Objective To build high availability cluster using VMware to improve availability of hospital information system.Methods Virtual machines were installed in VMware server to act as backup servers.High availability software continuously detected status of physical servers using heartbeat signals.Results When physical servers failed,high availability cluster switched services automatically.The business switched to virtual machine quickly and smoothly.Conclusion High availability cluster based on VMware can improve HIS availability and lower implementation costs effectively.
2.Application Research of Using Wireless Technology to Avoid Medical Mistake

Objective To avoid medical mistake,improve service quality of medical care,insure the security of patients. Methods The wireless Lan was deployed in ward to implement the scheme of using wireless Lan and avoid medical mistake,and then use wireless nursing system to prove it. Results This scheme can reduce the work intensity of medical staff,decrease the probability of medical mistake,and improve the service quality of medical care. Conclusion The wireless technology can avoid medical mistake effectively.
3.Research on integration of medical information system based on SOA

Objective To build an architecture for medical information integration based on SOA(Service-Oriented Architecture)by analyzing the characters of medical information integration and the integration technology of SOA. Methods Virtual database was built by XML Schema mapping for conform share of medical data based on XML technology. The method and principle of Web Services for medical information were researched and built. Results Medical information systems could uniformly exchange information based on standards of Web Services, and the conform medical information share mode was realized. Conclusion The integration of medical information systems based on SOA not only has the characteristics of loose-coupling and customization agility but also makes information share possible because of conform mode.
4.Application of Network Isolation and Secure Data Exchange to HIS

5.Feasibility of presupposed reference line based on MRI as ultrasound reference line in pelvic organ prolapsed

Objective To provide valuable references for ultrasonic diagnosis of pelvic organ prolapsed (POP) by finding an eas ily detecting referential line based on MRI.Methods Data of 107 patients who underwent pelvic MRI were retrospectively analyzed.All the patients were divided into 6 groups according to age:Group 1 (20 29 years old),group 2 (30-39 years old),group 3 (40-49 years old),group 4 (50-59 years old),group 5 (60-69 years old) and group 6 (≥70 years old group).Four reference lines were set basing on the median sagittal view of T2WI:PS-PS line (the line connecting the two endpoint of the pubic symphysis),PIAS line (the line connecting the inferior margin of pubic symphysis and the bottom of sphincter internal anal sphincter),PPC line (the line connecting of the inferior margin of pubic symphysis and the point of the pubococcygeous attached on the rectum) and PM line (the line connecting of the inferior margin of pubic symphysis and the M point [the midpoint of the line from the crosspoint of PPC line and the front wall of the rectum mucosa to the bottom of sphincter internal anal sphincter]).The angles between the horizontal line and PS-PS line,PIAS line,PM line,PPC line (angle 1,angle 2,angle 3,angle 4) were measured,respectively.The differences of the angle among various age-groups were compared.The consistency between the two observes were evaluated.Results PM line was the closest line to the horizontal line.There was no statistical differences of angle 1,angle 2 and angle 3 among the 6 groups (all P>0.05).The difference of angle 4 among the 6 groups were significant (F=3.42,P=0.01).Intergroup pairwise comparisons showed that significant differences were found between group 1 and group 4,group 5,group 6,between group 2 and group 4,group 5,group 6,between group 3 and group 4,group 5,group 6,respectively (all P<0.05).And no significant difference was found in the other comparisons.The consistency of the two observers in meaning angle 1,angle 3 and angle 4 were good,but the consistency of angle 2 was poor.Conclusion Of all the referential lines,PM is the closest to the horizontal line and is less influenced by the patient's age.However,the feasibility of using PM lines as the ultrasound referential line is still unclear.
6.Regulation of pancreatic cancer cells by fibroblast growth factor receptor-1

Objective To investigate the expression and regulation of FGFR1 protein and mRNA in human pancreatic cancer cell lines.Methods The expressions of FGFR1 protein and mRNA in pancreatic cancer cells were tested by Western blot,Northern blot and RT-PCR.The effects of exogenous growth factors and tyrosine kinase inhibitors on expression of FGFR1 protein and mRNA was observed.Results FGFR1 protein and mRNA expressed in 7 pancreatic cancer cell lines in different levels.After stimulation of several exogenous growth factors,we found that IGF-1,EGF and FGF2 up-regulated the expression of FGFR1 in Mia PaCa-2 significantly;EGF and FGF2 up-regulated the expression of FGFR1 in PANC-1 significantly (P<0.05).The effect of FGF2 on the expression of FGFR1 was in time-dependent manner.ERK1/2 special inhibitor UO126 and p38 MAPK special inhibitor SB203580 down-regulated the expression of FGFR1.Conclusion Expression of FGFR1 is up-regulated by growth factors and may be modulated through ERK1/2 and p38 MAPK signal transduction pathway.
7.Correlation between ultrasound features of refractory secondary hyperparathyroidism and lab indexes

Objective To analyze correlation between ultrasound features and clinical lab indexes of refractory secondary hyperparathyroidism (SHPT).Methods Two-dimensional ultrasound and CEUS were performed in 30 patients with refractory SHPT before operation.The sum volume of hyperplastic parathyroid glands and sum volume of enhanced area of parathyroid glands in each patient were measured and calculated.Clinical lab indexes,including serum intact parathyroid hormone (iPTH),serum calcium,serum phosphorus,serum alkaline phosphatase (ALP) were recorded,and corrected serum calcium and corrected serum calcium-phosphorus product were calculated 2 days before operation.The correlation between sum volume of parathyroid glands and lab indexes was analyzed.Results There were positive correlations (r=0.48,0.50,both P=0.01) between sum volume of parathyroid glands,sum volume of enhanced area of parathyroid glands and iPTH level.No correlation was found between the volume of hyperplastic parathyroid glands and serum calcium,serum phosphorus,ALP,corrected serum calcium,nor calcium-phosphorus product (all P>0.05).Conclusion The sum volume of parathyroid can reflect active state of parathyroid glands,which is helpful to diagnosis and monitoring refractory SHPT.
8.The experimental study on porous calcium phosphate cement with bone marrow stromal cells for bone tissue engineering.

OBJECTIVETo observe the biocompatibility of new biomaterials porous calcium phosphate (CPC) and ectopic bone formation of CPC with bone marrow stromal cells (BMSCs).
METHODSThe BMSCs were cultured from Beagle dog and combined with the porous CPC with the best concentration after transfect green fluorescent protein (GFP). The adhesion and growth of BMSCs on CPC were observed under inversion, fluorescence and scanning electron microscopy. The ectopic bone formation were observed at the 8th week after CPC and BMSCs were implanted subcutaneously into nude mice.
RESULTSWhen BMSCs with CPC were cultured at the 1st day, cells were climbing out from CPC with normal morphology. At the 7th day cells can be seen protruding pseudopods, secretion of matrix. Bone formation could be seen histomorphologically at the 8th week.
CONCLUSIONPorous CPC has good biocompatibility and is an ideal scaffold material for bone tissue engineering.

9.Effects of alum ice nanoemulsion on hypertrophic scar based on Notch signaling pathway

Objective:To investigate the effects of alum ice nanoemulsion on VEGF and TGF-β1 in hypertrophic scar based on Notch signaling pathway.Methods:Totally 144 SD rats were divided into blank control group, model group, triamcinolone acetonide group and alum ice nanoemulsion low-, medium- and high-dose groups according to random number table method, with 24 rats in each group. Except for the blank control group, the rats in other groups were prepared with deep Ⅱ ° burn models. 24 hours after the successful modeling, the model group was given the same amount of normal saline, the rats in alum ice nanoemulsion low-, medium- and high-dose groups were given 8.15, 6.30 and 32.60 mg/ml alum ice nanoemulsion respectively, and the triamcinolone acetonide group was given triamcinolone acetonide twice a day, 0.2 ml each time, for 35 consecutive days. At 14, 21, 28 and 35 d, the collagen fiber surface density was calculated by VG staining. The protein expressions of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1), Notch1 and Jagged1 were detected by Western Blot. The expressions of Notch1 mRNA and Jagged1 mRNA were detected by RT-PCR.Results:Compared with model group, triamcinolone acetonide and different doses of alum ice nanoemulsion groups could decrease collagen fiber surface density, protein expressions of VEGF, TGF-β1, Notch1, Jagged1 and mRNA expressions of Notch1, Jagged1 in different degrees ( P<0.05). Compared with the triamcinolone acetonide group, the collagen fiber surface density, protein expressions of VEGF, TGF-β1, Notch1 and Jagged1 and mRNA expressions of Notch1, Jagged1 in the alum ice nanoemulsion medium-dosage group decreased ( P<0.05). Conclusion:Alum ice nanoemulsion can inhibit hypertrophic scar formation, and its mechanism is related to down-regulating Notch signal pathway related molecules Notch1, Jagged1 protein and mRNA levels, and then down-regulating VEGF and TGF-β1 protein expressions.
10.Study on the value of diamine oxidase in the evalution of ulcerative colitis

Objective To investigate the value of peripheral blood diamine oxidase(DAO)in evaluating the severity of ulcerative colitis(UC).Methods A total of 76 UC patients admitted to Daxing Hospital,Capital Medical University from June 2020 to June 2022 were included in UC group,and were divided into severe ulcerative colitis(SUC)group and non-SUC group according to the severity of the disease.A total of 76 healthy subjects were included as control group.The general data and serum DAO of all subjects were collected for statistical analysis.Results The serum DAO level in UC group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The serum DAO level in SUC group was significantly higher than that in non-SUC group(P<0.05).Receiver operating characteristic curve analysis showed that DAO predicted area under the curve(AUC)of UC was 0.751(95%CI:0.672-0.829,P<0.001),and DAO predicted AUC of SUC was 0.866(95%CI:0.807-0.925,P<0.001).Conclusion Serum DAO is an effective test index for evaluating the severity of UC,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
