurological function was improved significantly in 7 and 14 days after the treatment for both two groups according to NIHSS and mRS,and the difference between treatment group and control group was statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment,ox-LDL and MMP-9 declined significantly in both groups, and were lower in treatment group than in control group (all P<0.05).Conclusion Berberine significantly reduces ox-LDL and MMP-9 levels in patients with acute cerebral infarction and improves the degree of neurological function deficit.

Journal of Public Health and Preventive Medicine 2022;33(5):106-110
Objective To establish early forecasting model of tuberculosis in schools of Hongshan district, and provide scientific strategy for prevention and control of tuberculosis. Methods Using data on 2013-2020 in schools tuberculosis, established time series models and chosen the best one to forecast and tested the incidence of tuberculosis. Results The best model for school tuberculosis was ARIMA (0,0,3) (0,1,1)12. The trend of the predicted value was basically consistent with the actual value which was also in the 95% confidence interval of predicted numbers. The effectiveness of forecasting was good with a 2.313% value of MAPE. Conclusion The ARIMA product seasonal model can effectively fit and forecast time series data on students'’ tuberculosis. It also can be used to early warn and predict the incidence of school tuberculosis in Hongshan district.

Journal of Zhejiang University. Science. B 2023;24(8):734-748
A growing body of evidence has linked the gut microbiota to liver metabolism. The manipulation of intestinal microflora has been considered as a promising avenue to promote liver health. However, the effects of Lactobacillus gasseri LA39, a potential probiotic, on liver metabolism remain unclear. Accumulating studies have investigated the proteomic profile for mining the host biological events affected by microbes, and used the germ-free (GF) mouse model to evaluate host-microbe interaction. Here, we explored the effects of L. gasseri LA39 gavage on the protein expression profiles of the liver of GF mice. Our results showed that a total of 128 proteins were upregulated, whereas a total of 123 proteins were downregulated by treatment with L. gasseri LA39. Further bioinformatics analyses suggested that the primary bile acid (BA) biosynthesis pathway in the liver was activated by L. gasseri LA39. Three differentially expressed proteins (cytochrome P450 family 27 subfamily A member 1 (CYP27A1), cytochrome P450 family 7 subfamily B member 1 (CYP7B1), and cytochrome P450 family 8 subfamily B member 1 (CYP8B1)) involved in the primary BA biosynthesis pathway were further validated by western blot assay. In addition, targeted metabolomic analyses demonstrated that serum and fecal β-muricholic acid (a primary BA), dehydrolithocholic acid (a secondary BA), and glycolithocholic acid-3-sulfate (a secondary BA) were significantly increased by L. gasseri LA39. Thus, our data revealed that L. gasseri LA39 activates the hepatic primary BA biosynthesis and promotes the intestinal secondary BA biotransformation. Based on these findings, we suggest that L. gasseri LA39 confers an important function in the gut‒liver axis through regulating BA metabolism.
