After treatment with Compound Danshen,the level of ET was reduced and 6 Keto PGF 1? was elevated Conclusions The balance between ET and PGI is important in modulating pulmonary circulation Compound Danshen can reduce pulmonary artery tension through protecting endothelium,decreasing ET,and increasing PGI 2

OBJECTIVE:To study the stability of baicalin magnesium salt. METHODS:The stability of baicalin magnesium salt at high temperature(60 ℃),high humidity(90%),strong illumination(4000 lx),different temperatures(20,37,50,60 ℃) and pHs(6.80,5.70,4.60,4.30,3.90,3.60,3.20) was investigated,and HPLC was used to detect the drug contents. RESULTS:High humidity test indicated that the quality of baicalin magnesium salt was increased by (6.17 ± 0.12)% in the 5th day and in-creased by(6.92±0.05)% in the 10th day. Drug contents in the 10th day were respectively(94.78±0.12)%,(94.79±0.20)%, (94.66±0.15)% in the high temperature,high humidity,strong illumination tests(n=3). In phosphate buffer solution(pH 6.80), baicalin magnesium salt was stable only when the temperature was below 20 ℃;and it was yet stable in pure water(pH 6.76)at 37 ℃. pH stability test showed that the most stable pH was 4.30. CONCLUSIONS:Baicalin magnesium salt has hygroscopicity to some extent. Strong illumination affects the stability more seriously than high temperature and high humidity. The stability of ba-icalin magnesium salt in pure water is superior to in phosphate buffer solution,and the salt is stable in weak acid solution.

The objective of the present study was to establish a novel rapid fluorescence focus inhibition test (RFFIT GFP)for the detection of rabies virus antibody, in which a chimeric rabies virus expressing green fluorescent protein (HEP GFP) was used as the basic virus strain in RFFIT GFP assay, and a few serum samples from human, dog and cat were detected by this new method .The optimal serum dilution, virus dosage and infection time were determined in 24 serum samples from human, dog and cat by using RFFIT GFP, RFFIT and ELISA assays. The result showed that these 3 methods gave a good consistency. But RFFIT GFP was found to be more convenient and economic for the detection of rabies virus antibody.

Structure of natural product-ursolic acid was modified for increasing its antitumor activity. Ursolic acid was acylated, esterified, hydrolized or oxidized to obtain target pentacyclic triterpenoid compounds with different substitutes. Sixteen derivatives of ursolic acid were designed and synthesized including eleven new compounds. Anti-tumor activities of ursolic acid and these derivatives against HeLa, SKOV3 and BGC-823 cells in vitro were investigated by MTT assay. The results indicated that compounds 7a and 8a were found to have stronger cell growth inhibitory than ursolic acid on HeLa cells and SKOV3 cells separately, and are worth to be intensively studied further.

ObjectiveTo explore the influence of clinical symptoms and applicability of discontiguous naikan cognitive therapy(DNCT) among convalescent schizophrenic patients.MethodsApplying DNCT,100 convalescent paranoid schizophrenic patients with convalescent clinical state were consecutively recruited.All the patients were randomly divided into DNCT group and control group and were pretreated with antipsychotic agent therapy,40 patients in DNCT group and 49 patients in control group entered the statistic analysis,11 lost.In DNCT group,the patients received DNCT for successive 28 days.In control group,the patients only received antipsychotic agent therapy.Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale (PANSS),Nurses'Observation Scale for Inpatient Evaluation (NOSIE) were administered to all subjects pre- and post-treatment.ResultsAfter treatment,in the study group,total PANSS scales ( (54.00 ± 10.19 ) vs (45.05 ± 5.28 ),t =5.430,P ＜ 0.01 ),the positive symptom item ((11.00±3.33) vs (9.53 ±1.85),t=3.670,P=0.01),negative symptoms item((12.15 ±4.38) vs (9.40± 2.15 ),t =4.371,P ＜ 0.01 ),general psychopathology item ( (26.90 ± 5.66) vs (22.65 ± 3.07 ) 分,t =4.494,P＜0.01 ) scored lower than before,The difference was statistically significant.PANSS study group after treatment,total scores( (45.05 ±5.28 ) vs (52.04 ± 10.36),t=-3.876 P＜0.01 ),negative symptom item score( t =- 3.789,P ＜ 0.01 ),composite item ( t =2.251,P =0.027 ),the general psychopathology item ( t =- 3.336,P =0.01 ),score significantly lower than the control group.After twelve weeks follow-up study,in the study group,PANSS total scores ( t =4.764,P ＜ 0.01 ),item score of positive symptoms ( t =2.335,P =0.025 ),negative symptoms item score( t =3.083,P =0.004) ),genial psychopathology item score ( t =4.325,P ＜ 0.01 ) was still significantly lower than before treatment,the difference was statistically significant.In study group,after treatment,NOSIE Scale total negative factors scores( t =3.083,P =0.004) were significantly lower than before,total positive factors( t =-2.446,P=0.019),the total estimated factor in the disease scores ( t =-4.730,P ＜ 0.001 )were significantly higher than before treatment.After treatment,in the study group,negative factors ( t =-3.953,P=0.000) were significantly lower than the control group,twelve weeks follow-up,study group total negative factors of NOSIE scale score( t =2.126,P =0.040) was still lower than before treatment,the difference was statistically significant,total positive factor( t =- 2.054,P =0.047 ) still higher than before treatment,the difference was statistically significant.ConclusionDNCT can possibly improve part clinical symptoms of patients with convalescent schizophrenia to a certain extent,especially negative symptom,and the impact remained to the twelve weeks,but need to further prove the effect of naikan cognitive therapy.

Cyprinid herpesvirus 3 (CyHV-3) is the causative agent of an extremely contagious and aggressive disease afflicting common corp Cyprinus carpio L. termed koi herpesvirus disease (KHVD). Since it was first reported in 1997, the virus has spread worldwide rapidly, leading to enormous financial losses in industries based on common carp and koi carp. This review summarizes recent advances in CyHV-3 research on the etiology, epidemiology, pathogenesis, diagnosis, prevention, and control of KHVD.

Objective To explore the effects of chlorhexidine aeetate and trielosan on inhibition of microorganism adhesion on soft denture-lining materials. Methods Silicone rubber soft denture- lining material and resin soft denture-lining material were soaked in 0. 2% chlorhexidine acetate and 0. 1% trielosan for 5 minutes. Then the colony numbers of three different microorganisms (streptococcus mutans, actinomyces viscosus, candida albicans) adhering to soft denture-lining materials were counted. Results The colony numbers of candida albicans were (121.0±7. 0) × 105 cfu/ml in resin soft denture-lining material and (208. 8±8. 6) × 105cfu/ml in silicone rubber soft denture-lining material (P<0. 05). But there were no differences in colony numbers of streptococcus mutans and actinomyces viseosus. After soaked in chlorhexidine acetate and triclosan, the colony numbers of streptococcus mutans were significantly reduced to (87.1±4. 3)× 105cfu/ml, (61.6± 7.9) × 105cfu/ml, (42.1±8.2) × 105cfu/ml and (21.3±4.3)× 105cfu/ml, and the colony numbers of candida albicans were significantly reduced to (11.6±3.6) × 105cfu/ml, (11.1±3. 7) × 105cfu/ml, (41.6±3.0) × 105cfu/ml and (44. 6±4.1)× 105cfu/ml(all P<0. 01). However, chlorhexidine acetate and triclosan had no effects on actinomyces viscosus. There were no significant differences in the action effects between the two detergents (P>0. 05). Conclusions Chlorhexidine acetate and trielosan can effectively inhibit the adhesion of microorganism on denture-lining materials, which are useful in clinic.

Background Multimorbidity imposes a heavy burden on individuals, families, and society. There are relatively few studies exploring patterns of multimorbidity among middle-aged adults in China. Objective To explore the current status of multimorbidity, associated risk factors, and multimorbidity patterns among adults aged 45-64 years in China, so as to provide a scientific basis to prevent and control multimorbidity in China. Methods A total of 5494 adults aged 45-64 years from the Chinese Health and Nutrition Survey (CHNS) in 2018 were selected. Of these, 2494 (45.39%) were men and 3000 (54.61%) were women. The nine diseases included were hypertension, diabetes, dyslipidaemia, obesity, mild cognitive impairment (MCI), myocardial infarction, stroke, asthma, and tumor. The prevalence of each disease or multimorbidity was expressed as N (%). Comparisons of multimorbidity prevalence between different groups were performed using the χ² test or Cochran-Armitage trend test. Association rule with the Apriori algorithm was used to explore the pattern of multimorbidity, with parameters set at a minimum conditional support of 3.00%, a minimum rule confidence of 50.00%, and a lift of >1.20. Logistic regression was used to evaluate the associations between selected risk factors and multimorbidity. Results In 2018, 37.44% of participants reported multimorbidity in 15 provinces of China. The prevalence of diseases in descending order was dyslipidaemia (39.99%), hypertension (39.48%), obesity (16.42%), MCI (14.47%), diabetes (14.16%), tumor (1.09%), stroke (1.04%), myocardial infarction (0.71%), and asthma (0.64%). A total of seven multimorbidity patterns were identified in this group. Obesity paired with hypertension, and diabetes paired with dyslipidemia were the two major patterns of multimorbidity in the general population and age or sex subgroups. The multimorbidity patterns of different populations were concentrated in the combination of obesity, hypertension, diabetes, and dyslipidemia. The risk of multimorbidity was lower in females than in males (OR=0.85, 95%CI: 0.75, 0.97). The multimorbidity risk was 1.56 times higher in the 55-64 years group than in the 45-54 years group (OR=1.56, 95%CI: 1.40, 1.75). Drinking in the past year increased the risk of multimorbidity by 25% (OR=1.25, 95%CI: 1.08, 1.45) compared to no alcohol comsumption in the past year. High and medium levels of physical activity were associated with a decreased OR (high: OR=0.74, 95%CI: 0.65, 0.85; medium: OR=0.81, 95%CI: 0.70, 0.93) with low level of physical activity as reference. Conclusion In 2018, there was a high prevalence rate of multimorbidity among middle-aged adults in China. The main multimorbidity patterns were obesity-hypertension and diabetes-dyslipidemia. Surveillance and interventions should be strengthened particularly for men, individuals with alcohol consumption or insufficient physical activity, and those with major multimorbidity patterns.

Objective To investigate the map and pattern of blood oxygen level dependent(BOLD)signal changes correlated to interictal epileptiform discharges(IEDs)with EEG-fMRI in patients with partial epilepsy and then to explore the pathophysiological mechanisms of epileptic discharges and their effect on brain function in partial epilepsy.Methods Through the method of EEG-fMRI,2 patients with parial epilepsy were studied.The relationship between the regions of BOLD signal changes linked to IEDs and the electroelinical localization of epileptogenic zone in patients with partial epilepsy were investigated.Results The epileptogenic areas localized by electroclinical findings in the 2 patients all showed maximal activation and 2 sites of significant activation were found in 1 of the 2 patients;Weak activation were also manifested in the opposite side corresponding to lesions.Conclusions IED-linked BOLD response in patients with partial epilepsy is mainly in epileptogenic zones and weak activation can also be seen in the corresponding contralateral areas of epileptogenic zoiles.Activation areas ale well concordant with epileptogenie areas localized by electroclinical findings.
