Objective:To learn and master the application of microwave technology in medical electron linear accelerator tube. Methods: Introduced the structure and principle of medical electron linear accelerator, traveling wave accelerating tube and standing wave accelerating tube;compared the structure, stable system and transport system of traveling wave accelerating tube standing wave accelerating tube. Results:standing wave accelerating cube have higher efficiency, shorter accelerating cube and electron gun, but have higher demand for pulse modulator, automatic frequency stabilization, the deflection system and microwave transmission systems. Traveling wave accelerating cube have lower efficiency, but have better energy spectrum and easy to adjust. Conclusion:Both traveling wave accelerating cube and standing wave accelerating cube were used in medical electron linear accelerator nowadays, it's easy to master medical electron accelerator after knowing the application of microwave in medical electron linear accelerator.

The remote electrocardiograph (ECG) monitoring technique is a combination of microelectronics technology, artificial intelligence technology, modern communication technology and modern medical technology. The key technical points of remote ECG monitoring system includes data preprocessing, identification of feature point, analysis and diagnosis, and remote warning. By using remote ECG monitoring technique, doctors can cross the limitation of domain and implement ECG monitoring, early warning and relevant disposal measures for patients at anytime and anywhere. This new technique can achieve early prevention, early found and early treatment for patients with cardiovascular disease (CVD).

Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2004;0(08):-
This paper presents the components and the principles of an internal electrohydraulic lithotripter.Cooperating with the cystoscope, the lithotripter introduces the high-pressure discharge pulse into the bladder through the microelectrode. Then the little,easily-moved stone is targeted, and the re-discharge of the lithotripter 5mm away from the stone results in the shock wave to perform lithotritization.

Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2015;32(2):336-342
Integrating visualization toolkit and the capability of interaction, bidirectional communication and graphics rendering which provided by HTML5, we explored and experimented on the feasibility of remote medical image reconstruction and interaction in pure Web. We prompted server-centric method which did not need to download the big medical data to local connections and avoided considering network transmission pressure and the three-dimensional (3D) rendering capability of client hardware. The method integrated remote medical image reconstruction and interaction into Web seamlessly, which was applicable to lower-end computers and mobile devices. Finally, we tested this method in the Internet and achieved real-time effects. This Web-based 3D reconstruction and interaction method, which crosses over internet terminals and performance limited devices, may be useful for remote medical assistant.

Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2003;0(11):-
Medical treatment facility(MTF) is the equipment of diagnosis and therapy of patients in medical service. The quality of MTF is directly related to the life safety of people. So it is very important to recognize and discuss the maintainability using overall quality standpoint. This standpoint is set out to satisfy the need of patients, reflect the need ability characteristics of MTF or medical treatment service. To guarantee the quality not only designs and produces quality but also is the very important means to confirm the quality.

Cancer Research on Prevention and Treatment 2023;50(2):180-185
Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is a kind of primary liver cancer with a high mortality rate. In China, the incidence ratio in males to females with HCC is 2:1–5:1. The difference in sex hormone pathways between males and females and the interaction between androgen/androgen receptors and HBV can lead to an incidence difference between males and females with HCC. Hence, the androgen/androgen receptor oncogenic pathway in hepatocellular carcinoma has received considerable attention. This review mainly summarizes the recent research progress on the androgen/androgen receptor oncogenic pathway in hepatocellular carcinoma.

Objective:To assess the accuracy and practicability of HaiMed refractory wound artificial intelligence assisted system in wound measurement. Methods:Twenty patients with chronic wounds who were diagnosed and treated from January 2019 to August 2019 in the Plastic Surgery Department of Peking University Third Hospital, including 12 males and 8 females, aged 20-76 years old. The cases included 9 poorly healed wounds, 6 diabetic foot wounds, 4 cases of pressure sores, and 1 case of tumor wounds. The traditional transparent film method and HaiMed system were used to measure the wound area of 20 cases. A paired t-test was performed on the measurement result of the two groups of wound area, and the accuracy and stability of the HaiMed system were statistically analyzed by Spearman simple correlation analysis, Bland-Altman evaluation and coefficient of variation. P<0.05 indicated that the difference was statistically significant. Results:Compared with traditional measurement tools, HaiMed system had no statistically significant difference in wound area measurement ( t=1.997, P=0.060). The Spearman correlation coefficient ( r=0.998) of the two method was consistent. Bland-Altman’s evaluation showed that all scattered points fell within the 95% consistency limit, and the HaiMed system was accurate and reliable. The minimum coefficient of variation of the transparent film hem method group was 0.41%, the maximum was 4.03%, and the average was 1.67%; the coefficient of variation of the HaiMed group was minimum 0.15%, the maximum was 2.31%, and the average was 0.60%. The two had good consistency, and the HaiMed system had higher stability than traditional measurement method. Conclusions:HaiMed system measures the wound area with high accuracy and good stability, especially for superficial wounds. It can be easily and quickly evaluated. HaiMed system is a new and reliable wound measurement tool.
