The remote electrocardiograph (ECG) monitoring technique is a combination of microelectronics technology, artificial intelligence technology, modern communication technology and modern medical technology. The key technical points of remote ECG monitoring system includes data preprocessing, identification of feature point, analysis and diagnosis, and remote warning. By using remote ECG monitoring technique, doctors can cross the limitation of domain and implement ECG monitoring, early warning and relevant disposal measures for patients at anytime and anywhere. This new technique can achieve early prevention, early found and early treatment for patients with cardiovascular disease (CVD).

This paper presents the components and the principles of an internal electrohydraulic lithotripter.Cooperating with the cystoscope, the lithotripter introduces the high-pressure discharge pulse into the bladder through the microelectrode. Then the little,easily-moved stone is targeted, and the re-discharge of the lithotripter 5mm away from the stone results in the shock wave to perform lithotritization.

Integrating visualization toolkit and the capability of interaction, bidirectional communication and graphics rendering which provided by HTML5, we explored and experimented on the feasibility of remote medical image reconstruction and interaction in pure Web. We prompted server-centric method which did not need to download the big medical data to local connections and avoided considering network transmission pressure and the three-dimensional (3D) rendering capability of client hardware. The method integrated remote medical image reconstruction and interaction into Web seamlessly, which was applicable to lower-end computers and mobile devices. Finally, we tested this method in the Internet and achieved real-time effects. This Web-based 3D reconstruction and interaction method, which crosses over internet terminals and performance limited devices, may be useful for remote medical assistant.

Cancer Research on Prevention and Treatment 2023;50(2):180-185
Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is a kind of primary liver cancer with a high mortality rate. In China, the incidence ratio in males to females with HCC is 2:1–5:1. The difference in sex hormone pathways between males and females and the interaction between androgen/androgen receptors and HBV can lead to an incidence difference between males and females with HCC. Hence, the androgen/androgen receptor oncogenic pathway in hepatocellular carcinoma has received considerable attention. This review mainly summarizes the recent research progress on the androgen/androgen receptor oncogenic pathway in hepatocellular carcinoma.

OBJECTIVE:
To analyze the expression of microRNA-106a(miR-106a) in renal cell carcinoma (RCC) and its correlation with clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis of patients.
METHODS:
Serum samples of 64 patients with newly diagnosed RCC were collected as the study group, and serum samples of 40 healthy individuals were used as the control group. Real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR was used to determine the expression level of miR-106a in each group. The correlation between miR-106a expression and clinicopathological characteristics of the patients was studied with single factor analysis and multiple Logistic regression model. Kaplan-Meier survival curve was used to analyze its correlation with the prognosis of patients.
RESULTS:
Before surgery, compared with the control group (1.17± 0.58), RCC patients with high- (9.15± 0.96) and low-expression(3.45± 0.37) had increased expression of miR-106a. Postoperatively, the expression level of miR-106a in both groups of patients decreased to 1.53± 0.18 and 1.75± 0.21, respectively. The area under the curve (AUC) of the diagnostic value of serum miR-106a for RCC was 0.782 (95% CI: 0.661-0.902). With an optimal cutoff value of 0.531, the sensitivity was 78.10% and the specificity was 75.00%. Serum miR-106a level of RCC patients with TNM stage T3 or T4, clinical stage II or III, lymph node metastasis, and recurrence were significantly increased. The high expression of serum miR-106a in RCC patients has an independent relationship with the tumor TNM stage and lymph node metastasis. Of the 64 follow-up patients, 4 were lost and 30 had died. Among them, the median survival time of patients in the miR-106a high expression group was 30 months, which was significantly shorter than that of the low expression group (52 months).
CONCLUSION
The serum level of miR-106a is elevated in RCC patients, and may be used as a molecular marker for the diagnosis of RCC. High serum expression of miR-106a is an independent predictor for tumor TNM stage and lymph node metastasis, as well as an independent predictor for poor prognosis of RCC patients.

Shanghai Journal of Preventive Medicine 2022;34(9):935-942
Non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) is a malignant tumor that occurs in immune cells, including B, T and NK cells. Viral infection, such as infection with Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) and hepatitis virus, plays an important role in the development of NHL. The role and mechanism of hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection in the development and progression of hepatocellular carcinoma through gene integration, mutation, and viral replication have been researched in depth. Mutations induced by apolioprotein B mRNA-editing enzyme catalytic polypeptide (APOBEC) family members are one of the major sources of HBV and host genetic variation, and APOBEC family members act as bridges between HBV-related chronic inflammation and the mutations of HBV and its host genome. Therefore, we suspect that HBV infection plays a significant role in the occurrence of HBV-associated NHL. This review summarizes the role and mechanism of HBV in the occurrence and development of NHL from the aspects of HBV infection, chronic inflammation and immunity, viral variation, signaling pathways, high-frequency mutant genes and epigenetic modification, hoping to provide a theoretical basis for HBV-associated NHL research.
