In this study ,we aimed to understand the sequence characteristics ,transmembrane structures ,line B cell epitopes present in the OMP18 from Campylobacter jejuni ,and provide candidate antigens for the antibody detection and vac-cine development .NCBI/Blast ,TMHMM Server V2 and DNA Star softwares were used for the OMP18 sequence analysis . Based on the ELISA ,the whole bacterial antibody IgG of Campylobacter jejuni was used for the identification of the predicted line B cell epitopes .The OMP18 gene was found conserved in different Campylobacter jejuni strains .The OMP18 was predic-ted to be located on the outer surface of the bacteria .And three line B cell epitopes were determined to be present in the OMP18 protein .As a conclusion ,the OMP18 protein was confirmed to be an important outer membrane protein ;three line B cell epitopes were identified in the OMP18 ,which could be further used for Campylobacter jejuni antibody detection and vaccine development .
2.Effect of Taohong Siwu decoction combined with tranexamic acid in the treatment of chloasma and its influence on the level of sexual hormone and the oxidative stress parameters
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2020;27(23):2900-2904
Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of Taohong Siwu decoction combined with tranexamic acid in the treatment of chloasma, and its influence on the level of sex hormone and oxidative stress parameters. Methods:From January 2017 to December 2019, 96 cases with chloasma in Yiwu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and divided into observation group (48 cases) and control group (48 cases) according to the random digital table method. The control group was given tranexamic acid. The observation group was given Taohong Siwu decoction on the basis of the control group. The course of treatment in both two groups was 12 weeks. The therapeutic effect, melasma area and severity index (MASI) score, sex hormone and oxidative stress level before and after treatment, and the adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results:The total effective rate of the observation group (91.67%) was higher than that of the control group (68.75%) (χ 2=7.940, P<0.05). The MASI score of the observation group[(8.64±1.27)points] was lower than that of the control group[(17.93±2.53)points] ( t=22.736, P<0.05). The serum levels of E 2 [(19.83±4.21)ng/L], LH [(3.79±0.68)mU/L] and FSH [(5.23±1.76)mU/L] in the observation group were lower than those in the control group [(43.79±4.69)ng/L, (5.81±1.07)mU/L and (10.64±2.60)mU/L] ( t=26.339, 11.039, 11.938, all P<0.05). The MDA of the observation group [(3.67±0.40)μmol/L] was lower than that of the control group [(4.52±0.32)μmol/L], while the SOD of the observation group[(78.84±5.67)IU/L] was higher than that of the control group[(60.65±5.29)IU/L], the differences were statistically significant( t=11.496, 16.252, all P<0.05). Conclusion:Taohong Siwu decoction combined with tranexamic acid has good effect on chloasma patients. It can improve the level of sexual hormone and oxidative stress, and has no obvious adverse reactions.

Objective To compare the therapeutic effect of inhaled aerosolized and intravenous milrinone (a phosphodiesteraee-3 inhibitor) on postoperative pulmonary artery hypertension (PAH) in children with congenital heart disease (CHD).Methods Forty CHD complicated with PAH children aged 5-14 yr weighing 15-38 kg with pulmonary artery pressure (PAP) 30-90 mm Hg were randomly divided into 2 groups (n = 20 each): Ⅰ milrinone inhalation group and Ⅱ intravenous milrinone group. At the end of CPB, aerosolized milrinone 1 ml/kg was inhaled for 12 h at 30 min intervals, and each time milrinone was inhaled for 10 min in group Ⅰ . In group Ⅱ , a bolus of 10 g/kg milrinone was given iv followed by 12 h milrinone infusion at 0.5 μg·kg-1 ·min-1 . Blood samples were taken from aorta and pulmonary artery for blood gas analysis at the end of administration and venous oxygen saturation (S(-v)O2) was recorded. MAP, PAP, pulmonary vascular resistance index (PVRI) and systemic vascular resistance index (SVRI) were recorded every 2 h during milrinone administration. The duration of endotracheal tube, PAH, lung infection and postoperative hyoxemia were recorded during milrinone administration. Results PAP, PVRI and the incidence of lung infection and PAH were significantly lower, while MAP, SVRI and S(-v)O2higher in group Ⅰ than in group Ⅱ (P < 0.05), but there was no significant difference in the duration of endotracheal tube and incidence of hyoxemia between the two groups(P > 0.05). Conclusion Inhaled aerosolized milrinone has better therapeutic effect than intravenous milrinone on PAH in children with CHD.

Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2011;25(21):986-989
OBJECTIVE:
To investigate the ING1 gene mutation status in human laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma(LSCC), and the association of p33(ING1b) protein expression with p53 protein expression.
METHOD:
DNA of LSCC tissue was extracted, and nucleotide of the second exon was amplified and sequenced to determine the chromosome status. The p23(ING1b) and p53 protein expression were detected by immunohistochemistry and the association between them were analyzed.
RESULT:
No mutation was detected in ING1 gene, but a single polymorphism from GGG to AGG at codon 170 of ING1 gene was found in 2 of the 25 LSCC tissues. The immunohistochemical analysis showed that 4 had positive p33(ING1b) expression. No association was found between p33(ING1b) expression and LSCC clinical features, or between p53 and clinical features. However, significant difference was found between p33(ING1b) and p53 expression. p33(ING1b) tended to be negative in p53 expression positive tissue.
CONCLUSION
ING1 gene mutation appears rare in LSCC. In normal physical condition, p33(ING1b) may play a synergistic effect with p53 protein.
