Objective To study the applied value of multi-slice spiral CT(MSCT)in pulmonary lesions. Methods 68 cases with massive hemoptysis caused by lung tumor or other reasons underwent 16-slice spiral CT scan including plain and contrast-enhanced scan.Volume reconstruction(VR),multiplanar reconstruction(MPR),maximum intensity projection(MIP)and curved planar reconstruction(CPR)were performed using original images. The origin, number and shape of vessels feeding lesions were observed. Results Among 68 cases(two failed),the blood supply of pulmonary lesions was from bronchial artery in 60 cases, from the intercostals artery in 8 cases, from the internal thoracic artery in 5 cases, from the left subclavian artery in 6 cases, from the right inferoir phrenic artery in 5 cases, from the celiac trunk artery in 3 case and from the right renal artery in 1 case. The blood supply was from single artery in 50 cases, double arteriae in 10 cases and three arteriae in 6 cases. The supply arteriae were vascular plexus in 55 cases, meandering in 8 cases, net in 2 cases and aneurysm formation in one cases. Conclusion MSCT can clearly display the vessels feeding pulmonary lesions.

Objective:To conduct a survey and study on thyroid hormone levels in Tibetan adults in Baingoin County, Nagqu City, analyse reference range of thyroid hormones, and provide a basis for subsequent diagnosis of thyroid diseases. Methods:According to the screening requirements of the National Academy of Clinical Biochemistry (NACB) Laboratory Medicine Application Guidelines, 193 local Tibetan adults in Baingoin County were selected as the survey subjects. Among them, 112 adults underwent physical examinations at the outpatient department of Baingoin County People's Hospital from May 2021 to August 2022, and 81 adults participated in rural physical examinations from June to August 2022. Using the Abbott i2000SR chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer, the levels of thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH), total thyroxine (TT 4), total triiodothyronine (TT 3), free thyroxine (FT 4), and free triiodothyronine (FT 3) were determined. The reference range of thyroid hormones for local residents was established, and the correlation between thyroid hormone levels and age, as well as the differences between different townships were analyzed. Results:A reference range for thyroid hormones in Tibetan adults in Baingoin County, Nagqu City had been established (TSH: 0.53 - 6.16 μU/ml, TT 3: 1.07 - 2.28 nmol/L, FT 3: 3.30 - 5.86 pmol/L, TT 4: 60.68 - 129.96 nmol/L, and FT 4: 9.74 - 16.29 pmol/L). TSH level was positively correlated with age ( r = 0.16, P = 0.026), while TT 3, FT 3, TT 4, and FT 4 levels were negatively correlated with age ( r = - 0.21, - 0.23, - 0.16, - 0.26, P < 0.05). The comparison of TT 3, FT 3, TT 4 levels among 5 townships in Baingoin County showed statistically significant differences ( P < 0.05). Among them, Baoji Township was lower than the other four townships in the TT 4 level, and Deqing Township was higher than the other four townships in the FT 3 level ( P < 0.05). Conclusions:Successfully established a reference range for thyroid hormones in Tibetan adults in Baingoin County, Nagqu City. It is recommended to establish a reference range for thyroid hormones based on age groups and conduct more in depth investigations and studies on iodine nutrition and thyroid function in different townships.

Objective:To evaluate the safety and efficacy of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS) in the perioperative period of congenital choledochal cysts in children. Methods:This is a multicenter prospective randomized controlled study. The clinical data of 273 pediatric congenital choledochal cysts(CCC) patients who underwent surgery at 14 medical centers with complete follow-up data were collected through the medical data analysis platform. Among them, 123 cases in ERAS group were managed perioperatively in strict accordance with ERAS mode, and 150 cases in conventional group were managed according to traditional mode. The length of hospital stay, time to first farting, time to complete feeding, the incidence of complications, cost and readmission rate within 30 days, stress indexes and liver function were compared between the two groups. Results:Compared with the conventional group, median time to start farting (2.0 d vs. 3.0 d, P<0.001), median time to complete feeding (5.0 d vs. 7.0 d, P<0.001), median postoperative hospitalization time (6.0 d vs. 9.0 d, P<0.001),the median total length of stay(13.0 d vs. 15.0 d, P<0.001) were shorter, the median hospitalization cost (37,000 yuan vs.43,000 yuan P<0.001) was lower, and stress indexes recovered quickly. The incidence of postoperative hospital stay and readimission rate within 30 d were not statistically different between the two groups. Conclusion:It is safe and feasible to implement ERAS for children with CCC in the perioperative period, which can reduce stress response, speed up recovery, and save medical costs.
